The sales experience overall was good. There were some bumps and hurdles which is what has it ranked at 4/5 Stars. My husband is who made the purchase. LT was my original salesman. He is awesome! I told him everything my husband was looking for, and to make sure Wood Nissan could possibly help with his trade situation, He assured me we were looking at the right vehicle and we just needed to come in. When we came in to get the appraisal and do the test drive, LT wasn't in, so we did everything with Steve. Who was very patient with my husband, and was very knowledgeable about the Rogue. So then everything began with the application. The terms originally, were very doable and favorable. Due to my husband being an independent contractor, is where the issues fell. JT was sales manager, I believe and I appreciate how straight forward he was. He did help us out by giving us more for his trade in. The issue was the bank we got the approval from having us send documents constantly, the same stuff over and over. Mario did put our mind at ease by staying on the bank to get the loan funded. But the fact the bank turned around and shortened the loan making the monthly payments higher was where the bad part of the finance experience came in. But my husband loves his new car and is glad he was able to trade his old car in instead of having a repo! So thank you guys for helping us!

I have 29 of these vans. Never had any major issues with. Make sure you do your regular maintenance on them and that’s all you need, engine and transmission are solid, rides amazing

Everyone is always friendly and willing to help with any questions I have about my vehicle. I haven’t had any problems with my truck, but we keep the oil changed and the tires rotated on a regular basis. I just had a bed cover that I purchased from Ford put on and it looks great!

I took a three hour drive from CT and met up with Mike And we had a great time talking card and driving a classic Fiat!! Had a problem with the service department on Saturday when price at payment time was more then discussed. Left dealer pissed off and called when I got home with a cooler head. Nothing was accomplished so I wrote a review that was seen by upper management. Saturday afternoon a gentleman named Mark called to discuss the issue with me. After talking in order to keep me happy and being a returning customer he first had offered his apology for the misunderstanding then refunded the entire service charge price to me. This showed me they're a stand-up dealership. The icing on the cake was the owner Dave called me on Sunday to apologize and assure me he was behind the total refund. Sherman in Skokie a place ypu can feel your needs will be addressed no matter what they are. I will be back in the future. Thanks again Mark and David!

Perfect for our senior road trips. (With the exception of the placement of cup holders). The cargo space allows us to leave possessions in the van, out of sight, on overnight stays.

163014 miles on my pro master use it almost daily for about 4 years ! Gas tank is small I think it holds 21 gallons wish it was bigger . Very roomy in the back .
