I purchased 2 new Mitsubishi Outlanders after doing Internet research on currently available mid-sized SUVs. A test drive nailed the choice. The 2025 model introduced several changes that have addressed prior criticisms about vague steering and hood vibrations and ride. The fit and finish of both exterior and interior is excellent, typical of a Japanese car and as good or better than the Toyota RAV4 or Nissan Rogue that were being considered (the Outlander and the Rogue share the same platform, but IMHO the Outlander is the better rendition). The interior of the SE trim is very plush at this price point with leatherette and suede seating that is supportive and "hugs" you and looks and feels better than more expensive luxury SUVs in this size class such as the Lincoln Corsair and Aviator. The standard Yamaha audio system produces astonishingly good sound with either Bluetooth audio or Sirius XM. The Outlander supports Android Auto, and its navigation is excellent. Steering feel is excellent and well-weighted, and braking is strong. The Outlander has a surprisingly small turning circle. The electronics assists and displays work flawlessly, especially the adaptive cruise control and lane-keeping and both front and rear parking assistance via the good-sized infotainment display screen, which also provides an overhead overall view (AI?). While the Outlander does have standard third-row seating, the seats and leg room are miniscule (suitable only for very small children or pets) and hard to access, but I plan to never use them for seating and keep them folded down to maximize cargo carrying space, which is even more generous with the second-row seatbacks folded down. Exterior styling is very bold and contemporary and distinctive, especially the front styling and the wheels; it has grown on me. The 2025 Outlander thankfully does not have that horrible stop-start feature where the engine shuts off if stopped at a traffic light, and in hot and humid Florida, the AC is not interrupted like on other new cars. The transmission shift lever is not intuitive to use, but eventually you get used to it (IMHO a simple rotary knob would be easier to use). The Outlander has a very generous power train warranty and comes with the initial three oil change services included. The horsepower is modest but more than adequate for city and suburban driving, and the CVT seems well mated to the engine and drives very smoothly. If Mitsubishi added a turbocharged version, that would certainly boost the acceleration.

Excellent customer service experience! Mon Sept 11 called Sarah Hersee to schedule LOF, Tire rotation & State Inspection. Sarah scheduled me for 10:15 am Wed Sept 12. Joie Mullen, our trusted service adviser, informed me the State Multipoint Inspection revealed front brakes/pads/rotors needed to be replaced which was completed that day! Joie found the front tire had a leak coming from the rim and resealed the tire to the rim. The right front tire needing to be resealed shows the attention to detail Joie?s team shows. Years when I was on the road flying out Sunday night and returning Friday night Herb Connolly Chevrolet always help my wife care for our two cars in a way that made her safe and secure. Trusted service advisors, e.g. Joie Mullen, is the major reason for our dealership selection and continued patronage. 2021 LT Trail Boss has great styling, powerful engines, and tons of technology in a great package. A commanding view of the road, a nice comfortable interior, amazing Bose Stereo system, tons of storage and tons of space for adults in the crew cab. But there are issues, side mirrors are too small, harsher ride (which I expected), and DFM, GDI engines, and questions on the 10 speed transmissions. I recommend disabling DFM ASAP or using the L9 trick to overide the system, to help prolong the life of the engines from lifter failure. Mine is under warranty for another 18K miles, if it acts up at all its into the dealership for warranty service.

Purchased this truck new ten years ago, four door, six foot bed, towing package- fuel mileage is not the best (16mpg avg) due to the towing gear ratio, however I tow a lot of boats up to 22 feet and have never had a problem. Currently have 80,000 miles with only routine manufacturer recommended maintenance. Only negative, my wife finds the truck too long (19 feet) for the mall parking spaces.

Excellant Sales service from Sid and Ed the manager at East Hills Jeap Eagle dealer. I worked out the best deals for 2 Grand Cheerokee jeeps that my wife and my self just leased ! We were very happy with the outside and interior colors as well as pinstripping that we recieved as well ! The contrats were seemless and everthing was done with the insurance company and DMV for us. Due to my wifes bad knees Sales Rep Sid helped find on the internet automatic iluminated side boards that automatically extend out so as it is easier to step into the high jeep and then when you close the door these side boards automatically tuck themselves under the car. Ed the manager helped get some money back on these automatic side boards due to my wifes diability ! Again it was seemless everything went well! We have been doing business with East Hills Chrysler Jeep Dodge Eagle dealer for the last 25 years where everyone in my family has purchased a Jeep as well as my son Jeffrey who purchased a Dodge Ram SRXcharger which my son still has after 9 years and is in perfect working order. LOVE this car, maybe a little biased since this is my 5th Forester, my 2nd Wilderness. My first Wilderness was totaled in a head-on collision when a young driver spilled coffee and veered into my lane and struck me head-on. That was my 1st Subaru Forester Wilderness and IT SAVED MY LIFE. Full curtain all-around airbag deployment with a roll, the Wilderness coming to rest on it's right side, me still strapped into seatbelt, and the Subaru automatic crash notification with a live person on the speakers asking me if I was ok and needed 911! Smoke still coming from the airbag deployments, and there is a live person coming over the speakers asking me if I'm ok. It was surreal. SUBARU FORESTER WILDERNESS SAVED MY LIFE! TYVM Subaru! LOVE this car! Gets 25+ MPG with conservative driving, a great ride and suspension, superior traction in mud and snow, load-out practically anything/rack bikes (or whatever on the roof racks), sleep in the back with ample room, superior rear-gate lift mechanism with memory, seats super-comfortable and easily adjustable, solid rear-seat leg-room, easy rear-seat fold-downs for massive cargo area that takes my full HVAC tool load-out for servicing ice baths all over the NorthEast US. A great value, especially CPO with +10K mileage (vs. new) MONEY WELL SPENT! SUBARU FOR LIFE

All in all the experience was more than what I expected. All were knowledgeable on the vehicles being sold. All were attentive to what I was looking for.

Got a 2023 identical to this 3 weeks ago. Bought it for retirement road travel. Have had 2 SRXs before. Traded in a sweet 2016 ATS Performance coupe reluctantly. No regrets. Electronics are outstanding. Handles better than the SRX. As peppy and nimble as the ATS. Always GM, never disappointed. Value, comfort, performance.

My 2024 Chevy Silverado LTZ provides a deluxe large SUV interior and a standard (short) tuck bed all in one vehicle. It is loaded with features to make it look and operate very well, and it provides mid 20's regular unleaded fuel mileage. The dynamic fuel management system combined with the 10 speed automatic transmission work together flawlessly to deliver smooth power without being able to realize what gear or how many cylinders the powertrain is using at any given time.

2023 Mitsubishi Outlander SEL BLACK EDITION. I bought mines brand new on Nov 2022. So far it had a recall for firmware update. As of now. Almost 15 k miles and no issues. I love all the features and was told ot doesn't have the issues its predecessor had. Mitsubishi invested millions in the 2023 models so hopefully I can get 200k or more miles out of it.

This is my second CX-5. This first was a 2016 I bought in 2019 and loved tremendously and then it was totaled when I was rear-ended by someone texting and driving during Covid. I drove a sort of hand-me-down Jeep for a while during the weird Covid period when everything was uncertain but knew I wanted another CX-5 as soon as I felt financially comfortable. The car is extremely comfortable, handles well and has a beautiful streamlined and simply classic look. My partner who is a die-hard Mercedes snob even loves it!

On March 15th - 2023 I purchased a 2023 Soul Kia - I am not interested in having my picture or experience published - but I am interested in saying I had the best sales person on your staff - Dan Mitchell - he was great through every phase of the transaction. I had my previous Kia serviced every time at the Greece location. While waiting for my vehicle I would spend my time noticing the employees - I was most impressed with Dan Mitchell - I questioned him twice about going forward - when I was ready I knew I wished for him to assist - that was an excellent choice he did not disappoint at all.

If you want a comfortable, stylish, and affordable suv for your family this is the car for you. Makes me feel proud when driving it and holds its own compared to other luxury suvs that cost a lot more. My only complaints are that it’s a gas guzzler and at this price point all models should come with the digital speedometer dashboard and not just the highest trim levels.

I was very disappointed to discover that after paying the exorbitant markup of almost $10,000.00, that there is no power button in the car or on the key fob to open the rear hatch. I was also shocked that the front passenger seat does not have power controls, you have to reach under the seat to manually pull it forward or back. While I understand the safety feature to not accidentally lock a child in the car, I was unable to lock my car while trying to sleep in the back while camping. I'm hoping this won't be an issue in the future, but I had to have an alignment after only 12,000 miles and since I'm the only driver, I can assure you that I've never hit a pot hole or anything else that should have caused this. I do find the car comfortable to ride in and I like the safety features that alert you when trying to change lanes or if an object is behind you.
