Very nice upscale vehicle. Bought as a previously 2 yr leased auto, avoiding new car price and immediate depreciation. V-6 engine has no hesitation and quietness is excellent. My only two negatives are lack of storage for incidentals and a bit quirky audio that may reset from time to time ( must wait for it to go through a cycle). It has a mind of its own. Overall, excellent vehicle.

This 2021 RX is a great vehicle, everything about the RX is high quality, quiet, quick, smooth, well built. Only complaint is cabin is built so tight that I farted in car at airport parking lot. Came back two weeks later from a trip overseas and it still stunk inside.

went to Stratham Audi for a 30,000 mile service for a Q3, It went perfectly, they took the car when I arrived, returned it washed and vacuumed in 90 minutes as promised

I'm totally satisfied with my camry. It's the most advanced automobile I've ever driven.I commute 50 miles per day round trip and I get on average 53 miles per gallon. The traffic assist feature is my most used as I'm always in bumper to bumper traffic, this is when the camry hybrid shines best as it makes its own electricity. I've never owned a Toyota before. I traded my malibu for it & have never looked back.

Bought 2023 Macan T. I traded in my aging 911 for it. I did not buy another 911 because they have become too big and expensive. The Macan T is a fun car to drive if you are actively trying to drive it. The back seats are tight. The PCM is frequently confounding or crashes and won’t play any media unless you stop the car, turn it off then open the door close the door and restart it. The fit and finish is excellent. The upgraded seats are good. I can’t activate the around view monitor unless I put it into reverse. The dealer wants 300.00 to connect the my Porsche app on iPhone to the car. Porsche corporate is helpful and has normal humans that answer the phone. The PDK is fun and the exhaust has some fun subtle sounding pops. It’s like a refined hot hatch car but not really a great highway car. The base stereo is plenty good enough. Styling is top notch. Adaptive cruise works but needs supervision while using. The rear wiper appears cheap and flimsy. Should have been mounted from the top of the rear glass. The guages in the day are too dark not lit up and hard to see. The back up camera has poor resolution and has a strange perspective making it less useful. It’s a fun, clever designed expensive car with tech flaws that you have to overlook to enjoy the car. If you buy a slightly used one from a Porsche dealer you can get your warranty close to 6 years. Service is expensive probably to pay for giving you a loaner.

I have purchased 3 Porsches now from Sam Core. This last transaction happened over the past month. I was looking for a specific Macan GTS. Sam did the leg work and I took possession of the Macan 10 days ago. Sam never fails to deliver. The entire crew at Porsche Stratham are a delight to work with.

Vehicle is a strong performer (no surprise here given its "M" designation. No disapointments in that regard. Sport seats are very supportive; especially with the lumbar support adjustability. Cabin tech is abysmal though. Not at all intuitive; functions nested down menus where you would never expect them. Owners manual is 480 pages! Really ! While the vehicle makes me smile quite often the complexity of the cabin tech has me cursing every time I start the vehicle. The so-called "Genius" program help line only works Mon. - Fri. Central time in the US! Not too happy about that either.

Hi I just got my 2023 Acura mdx type s from them. I recently bought a Certified Pre-Owned Mercedes-Benz E 450 at Mercedes-Benz of Portsmouth. It was a very nice experience working with Cynthia Acorace, my sales associate. When I picked up the car, they let me know that it was missing the key to the locking lug nuts, but they were ordering a new kit and would let me know when it was ready. Cynthia sent word to me that the kit came in and I could come at my convenience and a tech would change the locking lug nuts and give me the new key. I went in yesterday, and Cynthia took me to the service area where Cory Counsil was supervising the department. When Cynthia explained why we were there, Cory sighed and explained that there was a problem with the service software, and they had allowed all the techs to go home early. Cynthia escorted me to the customer lounge where I had a complimentary cup of fresh brewed coffee, and began to browse through the gift area where they sell Mercedes logo shirts, key chains, and coffee mugs. After a moment, I looked out the window and saw that Cory himself was changing my locking lug nuts. Within moments, Cory had gone the extra mile, and, even though there were no techs working, he took care of things personally and came to find me, telling me it was ready. Cynthia, caught up with me before I left and was concerned to see if I had any questions about the car, now that I had been driving for the first week after buying it. I did have some questions about the automated parking features and how to use the shift paddles. At that point, another sales associate, Ben Lamont, came over and gave me an encyclopedic dissertation on how the parking assist feature worked, and then he showed me how I could easily get in and out of manual mode with the shift paddles. Ben's enthusiasm for Mercedes automobiles was evident, and he made me really feel good about my purchase. From when I was first visiting the dealer, as an off the street shopper, browsing the inventory of cars, through the sales experience, and now as a customer needing help, I have visited this dealership a half dozen times over a 3 to 4 week period. During all those visits, everyone has treated me like a VIP. I was never made to wait, and any concerns I had were taken seriously and addressed immediately. I would recommend this dealer to anyone in the market for an upscale car, and tell you to ask for Cynthia or Ben.

This is our second GLC 300. We love the size and features for our needs (two people). Good mileage 27-29+ around town, 30-32 highway. Smooth ride, easy handling, and I think, nice styling. Newer models have larger screen and are more electronically controlled from the screen. Fields of Orange Park, Fl. has great Service, not cheap, "Mercedes" nuff said, but they will take care of you.

Peter Derby is worth his weight in gold. I live in France and he was brilliant, he sent me a picture of the parts to confirm the correct ones, arranged delivery to Portsmouth confirmed their arrival before charging me anything. Once paid ,confirmed that they were sent job done! All done in a calm professional maner. Perfect 11/10

Owned for 2 months, replaced a 2023 Buick Envision Avenir. Much better car, more comfortable, more luxurious. Used to Drive Lincolns, stopped as they are now made in China. Compared to Jaguar and Cadillac, clearly better car.

As first-time customers, our experience at Mercedes-Benz of Portsmouth was exceptional right from the first phone call. I told my initial contact (Bethany) what pre-owned vehicles I was interested in, and a time I was planning to visit. When I arrived both vehicles were parked next to the show room waiting. We were greeted by Nick in Sales, given a brief overview of the 2 vehicles and then given the keys to take them for a test drive. For all 3 of our test drive visits the vehicles were waiting, normally running, and always nice and clean. We were never rushed, and there was never any pressure to choose, or make an offer. All questions were answered quickly and thoroughly and all information about the vehicles and vehicle histories was transparent. We were never steered towards any particular choice. Negotiations were quick and straightforward. We picked up the vehicle on a very cold day. It was sitting in the showroom perfectly detailed and all warm. Everything promised was delivered - even the front Weathertek mats! Finalizing the deal was a breeze (thank you Paul) - again very straightforward and transparent. These folks like what they do and it does seem they are allowed to do whatever they can to accommodate their customers. Very nice experience!

i recently had a 2023 for explorer it was a good truck never a problem but not a comfortable as the jeep grand Cherokee l front seating is amazing no issues at all i did my research and made sure i bought one with the German transmission its a good idea to check that only thing i can say on the down side seam to be a little under powered but i can live with it decent milage 20 around town.

Outstanding quality and extremely comfortable and quite Grand Touring car. So far no reliability issues, and just normal scheduled maintenance, fluid changes at the recommended intervals, and brake pads and tires so far at 62k mlles.

Smoothest ride ever. You feel safe in this car and your overall visibility is great. Saved on gas already and interior is great and seats are very comfy Mercedes app gives you a chance to start engine from a distance snd reminds you to lock car if you forget. Verbal commands to Mercedes makes calling folks if changing stations real easy

Great driving and solid car. I especially love the handling and ride for cruising the beach. When the twin turbo hits you with that boost she is fun to drive. She gives you balanced power at the helm and take in that confidence that this lovely lady gives. Pop the top and then really take in that beach Sunset.
