When needing a reliable, cost effective and trustworthy car I found a BMW with low mileage available at the CarPoint Auto Group through the Internet. I asked, who are these people nearly an hour’s drive from my home but the car looked really fit for purpose. When I drove to this small and out of the place location in South River (I live near Chester, NJ) I was really excited to see their stock of class cars both old, and new in outstanding conditions. This excited me as well as viewing the lower cost BMW fit for my purpose. Then I met Victoria Mora the sales consultant whom had kindly contacted me from the Internet interactions re the BMW. She had been both friendly and helpful in her phone call and mirrored that when we met and she was delightful. Explained about the history of the car, its benefits for my needs and allowed me to test drive kindly handling my own car that was parked in a less than convenient spot - kind of her. When we returned, Victoria neither pushed not pressured any sale but listened to my questions and gave honest and prompt responses such that I felt through her I already knew the car and had been driving it for years. She was instrumental in my quickly wanting to purchase the car. But I could not collect immediately so she accommodated my distant needs without hesitation despite it being a small inconvenience to her and the owner; they were so accommodating. When I drove to collect, being short of time due to poor traffic conditions, Victoria was swift, efficient, friendly and outgoingly helpful that we completed the sale/purchase formalities swiftly and without a hitch and I was able to drive off in the BMW to meet my previous appointments made possible only because of her professionalism, customer dedication and kindness. Now I know about this small, out of the way jewel and when I move from this fit for purpose BMW I will most certainly visit them again and aim to upgrade to a more sophisticated model that better suits my dreams. Mark -----, the service manager at Desert Motors, was very good, much better than your SM for my Carrera in 2004. Although $920 now for a 20,000-mile service on my 2016 Macan seemed (close to) exorbitant. I plan to send work list to a family friend who worked at a Porsche dealer. Outside temp gauge for SUV is laughably bad and mine corresponds with what other owners say. I also have suspected that ambient temperatures in Deutschland may be a factor, which makes little sense, but Macan owners do wonder why there is still no fix. professional..however a lot of the cars they are selling don't run or need extensive work..it makes me feel the ads are a bit deceptive..not disclosing that info upfront..I wouldn't have wasted my time pursuing these vehicles

As I was just browsing and checking out the vehicles, the place was just great. They have a wide variety of options and high quality cars. I didn’t however speak to a employee, but overhearing other customers brought me to accurately say that the employees are very well trained and extremely polite. They give you any information you need on a vehicle and help get what you need. It’s simple. Just a great place overall.
