I went in for service on a issue that my service rep Barbara was determined to fix replace and make this car perfect. The entire service department makes you feel like friends. They just make taking your car in for service a joy. Not only did they fix the issue which turned out to be minimum, but the carwash machine was out of order I believe they were doing some maintenance and upkeep on the system. But my rep with the car wash team went the extra mile and hand washed and dried my car for me. It really makes you feel special and that you are a friend and not just some one with a problem. Experience started off a little rough when I initially reached out for a car I was interested in. No flexibility on the price so I waited it out until the priced dropped incrementally from not being sold. Rich in Finance is amazing and was able to get everything squared away with the utmost professionalism. I also appreciate Ken picking me up from the airport after I flew down for pickup. Since I completed everything online all I had to do was wait for the paperwork to be gathered and once I landed I was on my way home in less than 20 minutes. Overall, great experience.

I have purchased 2 Bentley Bentaygas. New 2018 and recenty a certified 2019 Bentagayga. The experience was great, not just saying that either. They came from ft laud to port st Lucie twice to fix some very small details I was obsessed with. The car was replaced with a nice loaner and the work was perfect. I have had millions of dollars worth of cars and had some bad experiences, these folks care and strive to make you happy and earn your business

Of course it's quiet and luxurious. It's a Rolls-Royce -- it's what they do best! It's a decent value at 4 years old. Not cheap, but (to me) it's worth the money. At about 5,500 lbs and almost 18 feet long, I expected ponderous handling. However, this thing accelerates and handles better than anything this big and heavy should. Especially accelerating -- seems to defy physics. It accelerates hard enough to lock up the seat belt! You wouldn't mistake it for a Miata; more like a big BMW or Mercedes sedan. Overall, after about a week, I'm still finding new features and still marveling at the handling and performance. I should point out that my car has the Dynamic Driving Package. I don't know how much of a difference that makes compared to a car without it. I'm also still getting accustomed to its size. (My other cars are MUCH smaller, lighter, shorter, and narrower.)

Thomas Coursey is by far the best car salesman I have ever worked with. He listens and he cares about the client. His attention to detail was outstanding. Nick, the finance manger was awesome. He had everything ready to go and made the finance part of the deal seamless and fully transparent.
