While the dealership is great, Jacob Agin is what makes it greater. He answered all my questions and followed up with me. In 2009 I was invited to test the coup and drop head at Abu Dhabi rolls Royce dealer, it was an unforgettable experience. Then 3 years ago I bought a coup, amazing car, the presence, drive, sophistication is like no other car. I like the pre 2013 look, it’s more authentic. The newer ones have better multimedia but everything else is the same. Certainly a car to keep.

Very nice salespeople. They did not harass with calls and emails like some dealerships do.

Responsive however lack of 2 keys on a rare special car not being noted and significant stone chips also not mentioned in the description not great. With those hits no movement on price on an overpriced vehicle no surprise they reached out later offering a lower price. Too late closed on a much nicer specimen for less. One plus $200 dealer fees was excellent and fair.

I love the car, It is definitely worth every penny, Once you own a Rolls you'll never go back. the ride is smooth, the UI is easy to navigate and the car is very comfortable.

It's an enormous gorgeous hunk, sort of like a former Supermodel who got married and put on a few extra pounds. You can't argue with Rolls-Royce craftsmanship; I drive a Phantom VII and a 58 Silver Cloud, so yes, I'm a fan. This baby is just almost too much in every possible way, but then again... so are most of my friends.

It was quick and easy. Salesman and finance waited for me. They even had the car washed and ready for me.

After test driving one near home, I decided to buy one. I found a great dealer in Gold Coast RR-Bentley in downtown Chicago. This purchase was a wonderful experience. Car is elegant, makes me smile!
