The facility is awesome. Negotiation over the price was fact based and efficient. They didn't waste my time or assume I didn't research the market. The sales experience was a pleasure. I drove three hours roundtrip when there is a dealership less than a mile away and it was well worth the time and effort. The whole process, and in particular the delivery, was everything that buying a luxury vehicle should be. The buying experience was an absolute pleasure and Steve, the owner, made everything possible by flat bedding the car that I was interested to my mechanic in Miami for a pre purchase inspection. My mechanic commented that "I would not find a nicer example of a Bentley elsewhere", just as had been represented. At Fort Lauderdale Collection South,the customer matters and it is refreshing to see!

I have a 2014 RR Ghost V-spec. I put 5,000 miles a year on it. It is reliable. The fact that it is timeless, keeps me from wanting to upgrade the car. I plan on keeping it. As a result, this car is saving me from the annual depreciation hit I was getting on my AMG Mercedes S classes - $50k a year! It is a BMW underneath with all the tech and reliability that comes with that brand. I am careful to make certain I can park it properly wherever I take it. That is the only downfall that I can see. I am retired.

Cesar Valdez was able to assist us with arranging our car repair, and then went above and beyond to help us get the car back in time before we had to travel. He provided frequent updates and answered all of our questions at any time. Though this dealership is out of our way, we won’t take our car to another, and Cesar Valdez is a big reason we won’t go anywhere else.
