This dealership is very impressive. I visited to see a certified Land Rover. Despite that I did not purchase the vehicle, I was treated with respect and allowed a test drive. While the dealership is great, Jacob Agin is what makes it greater. He answered all my questions and followed up with me. Brickell is a class act. I talked to about 4 other dealerships around the country when shopping for my car. The other dealerships whined and moaned about making a 2nd key -shouldn't this be standard to have 2 keys for a car over 30k? So many other details were handled smoothly and seemed to simply be part of their solid sales policy at Brickell. One dealership offered to send a driver to the airport and told me 'just give him $50' , which was fine and part of buying a new car out of state. Brickell however said just take an Uber and we'll reimburse you. Not a lot of money but just a bunch of little things that added up to a very satisfied customer. Special thanks to Erick and German!! Another minor detail... love all the fresh flowers in the office and cool video screens and art. Employees all seemed very happy as well :)

Of course it's quiet and luxurious. It's a Rolls-Royce -- it's what they do best! It's a decent value at 4 years old. Not cheap, but (to me) it's worth the money. At about 5,500 lbs and almost 18 feet long, I expected ponderous handling. However, this thing accelerates and handles better than anything this big and heavy should. Especially accelerating -- seems to defy physics. It accelerates hard enough to lock up the seat belt! You wouldn't mistake it for a Miata; more like a big BMW or Mercedes sedan. Overall, after about a week, I'm still finding new features and still marveling at the handling and performance. I should point out that my car has the Dynamic Driving Package. I don't know how much of a difference that makes compared to a car without it. I'm also still getting accustomed to its size. (My other cars are MUCH smaller, lighter, shorter, and narrower.)

I have a 2014 RR Ghost V-spec. I put 5,000 miles a year on it. It is reliable. The fact that it is timeless, keeps me from wanting to upgrade the car. I plan on keeping it. As a result, this car is saving me from the annual depreciation hit I was getting on my AMG Mercedes S classes - $50k a year! It is a BMW underneath with all the tech and reliability that comes with that brand. I am careful to make certain I can park it properly wherever I take it. That is the only downfall that I can see. I am retired.
