Salesman nice friendly Business part not good Took 3 hours for paperwork when paying cash for car. Gas tank was not full had to get gas to get home and no paperwork to even tell what features were on the car. Mentioned couple free oil changes but that didn’t happen either.

I love this car and the interior and exterior design. It has a touch of luxury to its design. So much comfort and awesome features. It’s worth every penny.

Good place to go to! The salesman was nice and very helpful! Working with the accountant was a little more difficult though. I appreciate their straightforward approach and informative nature.

As an all gas car, the Versa gets great gas mileage. It starts without hesitation and has no quirks. It is a little cramped. As a 5"2' woman I have short legs and my knee hits the steering column while breaking. The seats are not the most comfortable.

Have a 2010 AWD Ti has done 340k not missed a beat until recently had fuel injector fail and wear and tear starting to show but still very responsive. Engine inside also seems to have more build up than what i would've expected having had regular servicing. dont know if thats common , just an observation. I love the Bose system , has a sub in tire well and pumps loud. Leather seats very comfortable . Electric tailgate and sunroofs pretty cool. Is a pleasure to drive with good visability

This is a fuel efficient and modest car. It achieves 98hp has a 9 gallon tank and an automatic transmission. The LS has crank windows and old fashioned key-lock doors. You can haul a reasonable load in the back seat and hatch or even three other people, though it might be somewhat cramped. It appears to be designed for urban commuters, but I've driven it some decent distances and in all seasons now and it seems to up the challenge of all weather and (paved) terrains. The onboard technology (radio, backup camera, and internet connectivity--with Apple Play and Android Auto) is surprisingly good. Its small size makes it fit easily into small spaces. It was discontinued in 2022, so there should be parts for awhile and prices are coming down. If you need a second car, give this one some consideration.

This car has all the bells and whistles I wanted. Leather, sunroof, backup camera, heated seats, etc. A pleasure to drive. The only negative is that I wish it got better gas mileage. It is a V6, so I opted for power over mileage.

The service department is excellent, specifically because of Patrick. He is the most attentive and caring service manager I have come across in over 50 years of driving cars. He went above and beyond in terms of looking out for me and my concerns. I couldn't more highly recommend his services.

Do your homework and research the vehicle of your choice. I bought the escape used in 2024. So far, no recalls and it was a great buy, and I love it. I have the 2.0 turbo 240 horsepower. I use premium gas, full synthetic oil and change the transmission fluid every 30 thousand miles. I also read that once you get to your destination, let the car idle for 10 seconds so the turbo has time to rid any excess output.

It sounds strange but I actually bought the wrong car and after a little scuffle of misunderstanding they let me trade for a car that made me happy. I'm happy!

This car has met my needs since I have it. It is very comfortable and reliable. I drove from Pennsylvania to Texas without any trouble.

The car overall is in great shape besides a few things here and there but for the year it's to be expected and we got the vehicle at a great price we brought it home all the way to Rockford and had it inspected by our mechanic and he says that we made a great choice.

They pushed the car up the hill into Freedom Auto’s lot, called a “Subaru Guru” in to diagnose the problem, and ultimately make the repairs so I could be on my way. They were able to turn a hopeless kind of situation into a solved problem!

I have had this '19 GT for a little over a year and 10,000 miles or so, including two long trips. It is comfortable, performs reasonably well, and has a lot of helpful features, although not "the latest." I like the look of it (Black/Chrome trim), and my impression is that they made it as close to a Minivan as possible in an SUV. It has wide-opening rear doors, storage under the seats and cargo area, and three rows of seats. My actual fuel economy is about 22 on trips and 19 around town. I am entirely satisfied with the vehicle and have had no problems at all. As for the 3.6 I am very encouraged that they use this thing in everything from the Challenger to the RAM 1500, plus the Gladiator (only motor offered). They must have confidence in it.

I have owned myAudi A5 premium plus 2.0T for over 9 years,I am the second owner. I have looked at newer ones and the S5 and the RS5 but have kept firm with the A5. My car is monsoon Gray with saddle interior. I have 51000 miles on it and I get about 25 mpg. The comfortable, quiet ride is only surpassed by the 8 speed at in sport mode as it effortlessly and flawlessly brings me to 70mph on the pa turnpike. Wow, still makes me smile after 9 years and smiles per mile is the most important thing for me now. When I get out of her I still have to take a moment to admire her lines and design. I have owned many cars, from many very competent manufactures but the Audi A6 to me is that 1 girl I will keep forever.

Needing a newer vehicle.. I got what I came in for. I had outstanding service from Tony and lots of help from Brian the financial guru. Everyone in the office was very pleasant. I've had my 2016 Focus SE for 9 years this year & will drive it until one of us dies. I've never had a problem with it. It gets great gas mileage, is comfortable & roomy. I've hauled many things that others thought wouldn't fit but with the back seats folded down ...no problem. I would recommend a Focus to anyone looking for a reliable vehicle.

Well it fits all 7 members of my family. Has pretty good gas mileage. It is comfortable and doesn't take 3 years to get up to 35-40 miles per hour.

I, and my wife bought a 2018 Chevy Cruze LS Sedan in February 2018 brand new right off the back of the delivery truck. We simply take very good care of "PIP" as we call him, and he has and does take very good care of us. The key is keep up with all of the maintance before it is needed! I bought used in 2023 a 2015 premium with 214k miles. I drove it 6k miles and only replaced the CV axle, this isn't impressive sounding but it was going through constant , aggressive off reading due to the rough road conditions I had to use because I live in the rocky mountains. I got in a rollover a 60 mph and I had no injuries, airbags kept me safe. Fuel economy was dismal with 21 in the city and 24 in the highway, safety and reliability are top tier, power was surprisingly adequate, the Bluetooth was appreciated and all the safety tech and other tech was very useable and helpful and accurate. Love the car would buy it again if I had the chance

Purchased a 2015 with 23,000 miles for under $9000. The car is brand new. The battery warranty is 8 years and 100,000 miles. Super cheap to run. But nobody talks about what a hoot it is to drive. It's probably not politically correct but this little car is a blast to drive. The stiffer suspension and quick steering make it feel like a gocart, only this gocart has 327 ftlbs of torque. Everyone that's taken a ride wants one. The only let down are the tires.
