I was in the market for a new, reliable used car and spent @ a week and a half looking through half a dozen vehicle-listing sites. I narrowed my search down to 2 vehicles, 1 of which was a Toyota Corolla LE listed by Childre Nissan. Within a half an hour of reaching out to them wanting more information on the car, Leslie Madden reached out to me. She was fantastic helping me however I needed, to include her understanding I was looking at 2 cars and wouldn't be able to commit to a purchase right away. She went above and beyond to help me, with no assurances that their car would be the one I chose. Over the next day and a half, we worked through the process and I bought the car. Everything was done via texts, phone calls & over the internet, but I never felt like it was a distant relationship. I was given an very good price for my trade. They even delivered my new car to me, as well as taking my trade-in back! I am very, very happy with my experience with Childre Nissan. Leslie Madden, the sales representative who provided me invaluable help purchasing the car, and Josh Coffey, who also assisted me with the financing details, really seemed to care about me getting the car and helped me every step of the way. I wouldn't hesitate buying again from them or referring someone else to them.

I had a head-on collision with my 2013 Nissan Pathfinder Platinum going 60-65 mph. The entire engine compartment is gnarly; the engine is upside down and backwards, but nothing from under the front hood entered the vehicle. A law enforcement officer told me how surprised he was and said that if I plan to buy another vehicle, I should buy a Nissan Pathfinder because he had never seen so much damage to a vehicle without the driver un-injured.

Billy was really nice to talk to. Was not pushy on selling me a truck,kinda nice to have that experience.

My biggest peeve is the tailgate isn’t powered. Ordered the top of the line mr Model sight unseen because my dealership didn’t carry them. I wanted all the bells and whistles. Powered lift gate isn’t an option. It is painful to my injured spine to lift it and manually move the rear seats. The grandkids love the 3rd seat and I love the storage space behind it. I have made a Sam’s run for the month and able to pack everything behind the 3rd seat. The inside is great for human comfort but not for shopping or I should say storing packages. To be honest, my front seats are ALL THE WAY back. I have plenty of room and that’s a lot. I don’t like being close to the steering wheel in case of an accident. I wish the slots for charging my devices weren’t so close to the driver’s cup holder. It’s too easy for liquids to Spill in them. The only other item I wish was different is I miss a hard copy manual. There are options I still don’t know how to use. My GPS is not updated because of that. I like the van. My grandkids and dogs like it. Tomorrow I will get up, remove the two blankets I have protecting them floors and spend hours vacuuming the dog hair out the fabric on the back of the seats and floors. I have leather seats but there’s still Too much surface that holds onto my Husky’s and Belgian Shepherd’s ‘Glitter’. I do have to double check my doors are locked when I leave them in the car with the AC running. I have to use the remote because the double tap of the horn alert is deceiving. It doesn’t mean the door is locked. I do appreciate how easy it is to unlock the car without having the remote in my hand. All in all, it served the reasons I purchased it. I do wish I had paid the extra money for the Sprinter. But it would not have fit in my garage nor my budget.

Perfect for our senior road trips. (With the exception of the placement of cup holders). The cargo space allows us to leave possessions in the van, out of sight, on overnight stays.

I have been using this service department for 10 years and it has been a little up and down over those years. Since Randy took over as Service Manager the service department is amazing and is ran the way a service department should be. Angela, John and Kayleigh are so helpful and professional. If I could give more than 5 stars I would!

Overall, I love my 2024 STX 4x4 Supercrew. It's comfortable, reliable, and gets great gas mileage with the 2.7 ecoboost. I had one small repair done under warranty that took less than 3 hours and I have over 13k miles on it. My only mild complaints are that the ride could be more forgiving over bumpy pavement and that the turning radius was better.

My Dad Frank Smith is the best😍.. He took my income and expenses into consideration for helping me get my 2021 Toyota Camry. They have a great warranty and who doesn't love free oil changes. Walking into the milledgeville location...even with masks on ...everyone I came in contact with had a smile. Moe...the manager is hilarious...Thank yall so much🥰

Very happy with this vehicle all the way around. Rides nice very comfortable for long distance not bad to travel in. Plenty of pick up also pushing Sport button the vehicle speeds acceleration is quite good.

We switched from 4Runner to Highlander! Many years of Toyota loyalty in our family. Camrys to Tacoma’s we have had them all. I stole my wife’s 4Runner away from her and replaced it with a 2021 Highlander XSE. It’s been awesome. Bought it brand new. We just hit 65k. We drive from northern Idaho to Scottsdale Az all year and at anytime. Yes, anytime. AWD Snowmobile. It’s awesome in the snow! 22-28 MPG on the Hwy. For those worried about driving a wagon looking vessel around that does not have the great looks of the 4Runner? Don’t worry about it. The XSE has a great looking front end. The XSE Model handles great and boogies. Yes, it’s quick and drives like a sports car. Well, it handles well not quite a sports car. Don’t get the regular Highlander. XSE looks different, has the JBL stereo and drives great. AWD with a Snow Mode. Oh, and it had a third row for little ones. Reliability - been amazing. Zero issues.

Great 3-row hybrid. Very reliable. Very comfortable. Lots of cargo space, especially with the third row seat down. Put down the second row and cargo space is enormous. Good gas mileage for a 6-cylinder. Nice pick-up for an SUV. Would definitely buy another Highlander

Brandon Tanner was our sales person. He was extremely helpful from the test drives to the actual pick-up of our Toyota Corolla Cross Hybrid. Brandon was very approachable, answered all questions and even looked into a question that he was not knowledgeable on. Brandon came in to ensure the vehicle was in perfect delivery condition and that we had a great sales experience. The level of service was so unique and appreciated. He entrusted us to Tequila who walked us through all the features of the Cross which we did not expect and appreciated. Tequila also walked us through the Toyota app and connected our phones. Let me not forget to mention our finance experience with Tai Nguynen This is always the least most favorite portion of purchasing. To our surprise the process was pleasant and all questions were answered. The use of the technology used for this transaction made the process faster. This car replaced my 1993 Civic when the corrosion of the midwest did in the suspension, which was not worth repairing on on a car with 279,000 miles. Now my current Civic was approaching this benchmark fast befor Covid. It had some big shows to fill and easily did so. No problems, and it has been beat to crap. This is city driving, so the engine hours are through the roof. Average maybe 20mph thoughtour it’s life. Did need it’s starter replaced once, although this was less expensive than the old timing belt tuneup on the 93. There was an issue with thinning paint on trunk and the car has been hit with enough rocks and when parked that she is far from pristine. I vouch for the safety as this is the insurance replacement of one that got totaled with 60 miles on it back in 09, a roll over. Run off road by semi whose brakes failed. I find the car quite comfortable for commuting purposes and the AC still works. It’s a DX-VP, so she’s awfully spartan by modern standards. Now that I work from home, the miles are coming slower. I assume a better conditioned one with low miles would hold its resale value pretty well. I’d like to justify getting a new car to scoot around town but it’s impossible to justify.
