The people in the shop were excellent, except for I had a low tire and they didn't catch that. It shows on my receipt that they did a 27 point inspection? Wouldn't that include my tires? When I asked the cashier what some of the inspection colors meant, she had no idea and wasn't interested in helping me find out either. Other than that everything was wonderful, I got my oil changed.

This car checks all of the boxes for a full size SUV. Its towing capacity is tops for all SUV’s! It seats seven adults comfortably and fuel economy is the best for full size SUV’s. GREAT VEHICLE!

I have the 2025 Ram 3.6 Crew Cab. I paid $45,000 for it in 2024 August. I traded my 2018 Tundra in that I only had a for a year. Major difference in power is noticable right off the bat. This Ram takes off very strange at times. Sometimes it feels like it has the power other times it doesnt want to move. I have the e-torque 3.6. The 5.7 Tundra had the power but I got rid of it because no dealer would fix it because the Tundra was spewing gas out the tank. The Tundra would only hold 12 gallons at most with a 38 gallon tank but I later found out the ECM was replaced and if I had known that I wouldnt of purchased the Tundra. You are now getring much less for you money with any vehicle. Any half ton with a v8 will cost you around $65,000 at the lowest price. This was 1 ton vehicle pricing pre-covid. These Ram crew cabs with a v6 should not cost any more than $40,000 at most. Its a very slow truck and doesnt feel like 305 HP but 280 HP realistically. The truck is too heavy for a 3.6 so that means more engine strain. The longevity of the engine will be questionable. The Ram definitely gets decent gas mileage but going uphill in this Ram you can feel the engine having to hit high rpm just to up an incline. The ride is smooth no doubt about it but these crew cabs need at least a 4.0 or 4.3 v6 to really get the job done.

My wife and I both went to M&N while shopping for new to us vehicles. This was our last stop and glad we found it! Andy and staff asked right off the bat what we might be looking at and just tossed us the keys and said, "Take them for a spin." We were happy with the service they provided, the detailing of the vehicles, and the cost! We definitely got our money's worth, and it wasn't a waste of our time! It's rare to find friendlier yet no pressure type service. They don't follow you around like a leech and let you shop! Nothing worse than someone hanging over your shoulder when you're trying to shop. Buying a vehicle is a big decision, you don't want someone breathing down your neck when trying to decide what you want! These guys don't do that!!! Vehicles are priced right and aren't junk! I purchased recently a used 2020 Cherokee Limited and it has turned out excellent, I have no problems or issues. The only minor issue that I have is the location of the cup holderss.

Our 22 Wagoneer Series II is awesome. So quiet and the ride quality is like there's a layer of cream cheese between the road and the tires. Totally reliable, nothing but oil/filter changes. Super roomy and comfy interior.

Staff were knowledgeable and friendly. Despite being very busy, staff were attentive. There is a large selection of both new and used vehicles.

Turn signals do not have a loud sound. They are very low My 2016 Outback has nice loud turn signals. You cannot turn your radio off. The only way not to hear it is to put the sound real low. Two major complaints I have

He was not pushy about anything during the process and if he didn't know the answer to something he was able to figure it out quickly. The entire process was smooth and comfortable. My 2024 Chevy Silverado LTZ provides a deluxe large SUV interior and a standard (short) tuck bed all in one vehicle. It is loaded with features to make it look and operate very well, and it provides mid 20's regular unleaded fuel mileage. The dynamic fuel management system combined with the 10 speed automatic transmission work together flawlessly to deliver smooth power without being able to realize what gear or how many cylinders the powertrain is using at any given time.

Purchased in 2023, new. Had to go back one year to find one without e-torque. Test drove & didn't like it. Right now I have 30,000 trouble free miles on it. I just hope my luck with that last. I have been a GM owner all my life, with two Fords threw in which didn't impress mr at all. I was dissatisfied with my 2010 GMC so I decided to try Ram. I bought a 2017 Bighorn with the 3.6 V6 & was totally happy. 70,000 trouble free miles. I planned on keeping that truck much longer, but, at my age, decided to give it one more shot, so i bought the 2022 with the 5.7 V8. Didn't need the xtra power but decided I'd go for broke. I'm 82, so I'm planning this to be my last truck. I have owned pickups only since 1967, never had any use for a car.

Love the look and features, hate the 4 cylinder. Has no power. Very comfortable, smooth ride, handles nice, easy to park. Just don't try to pass unless you have plenty of room.

I purchased a '11 DTS from them and they were very great to work with. Let me take the car for a drive by myself so there was no pressure and I could look it over as much as I wanted. Very easy to negotiate with and I got it at the price I wanted. Even stuck around late to finish the deal even though they had a family function to get to. 3.6 motor experience cold wether limp mode Several times. Dealer claims no update for carburetor freeze up. Stranded on extreme cold days. Very concerned and disappointing
