Great experience with this dealership, trading in a vehicle and buying new. Sam Samet was very knowledgeable on the new Tundra I was looking at and pointed out all the features. The dealership offered me good trade in value and kept the ball rolling in a timely manner. The dealership was clean and nice to spend a few hours in. I will call Sam next time I need a car.

Very pleasant experience. No hassle and very friendly. Maloy was our sales person as well as Ben. Both exceeded our expectations with regard to customer service and we feel we got a fair deal as well. A full tank of gas came with it and we didn't even request it. Love these guys and the dog!

Great value considering the superior safety features, low maintenance and reliability. Rear wheel bearings have been replaced twice and just had the AC compressor and serpentine belt replaced. Albeit expensive repairs, all cars need something after the first 3 years. It's been 8 years and the car still run and drives like new.

I'd like to update my previous review describing my disappointment with the way Autotown responded to my daughter bringing in her recently purchased car with a service light on. I truly appreciate Ben Dyer, the owner, responding to my initial review and stating that they will again look at my daughter's car and evaluate it for repair. I did some further talking with my daughter and I think where I/we misunderstood the dealer's willingness to address again is that she won't be back to the area again for 3 weeks and she thought that made her ineligible to have the dealer consider the issue further. I also consulted with a dealer/service manager and they agreed that the code(s) could have been cleared before Autotown took the car as a trade. I'm hopefully optimistic that when my daughter and the car are back in Champaign in 3 weeks, we can get some answers/resolutions on the issue (note we're told the code/issue shouldn't be impacted by waiting the 3 weeks since she uses a car very little while at school). So for those who read ratings, I'll update and re-review after we take it in for service consult in 3 weeks with Autotown and their garage.

This is a great car. Rides good and has all the bells and whistles. Clean interior. I especially love the heated seats and outside temperature along with gas mileage shown. Love this car.

This my first BMW x5 sdrive. I bought it used with 61,000 miles. Everything works perfect. I just had it serviced at BMW of Murrieta California and as expected it showed with no issues. Came out with flying colors! Poor

I love my Nissan Altima. Handling is great. Great steering and and overall a great car. It has great pick up so I can manuverate quickly and percisely. The cost was better than any other of it's size.

I can’t say enough good things about this car!I bought it in 2020 with 45k miles and it was used for two and a half years to get me to school in another town 45-70 miles away, and it kept me safe and performed as good as I could ever ask for. The safety features are the cherry on top and saved me multiple times when merging into other lanes. It has all the bells and whistles- under glow lights, led lights in the front row, Bluetooth connection, and so much more. The car is spacious and has allowed me to drive with multiple people In the car comfortably. The back trunk contains so much space even with the third row seats up. The only issue I have ever had with this vehicle is around 100k miles, the gear shift locked. However, this never affected me and this is something that never needs to be fixed if it doesn’t drive you crazy, and the solution of depressing the gear lock to unlock it while you drive is a simple fix. Overall, this car has been very reliable even at over 110k miles and gives a luxury feel in an affordable vehicle. My favorite car. STOP THE KIA SLANDER!!

28C - 32 MPG. Excellent maneuverability, easy to maintain, lots of room for cargo if needed. Seats 4 very comfortably, 5 comfortably. Heated seats, steering wheel, good heater and air conditioning. Comfortable drive, very good visual for driving.

Took me while before I could make this review, but please note that this is my experience dealing with AutoTown, while dealing with autotown, I’ve only really had the chance to meet 2 workers there… Kevin and Ben, I believe Ben is the owner, my first experience with Kevin he helped me get into a used 2019 Buick Regal…. Honestly I love the car one of the best cars ived ever owned and with the price it was worth it! With only 52k miles on it I thought I was gettin an amazing deal but after having the car for a few days I realized that it had an issues with the gas pedal…. I contacted auto town to let them know about the issues and they immediately had me bring the car back so they could figure out the problem…. After weeks of trying to track the problem there was no real luck of fixing the issues so they owner Ben gave me the opportunity to switch into a different vehicle! Even tho I loved the 2019 Buick Regal I honestly feel like I got a Wayyyy better deal by switching to the 2019 Chrysler 300 all Black with the tinted windows! Ben worked with me on the numbers so that all of equity that I had from the other car went into the Chrysler! Ived had the Chrysler for about 2 months now and I’m loving the car I’m able to pick up my kids out of town about 2 hours away, make it back and forth too work with no issues, take comfortable joy rides without any issues. I honestly love the car and I’m glad that I picked AutoTown for my vehicle, I’ve recommended to a few of my coworkers to get a car from here and honestly I’m pretty sure I’ll get my next car from here too! And I forgot to mention while I was having troubles with the Buick I had to leave the car with AutoTown for a few days while they track down the problem, they were nice enough to give me a loaner car until I got my vehicle back! So if you’re looking for a good reliable dealership to get a car I’ll definitely check out AutoTown you won’t regret it! Had mine 11 yrs. Bought in 2011 for 6k with 29000 mike's, yr 2002 3.0 sport , mint in siennarot red. Now has 36k miles, still mint , has a James bond theme numberplate related to "goldeneye" and wouldn't sell for 15k

Great family friendly 4 seater hard top convertible. Good performance and great handling as well. Purchasing used was a great value for all the included features.

Bought it new. Taken several road trips with and no problems ever. I still own and drive it . Love the gas milage. I get 32 mpg around my town and upto 40mpg on open road. Cargo space is tricky. Only drawback is back seats will not flatten in order to extend cargo space.

Nice looking vehicle goes good in the snow but the 2.4 liter motor is junk I had to get mine replaced overall very reliable suv.

I bought this car used from friend they did have motor problem but they bought it new so kia replaced motor and my daughter drove it couple years then when she graduated I took Kia and bought her new car for her and grandkids and I have been happy with it. It's my everyday car because it gets great MPG. It's got 160k miles about 50K on new motor. So far no issues just keep her up to date on oil changes and stuff. It's 1st Kia I ever owned and I would definitely give them another go if time to buy another vehicle.

Great car for the price. The warranty sold me and free oil changes for 3/36k miles. I LOVE IT! Kinda small, but doable in every way. I am a single mom with 2 children and we fit perfectly. Did I mention how awesome the warranty is. :)

This things fits EVERYTHING! I purchased this preowned back in 2021 with 48k miles on it. With 4 years of ownership and only 13k miles later, I’ve only ever had to keep up with maintenance including a set of new tires and one recall. Last summer I did notice some plastic paneling in the rear rattling that drove me nuts but haven’t heard it since so let’s hope it doesn’t start anew. With it being so cheap to maintain and the fact it sips gas, I have a hard time finding a justifiable reason to upgrade!

2014 Ford Focus. Best car I have ever driven. Fun to drive and I look sexy driving it. Passed it on to my daughter, 177000 miles and still runs great.

This is my second renagade, I wanted a 2021 limited and that’s what I have now. I have a long history with many models of jeeps, but I have to say this one is my all time favorite . I love everything about it. It’s a tank in the snow and mud . We have climbed to the top of a mountain with it. I feel safe and secure that I will never get stranded in the snow. It’s comfortable, and just the right size . I love the Easter eggs they hid in the car ! We were able to fit all our camping gear in it and bikes and kayaks too. I love the look of it and it’s fun ! I will never get rid of this car , it’s a keeper.

I purchased my Sentra SV with 45,000 miles on it. After 5:years, it has been a rock of dependability and gets outstanding gas mileage (43-45 mpg with the ECO mode.) I've only had to replace the battery and front brake pads and it has 76,099 miles. It may not be the sportiest car, but it's comfortable and gets 29-33 mpg around town.
