2012 Scion xB Release Series 9.0 review
Best Bang for the Buck
I like horse power but I don't want to give up reliability. My 2012 9.0 RS Scion xB fits the bill. ( By the way they only come in Hot Lava color ) Bought it two years ago, and since then it's never failed to start & run. I always keep it well maintained, and I've had three dealerships offer to buy it from me, ( so they can sell it for thousands more) it has 135k miles which is just breaking a Toyota/Scion in. My only complaint is: I wish Toyota put in the 180hp 2.5 Camry motor in it - it has the 2.4 158hp motor stock. I can chirp the tires off the line, it's so quick down low, but mid range and up high its average. Lord Willing I plan on keeping it. Next car will be as reliable and a little faster. Hard to find anything better than the xB in that regard..

2005 Scion XA... Bullet Proof!
2005 Scion XA. Bought @ 158,000. Running Flawlessly @ 167,500. Put about $1,100 in Basic Tuning, Oil Change to Full Syn, Matching Filter, Air Filter. No Engine lights. No Issues with my OBT2 Sensor. No Leaks anywhere! Manual 32-37 when New... My last 4 Averages are 34.2 consistently. I drive about 30% Highway. My 2005 Scion XA had a long Carfax Sheet of Regular Care... big reason I paid the $4,400 from dealer ask of $4,900. A Best Buy? I expect 300, 000 from this time machine. A simple car... made to run forever? Very, very happy. Even for a small engine... it's FUN to drive!

Had any old 2006 scion coupe with 126,000 miles for 3
Had any old 2006 scion coupe with 126,000 miles for 3 years. It was in mint condition inside and out. Only payed $6000 for it. Never had one problem until someone crashed into me, them problem and the car was totaled. Really a good car and fun to drive. I wish I could find another deal like that one.

After purchasing my third vehicle from Kendall, the moon roof was discovered to have a leak. This was a several thousand dollar fix, they fixed it. Being a single mom, a home health nurse who works out of their vehicle and an all around busy person, I was concerned and naturally worried as what to do. I was amazed at the kindness and genuine support I received after talking with the General Manager Jeff who followed through with his word and took care of the problem every step of the way. All the while, the most excellent service clerk Carrie always knew the right thing to say or do. She would call and leave update messages without me having to chase her down to find out information, she would even remember to remind me of the little things like to get my parking card out of the rental vehicle...she was nice, really nice, a natural and seemingly doing things in an effortless manner...on-and-on... ...these people made my day and reminded me how to be, even in my line of work where compassion, empathy, kindness and understanding are essential especially in todays unusual world. Handles better than any compact car I've driven excluding Porsche 718 Cayman. Handles well at low and high speeds. Corners great. Good acceleration and passing speed. Awesome sports car for under 25k!
