He kept me informed throughout the entire process. It’s so refreshing to work with someone who is both an expert and treats you with such honesty and respect. The entire team was efficient, and my vehicle was ready exactly when promised. Because of Ricky and the crew at Keen Dodge, I left feeling confident in the work done and valued as a customer. I highly recommend asking for Rickey—he makes the service experience stress-free and positive. This is how customer service should be done!
