Me and my son walked into Rosen Nissan Madison around 3:15p on Fight Night Saturday after receiving a pre-approval letter in the mail. I was unsure about my likeliness of getting approved for a lease seeing that my credit situation wasn't the best. Kory Branton (Salesperson) was the first person that offered me help and I must say he was absolutely amazing from start to finish! After being denied consultation from another dealership earlier that day, my hopes were completely down but Kory changed that immediately! I have never in my lifetime seen an individual work so hard and efficient to make something happen with so much patience. Kory, along with the rest of the team (Ed [Finance Guy], Cory [Sales Manger]); could have easily turned us around at anytime and told us to come back but instead they were willing to stay an HOUR AFTER closing time in order to help us! We are so grateful that you all were willing to sacrifice your time and patience to assist us with our purchase! Words can not explain how much this means to us and how much this moment has helped our family here in Madison. When I was in the passenger seat, the ride was extremely smooth. Unlike the KIA Forte, the Elantra was the car for me when I wanted to buy my first car.

I found the vehicle I wanted on the internet. I emailed Metro Ford on a Friday night. David Burns replied early Saturday morning. I called to make sure the vehicle was still there because I live 1 1/2 hours away. He put the vehicle on hold for me. By Saturday afternoon I had my vehicle. Thank you David Burns.

Great driving and solid car. I especially love the handling and ride for cruising the beach. When the twin turbo hits you with that boost she is fun to drive. She gives you balanced power at the helm and take in that confidence that this lovely lady gives. Pop the top and then really take in that beach Sunset. smooth reliable but ugly car runs well. Alot of minor maintenance required. Only ran well with synthetic oil. When using traditional oil it burnt oil n it was black when using synthetic it stopped any issues with the oil and lasts 9500 miles & no nasty fumes

I cannot speak to the buying experience but my experience with exploring options and test driving was top tier.

Great mileage and very nice interior. Lotsa stuff but sadly only drivers window is auto. Wheels are terrible. They look great but very hard to clean. Good trunk space and nice seats. Having problems with backup camera it looks very foggy. Had it back to dealer twice, no luck. No CD player.. big downgrade.

Our salesman, Keith Norris, was very pleasant, very knowledgeable, very helpful, and very good at his job. Great customer service from him and everyone else we came in contact with. We highly recommend this dealership.

I came from a 2018 Honda Accord EX to a 2022 Nissan Altima SR VC-Turbo. The reason I switched to Nissan was the high lease price of the Accord in 2022. These cars are very similar in gas mileage, ride quality, trunk space and tech features. The Honda had a slightly smoother ride(but the Nissan does have 19" rims which means you feel the road imperfections more). My only complaint with the Altima is the back up camera. To put it frankly the resolution sucks!! The Accord had a crystal clear back up camera. Finally, my Accord had 190 hp and the Altima has 234 but honestly the acceleration is very similar.

Armand did a bang-up job. Truck was delivered as viewed on-line. No surprises when signing paperwork remotely. There was a floor mat missing when delivered. I sent an email to Armand and I had the missing mat in days. 5 STAR approval!

This car has so many safety features it’s a comfortable ride with a stylish look and gets lots of looks. I’m thrilled with it. The ambient lighting is so cool. I would highly recommend this car to anyone who wants to be safe. Cynthia H

We had some maintenance work done on our Odyssey, and Cheryl took amazing care of us. Some of the parts they needed wouldn't be available until the next day, so the van had to stay an additional night. After the van was completed, Cheryl came in on her day off to complete some of the paperwork to finish our visit. After we decided that we could leave the van an additional night and pick it up the next morning instead, Cheryl offered, quite literally, to go out of her way to pick me up on her way in to work so I didn't need to bring the family out on a cold morning. I've been very pleased with all my visits to Wilde East Towne Honda--top-notch service, great customer care, and wonderful amenities while waiting. And now, Cheryl's willingness to go above and beyond her responsibilities to help the customer only further affirm that we will be keeping our business with Wilde East Towne for years to come!

I've had a 17 Ford Fiesta Se car since 2017. Bought it brand new off the lot. Got ripped a new one due to the price I paid, however it was worth it. She's got a bit over 200,000 miles and the only major problems were the timing belt was walking off, and the original belt snapped put of the blue once. Cars a/C is still perfect, lacks horsepower but a very economical and spunky car. Time for maintenance on the sus as of now, but I still love driving it. Bluetooth took a crap, and it still drives great. I live in the mountains so it's taken a beating, but she keeps going!

These cars are very very reliable, the engine gives the driver of power over and stability over most other cars, the car is very quiet considering the 300 eye popping, seat of the pants performance, the E class makes you feel like a spell person, and you would be if you bought one today.
