Great communication, worked out almost everything completely remote which was the most important. I knew it was the right vehicle, the right price and just needed to be sure the budget worked with financing. Came in and took a test drive to make sure it was perfect and when we got back the finance manager had all the options ready for me.

This is a solid comfortable car nearing luxury status. My only concern is the infotainment system freezing at times and ignition loses connection with the FOB every once in awhile.

Nice sales group, every one was easy and kind to work with. The transaction went very smoothly and fast. I spent total of 3 hours between 2 days at the dealership and very happy with the end result.

I absolutely love mine in comfort I think that it could have been a little bit better but that's on long trips. Short trips the comfort is fine. My car was totaled and my airbags blew on my steering wheel and at my legs and I'm so glad that they did because I really would have gotten hurt without those airbags The seat belt also did its job very well and the brakes warning light came on first then the brakes came on the exact same time I was putting the brakes on a guy ran a stop sign and there really wasn't much I could do but hit him which it did total my car and I am now looking for another one of the exact same kind I want my car back I love my Honda Civic sport touring.

Bought my 2015 Honda Accord LX used in 2018 with 42K on the odometer. It now has just over 100K and has for most of the past 7 years been a very good vehicle overall, requiring only manufacturer recommended routine maintenance. Within the past year, however, it has needed to have the starter replaced and repair work done on the air conditioning unit. The cost of those repairs totaled about $1,200. Not too bad for over 7 years of regular driving. I'm still really pleased with the performance of the vehicle. Handling, acceleration and braking are truly excellent. I'm most impressed by the gas mileage. On a recent 2,400 mile round-trip from Florida to Pennsylvania the car averaged just over 41 mpg. In local mixed driving it consistently gets between 35-37 mpg. Getting that type of gas mileage with the kind of performance it provides is hard to beat!

Allow me to start out by saying I LOVE MY BABY (my 2009 VW cc)! I bought my CC in 2018 from a car lot. It has black exterior and black and light tan interior! She's a beautiful sight to see. I can't see why the previous owner got rid of it. I am the second owner and the Carfax checked out perfect. It drives like a new vehicle. Here's how everything took place. My daughter and I went shopping for me a vehicle. We looked and test droved many vehicles but nothing was catching my eyes neither was I feeling the vehicles. Well, we had decided that we were done looking for the day and we'll go looking again tomorrow. But as we were getting ready to leave my daughter saw this car hidden in the cut as if they were trying to hide it. My daughter loudly said mom, look at that car over there how do you like it? I said OMG, it looks beautiful from here. So we got closer to the vehicle and it was history from that point on. I felt in love with it. But I had to make sure there wasn't any major issues with the vehicle. I test drove I test drove and I test drove it, I inspected it, inspected it and inspected it (lol 😂). I never owned a foreign car before. Before we started test driving the vehicle I asked the salesman if he can put more gas in the vehicle because we're gonna go for a long test drive (I was always told that they keep a small amount of gas in the vehicle to prevent the customers from wanting to test drive longer). I asked him why was the car hidden away? He said that a man wanted to purchase it but he hasn't came to do so yet. While I was doing the paperwork on the vehicle the man and his wife showed up to purchase the vehicle. They had some words with each other and I remember the salesman telling him " I waited for you to show up even tried to hide the car so no one could see it but you never showed up at the time you said you would so I had to sell it". Now back to my story. My CC was and still ranks at a top 10 from the inside and outside. It had over 100,000 miles and it runs like a champ. I did the normal things to it like changed the oil, gave it a tune-up. I did have an issue with the carbon buildup of which when I took it to Volkswagen they said it would be a 3,000 job. I said are you crazy and the devil is a lie😂😂 I did some research on YouTube and discovered that I could put this stuff (I can't remember the name of the stuff I used) in the gas tank and the line to blow it out and it WORKED (cost a little over 10.00 dollars for a can). I had to replace a small hose leading to the radiator because it was brittle and it callapsed. I also had to replace the oil sensor which was a few dollars (VW said they would replace it for hundreds of dollars but I did it myself (very easy to do). I also had to have a bulb to one of the headlights replaced (I went on and let a shop do it for 40.00, VW said it would be over 100.00). Those are the only issues I've had with my beautiful CC. I get a lot of compliments from people all the time. People have even taken pictures of my CC. She's beautiful I tell you. People will often ask me, what kind of car is this I've never seen anything like it before, it is beautiful? When I tell them it's a 2009 they just cannot believe it. I have to admit, I ran across an amazing deal when I purchased my cc. I believe that the previous only used it to go on road trips alone because the back seats and the passenger seat looks like they've never been sat it at all. I keeps it very clean. When people opens the door to get in they say WOW this is a beautiful clean car on the inside and the outside. My CC is loaded with everything and I'm constantly learning more and more features about it. Yes I have the camera on the back. This is the best car I've ever own and I wouldn't trade it for the world. Oh, by the way she (NettyB my car) looks even more glamorous with her eyelashes. Yes you heard correctly, she wears eyelashes 😂😂.(eyelashes for cars). I will have to invest in getting some more tires in about another year. I love the fact that I don't have to pay to have my vehicle washed anymore because being a VW owner I get free carwash service. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THE 2009 VOLKSWAGEN CC TO EVERYONE!!! Make sure you get a good one. Oh, did I mentioned that I work on cars myself? That's why I was able to do a good drive testing and inspection of the vehicle and the work that needed to be done. The entire service experience was flawless ... from the greeting at arrival to my interaction with my service advisor (Dean). I couldn't ask for more. The appointment was timely and I was kept informed throughout the the entire process and there were no surprises.

I purchased mine used with 15,000 miles. She runs great and I get compliments on her often. Supersonic red with black top. The only reason I purchased this car is because my 2000 Camry is getting hard to find parts for. He still runs great. But, since I do not know when I will need to repair anything expensive on him, I had to get another Camry. For fear of not being able to repair my 2000 Camry (which still looks amazing new). I can vouch that gas powered Toyota's will last forever. Look at all of them on the road. So, I know this one will last forever.

This has got to be one of the favorite cars that i have purchased. All Black, White interior, CT5-V (non-Blackwing). There is ample power via all wheel drive to get out of its own way. Handling with the magnetic ride suspension is incredible, with it being a very comfortable highway ride, but put it into track mode and it really kicks xxx! The car is very solid, unlike other cheaper sedans i have had as rentals. Interior is nice, plenty of room, and very comfortable massaging seats. While this isn't the CTS-V with 600 HP, this is a great alternative for an everyday car, that can handle winter, but still give you a great thrill!

My husband and I purchased two brand new vehicles yesterday from Mercedes Benz of Lehigh Valley. The customer service there was exceptional. Our salesman was Dave Cooke. Dave is Awesome! He was very professional, knowledgeable, personable and really made us feel at home. All of the staff there are very welcoming. It's like one big happy family. Elijah, the F & I Manager was awesome as well. He thoroughly went over all of the paperwork. He is very knoledgeable.There wasn't one question that we asked that he couldn't answer. After the purchase, we were greeted by two General Mangers who introduced themselves and congratulated us which I thought was very nice. I apologize for not remembering their names. Beth, the customer experience manager also introduced herself, congratulated us, explained her role and also told us that when we were ready to get our vehicles serviced, she would send someone to our home to pick our vehicles up, drop us off a loaner and bring our vehicles back when they are done. How awesome is that! And she knows we live a hour away. Talk about Customer Service! I also had the pleasure of speaking with James Lewis, he was also very welcoming. James let me know that if Dave wasn't available, he would be more than happy to assist me. Thank you James! All I can say is, it was very nice to go into an establishment and feel so welcomed. I acquired my 2015 Mazda 6 used in late 2018. I have 321,000 on it now and it still runs and drives great. I have only ever had two service issues; drivers side lower control arm squeak ($400) and belt tensioner ($130). I do all my own repairs and maintenance. Still getting 34 mpg on the hwy. it’s not a race car, but has been extremely reliable and I will probably get another one (my 3rd in the new body style) when this one dies or starts “nickel and diming” me.

I was planning to buy a luxury brand and test drove the BMW 3 series, the Audi A4, and the Lexus ES300. I then, due to reviews on Consumer Reports, tested the Subaru Legacy in it's top form, the Touring XT with a 260 HP engine, and I was blown away. Almost as quick as the BMW but rode smoother and quieter. Not as smooth and quiet as the Lexus, but more fun to drive. The Audi seemed cramped and the dealer was a disappointment. The Legacy interior was the most attractive in my opinion, has 4 wheel drive, a great sound system, and ended up being my favorite of the 4 cars, regardless of price. When you consider how competitive (or better) the Legacy is compared to the other 3 cars, and that I saved $13,000 on the price, it was a no brainer. It's really sad the Legacy is being discontinue, but all my comments also apply to the Outback Touring XT. The Legacy is a great car at a bargain price.

After buying Toyota vehicles for years, I found out that they were outsourcing their CVT’s and Honda was making their own CVT’s and after driving a new Toyota Corolla and then a new Honda Civic, I was more impressed with the Honda Civic. My three previous cars were Toyota Corolla’s and I loved them. I am very happy with my 2021 Honda Civic EX and I would not hesitate to recommend Honda.

Had a 2022 Elantra for 3 years only reason I got rid of it was the fact it was a lease and the 36000 miles was up and I did not need a 3rd vehicle. Used this car solely for road trips it had been to 28 states in total and never let me down. Car a bit low for bigger people like myself however very comfortable driving, got phenomenal gas mileage I could get from NH to VA on a single tank with gas to spare. Overall not a fan of Hyundai however I wouldn’t hesitate buying another Elantra. Only Con I ever had with this car was the fact it is so low to the ground it makes it a magnet for rocks to the windshield I did replace 3 while owning.

BROUGHT MY 2001 MODEL OF THE LS 430 in 2010 with 100k...drove for over 13 years. I do my own oil change for the last 10 years...use regular oil don't use synthetic...for it will leak more. Also, I have been using regular gas for the last 12 years...milage is still great (20 local, 25 on hwy)...never change timing belt yet....starter die on 2012 ($600, parts and labor)...right now I just reach 450,000 miles....hoping to make it to 1/2 million mark....will buy another one once my die.

I have owned a 2007 Lacrosse for 15 years now and love that car very much. The only problem I have ever had is the coolant system currently. This car is extremely reliable and fuel efficient. The slow pickup is due to the type of engine Buick puts in to prolong the life and performance. I have the medium red version shown above with tan interior. Some owners do not take care of these cars as should be done which create issues written about in the other reviews. Proper care helps a LaCrosse perform as designed and the owner smile as I do showing off an award winner when first debuted. None can compare to my LaCrosse or be as great to drive. This car would not be traded for anything!!!! Eventually, it will become classic status at which time a full restoration will be attempted. I love Big Red and so does my chichuahua.

I own a 23' Hyundai Elantra Limited, it has 37,000 miles on it. For the Elantra being the smallest sedan that Hyundai makes, I have been surprised by this car. My 2 previous cars were a Sonata Sport and a Sonata Limited. Pros: comfortable ride - I drive 60+ miles daily to work and I have no complaints about the ride of this car. Sound System: This features Bose speakers, as it is a Limited model. For a factory sound system, it sounds very good. Fuel Mileage: I get between 35 - 37 MPG with some of my daily drive being in stop and go traffic. Maintenance: the only things I have had to do were the normal oil changes, filter changes, and I have replaced the tires. Cool feature is the BlueLink phone app so you can remotely lock, unlock, start the engine to cool down or warm up the interior of the car Cons: hyundai took away the ability to save music to the car stereo and replaced the feature with "nature sounds" Homelink garage door opener was not an option in the Elantra Limited. I would recommend this car to someone that has a limited budget and is looking for a car that is fun to drive and has been reliable.
