Today I purchased a beautiful 2014 Toyota Highlander Limited (Burgundy exterior and Almond interior). I called the dealership last week and spoke to the salesman named Will. Will answered all my questions and sent me videos and pictures of the car addressing all my concerns. He was a great help and very pleasant to work with. After driving the car home for over 200 miles, the ride was very smooth and nice. Everyone in the office were also very nice and helpful. I will definitely come to JT Auto Group when I need another car.

Overall my Pearlita has been beyond reliabe, comfy, Greatbon gas and roomy However hit 65k and worries began. Replaced gasket, recommended spark plugs begore my 100 k mark.. Def recommend warranty. Lodi Honda took care of me!

I love my 300C with the AMG Package. You get a much sportier look and drive. The car rides very comfortably in Comfort Plus but you can put it in Sports Plus and it becomes a whole different car. It feels like the car stiffens up and the Torque is immediately right there. Also, the AMG Package comes with great brakes! At this price point, you're going to hear a slight wind noise at higher speeds and the back seats don't have a lot of legroom. But, as an entry-level Mercedes, this is the best Mercedes for value in my opinion.

The first time I bought a car (not from CarMax) it was a terrible experience and I was stuck with a hunk of junk that was worth far less than what I owed. Having purchased only new vehicles my entire life, I found myself in need of buying my girlfriend a certified used vehicle from a local Honda dealership. After the salesman ignored our desires and instead try to upsell us, however, we decided to try Carmax instead. Because he did not try to upsell us, but rather did his best to educate us on what would work well, (coming in on his day-off to finalize the deal), I must commend Carmax and its associates for providing a memorable experience. Sanford imports was fantastic I had them two years ago evaluate a Dodge diesel 2500 they were very solid on the price just did not end up doing a deal at the time but very fair on their offer I was just there two days ago test driving two Volkswagen Atlas Tyler Rodriguez fantastic sales guy knew a lot about the Volkswagen SUV lines answered all of my questions let me drive a 3.6 V6 and a turbo 4 cylinder version of the Atlas highly recommended you should stop by there My experiences have all been positive I would highly recommend them they have some very clean used cars and as with everybody do your homework know what the cars are worth they are usually spot on in their asking price and yes if you're going to use their lender they will offer some discounts but every dealership is like that so no surprises there definitely go see Tyler great sales guy!

He bent over backwards to help, giving us his personal cell phone number to use should we have any further follow up questions. Absolutely amazing! I would’ve left this review even if we hadn’t purchased a car from him, but we did! He gave us an incredible deal and I got my dream car! 2012 C250 Coupe summer 2014 CPO purchase. Odometer read 23000 mile as I wrote a check for $2500. Now at 42,000 miles this beautiful Iridium Silver coupe has one repair issue (ESL) It's the best looking car I've ever owned. An 850 mile round trip to AZ - mostly interstate - showed 35 MPG. I rarely push the turbo 4 - - - but when I do - the car responds in a - at least to me - a satisfying manner! In addition to decent highway fuel economy and adequate low end torque the car is just plain gorgeous - inside and out.

I highly recommend buying a car from EchoPark. The experience is completely different from a traditional dealership. We never felt rushed, and Logan, our Experience Guide, worked with us the entire time—so we didn’t have to deal with a finance manager trying to upsell or pressure us. The whole process was smooth and took only two hours. I definitely suggest visiting EchoPark and working with Logan—he’s extremely helpful and a pleasure to be around.

Decent but not outstanding. Had a problem with the passenger side motor mount causing a rattle that was fixed under warranty at the 5000 mi service. The part was backordered, so there are probably more than a few with this problem. A discoloration of the dash appeared by 2000 miles. Since it read "Toy" it was likely from the factory. There is still a small bubble in the rear window tint film. It drives well. I like the automation now that I'm used to it. It brakes too hard using adaptive cruise control when traffic slows down, but I guess the radar is doing as well as it can. It's not particularly comfortable, but Toyotas aren't known for that. Had to turn the driver's headrest around, as it pushes my head too far forward. I think that's required by law. The infotainment center works fine. They started using a new one after the 2024 debacle. I bought the car to keep it for a few hundred thousand miles. We'll see.

I have purchased six Camrys. So, when it was time to purchase a new one, I didn't check the features. I was pleasantly surprised by the radar cruise control that maintains your distance from the car in front regardless of the speed setting. It also flashes on your mirrors when a car is in your blind spot. The large screen on the radio is super. There are many other great features you will love!

I had a beautiful client experience. When I walked in the door of the dealership, I asked for an African-American sales person. The gigantic surprise is that not only was I directed to an African-American in sales, but the sales person also happened to be a woman: Mrs. Jenine Parham. BINGO! Double-Minority in sales, a domain dominated by Caucasian Men. Jenine is not window dressing; she is EXCELLENT! Jenine treated me like royalty. Jenine determined my purchase criteria and immediately identified two vehicles that checked all of my boxes. She responded to all of my questions and concerns, no matter how relevant, or not! No detail was too small for Jenine to address and resolve. She is intelligent and had product knowledge. If she did not have an answer, Jenine quickly found one through research or escalation. I may not have gotten everything I wanted in the vehicle of my choice, including a lower price-point, but I felt that Jenine and her team struggled to meet me half-way with a sufficient compromise for my asks. In the end, I basked in a heightened sense of happy accomplishment -- and relief -- as I drove my vehicle off the lot with a smile on my face and a skip in my heart.

Had car 8 yrs only trouble I had was upper o2 snsir went out. Still runs like a kitten.Great sound system, easy steering wheel control. Drive it from Louisiana to North Carolina once a year great gas mileage.

This is my fourth Malibu, first one was a 2004 Maxx, second one was a 2017 Malibu LS, third one was a 2022 LS and now I have a 2024 RS, all four have been good cars with excellent fuel economy and space inside, maybe not as refined as some Japanese models but great cars regardless, give one a try....

I have 34K miles on my '21 Camry and have enjoyed every mile! Traveling from FL to MN and back every year, we get 39+ MPG at 75 MPH (who needs hybrid or electric). The 4 banger engine provides more than adequate power. The transmission is the only weak point - Probably the worst automatic trans I have ever owned. It hunts and shifts to a lower gear needlessly at just about any speed.

Difficult to separate the good and bad. In the end I bought the car. I think he is a generally honest guy who is trying to be fair. I don't think he'd purposely hide problems or patch up a failed car. That is of highest importance. My problem is there were a lot of issues with the car not disclosed in the listing. Check your car carefully! To his credit he disclosed the failing clear coat by sending me an excellent video before I traveled (a long way) to the dealership. Maybe inadvertently he disclosed problems with the headliner in the video. When I got there the battery was dead so he explained there was a parasitic load (still not resolved) that kills the battery in a couple days and he pointed out it had the wrong battery (which he replaced when we negotiated price). A tire was nearly flat and he noted it had a leak. If he were dishonest surely the tire would have been full and the battery charged when I showed up and he wouldn't have pointed out the wrong size battery (didn't fit tray). What I found includes: Two tires were good and two have almost no tread. The key fob remote doesn't work and when I bought and installed a new battery it still didn't. Since buying it I've gotten two estimates for fob replacement of $700 and $410. Hopefully I'll find one a little lower. I've also found the wiper blades need replaced, interior lights by the rear-view mirror don't work, and a film on the rear window (rear defroster I believe) is all bubbled and also not clear where unbubbled. Other than snow on the car when I test drove, I'm not sure how I missed this last one. Finally, there is an undisclosed admin fee of $500. He said nobody in NC discloses this on web listings. Maybe but it doesn't make it right.

The last car I owned- a silver 2004 TL. I traded in my 1993 Vigor (after 11 years of Japanese car excellence- no issues or problems ever) for it and was instantly enamored. Looked great, handled beautifully, an absolute pleasure to drive. Gas prices were still reasonable in the mid-00’s and gas mileage was reasonable. I finally had to (very begrudgingly) sell it after 3 years as the combination of car payment, insurance and garage parking in downtown Philadelphia began exceeding $1,000/month. The model I had is now hard to believe 20 years old, but if given the opportunity I’d take it back in a second.

I fell in love with the new bodystyle Maxima when it came out in 2016. I have it now for 7 years now with 99,212 miles and it is still drives smoothly. It's my baby. I am planning to put another 100,000 miles. I have no single problem at all but of course I am faithfully get it serviced. Sad that this will be the last year that they are making the Maxima. By the way, I named her Maxie.

I OWN A 2016 MAXIMA SR AND I DRIVE THE HECK OUT OF IT, ONE OF THE BEST CARS I HAVE EVER DRIVEN. IT MAY NOT HAVE THE HORSE POWER, I BELIEVE IT SHOULD HAVE, BUT IT WILL GIVE ANY CAR IN IT`S CLASS A RUN FOR IT`S MONEY. ROAD AND TRACK OR MOTOR TREND SAID IT WAS HARDLEY A 4 DOOR SPORTS CAR, MAYBE NOT BUT IT`S CLOSE. FROM 2016 TO 2023 IN MY OPINION, NISSAN HELD BACK ON THE NISSAN MAXIMA. HORSE POWER SHOULD HAVE BEEN AT LEAST 350 HORES POWER
