I bought this car with 8,900 miles, I have put over 15,000 on it, it sits around 30,500 miles now I haven’t had any issues with it at all and is been driven in long distances from Texas to Montana and so on Now I doo get a few people say this car is crap and unreliable But this one is different, I recommend this car 100%

I traded in a 2017 Honda CR-V Touring because it was going to to cost more to fix the major issues (as a second owner I did not know the CR-V had that many things wrong). I put money down on the Civic Sport that I was going to use for the repairs. I do have to say it's a nice car and I hope it will last longer than I expect. That being said I didn't want to buy another Honda but I did go to a dealership that I trust more than anybody else. I will come back and further my review once I have 5,000 miles on it.

I drove 3500 dually diesels for 25-30 years and then went to a Honda ridgeline 2018 new, love it until I drove my wife’s new car and decided I needed a car. My best friend had a Hyundai and loved it so I did hours of reviews Hyundai vs many others. All factors considered I decided to test drive a few. All things considered the Hyundai won and a low mileage 2021 caught my eye and I got it. After apps 1000 miles I am so glad I got it. Pros and cons Honda (H) push button start Hyundai (hy) key start, H remote start hy no remote start, H good ride hy better ride, H noisy hy less noisy,H electric keypad with gloves on more user friendly for me, hy parking easier, hy cornering better, H acceleration a bit stronger but hy smoother, both get the job done, I am 74 yo so I understand knobology better than the slow digital control for heat radio etc.,hy wins there- breaks equal, dashboard info hy wins, seems to love Google maps tolerates Waze, I prefer Waze. Pros and cons about not locking keys in car - can’t dash out start it w/o leaving key in ignition,physically gettin and out of the vehicle is harder, in a nutshell the things that matter more to me the hy wins so far.The salesman, Lamar was exceptional, a young family man earning a living by hustling but not rushing! Remember Lamar at Southern Auto Group in Newport News VA. Oh and the warranty was winner!

Not really sure I understand but the GMC maintenance that I bought through a different dealership wasn?t as straight forward with other dealerships but she still made it a very easy experience. She explained how the maintenance contract works so moving forward it will be easier. While I did end up paying for service I am still very satisfied with the service that I received and I felt like I was well taken care. I will continue to use this dealership due to the level of of care I received. Great service!

My last four cars have been Honda Accords. This time I purchased a 2025 Accord Hybrid Touring trim. My previous Honda was a 2013 Accord EX-L V6 w/Nav; I liked it better. It accelerated, it was comfortable but not too big, it was dependable, it had the right amount of high tech features. By contrast the 2025 Hybrid Touring accelerates at a more leisurely pace, is comfortable (with exceptions), is hopefully dependable (we'll find out), and is overly technical in the display and elsewhere. It is bigger than my 2013 Accord (more than mid-size in my view), and that concerns me. Everything in the well-less trunk sloshes around. There are no buttons to push to open garage doors; Honda asks the owner to subscribe for and download an app called MyQ and link it with HondaLink in the display for a software solution. The two apps refuse to link in my car, and I am not about to pay a monthly subscription charge for SaaS when buttons would have been fine. Sure, my MPG have risen from 27 to 45, but who really cares? With the Touring, there is no height adjustment on the front passenger seat, and I am not yet fully comfortable with the lumbar support on the driver's seat. There are two many controls on the steering wheel, dashboard, and display. Simplify, Honda! Simplify, simplify, simplify!

I would have rated Sport Honda a 10 if I could have. I attribute this to Honda’s owner Gibbs Fogarty. He is hands-on and very customer-oriented. He listens to and cares about his customers, treating us as valued and respected Sports Family. On May 16, I bought a 2025 Honda Civic Sport. The entire process was seamless, so unlike the usual, dreaded car buying process. This fear was evident by my old 18-year-old car. My initial welcoming was with Sales Manager Joshua Pesantez. I had talked to him prior to my coming in, in order to advise him of which model I had in mind. When I arrived, he had my desired car waiting for me. After greeting me, he introduced me to Senior Sales Consultant Michael Canter. Mike was awesome! He patiently familiarized me with the numerous functions of my car before, during, and after the test drive. He had extreme knowledge of my car and ensured that I was comfortable handling it. I felt as if he acted in my best interest, particularly answering all of my questions. After we wrapped up the financing, I returned to Mike who would “see me off” in my new car. Mike assisted me in transferring items from my old car to my new car. Even though they closed at 6:00, Mike was there wrapping things up with me until I happily drove off at 8:30. The next day, Mike followed up, thanking me for being a loyal “Sport Fan” and also provided a link to watch videos that would familiarize me with my new car. I also received emails from: 1) Corporate Headquarters welcoming me and ensuring my satisfaction and 2) Service Manager Jeanne Dugan thanking me for my purchase, welcoming me to the Service Department, and advising me of the services and benefits of her Department. I am very excited and pleased with my new car and feel confident that Sport Honda will take very good care of it in the future! Based on my extraordinary experience, I highly recommend Sport Honda.

SMH was pretty easy to negotiate with on Dodge Ram 2500 we were not expecting to make the purchase that day, but they worked with us to return the next day to pickup our vehicle. We are a Lexus family because the cars are graceful and reliable. We will never drive anything else. We have a 2006 Rx 330 with 300,000 miles and it’s still going strong. Never a problem…just the usual-brakes, tires and oil changes, batteries. I drive a 2011 ES 350 sedan that I bought used. 2 years old. Now has 110,000 miles. Still shiny and fresh looking. So nice to have a dependable vehicle. I think my drivers side seat is a little broken down and I am not a heavy person. I use a special cushion for comfort. I realize newer cars have more bells and whistles..but what’s the point of trading a great car for a bigger cup holder? We are older. When we are ready to go down to one car we will trade them both for another Lexus!!!!! Best car on the road! My son has been a top rated auto mechanic for 26 years-not American made-and he concurs. The planning ahead and the attention to detail in the early stages of this purchase made the final paperwork and completing the purchase easy and quick.
