I just bought a 2020 Ford Transit from Trust Auto in Maryland, thanks to Vlad, it went well despite the fact that I live in Florida. Kevin was very nice, seemed good at his job and well spoken, good guy. Vlad was fast, professional, and made the entire process incredibly smooth and straightforward. Vlad was responsive, sent photos within minutes of the underside of the van, and we finalized the deal in under an hour. The van was exactly as advertised, and it was delivered to my home in Florida in less than a week. Vlad and Kevin have great communication, humor, and transparency made. Lucky for me that no one wants a sedan nowadays. I like sedans and I got an awesome deal on an auto that meets all my needs: comfort, quiet, roomy, efficient, classy. The eAssist 4 cylinder has plenty of power and I averaged 38 mpg on the highway. Buick quality is top-tier.

Bought the 2023 Kia Rio in April 2023 new, so have been driving it about 10 months now. Overall I like it a lot, it drives smoothly, has nice features (rear view camera, push button start, alloy wheels, LED lights, forward collision warning tech., etc.) and great gas mileage for an all gas car. I've taken one road trip in this and gas mileage on the freeways was over 50mpg! On a day to day basis, I average over 40mpg in the city. Only thing I can complain about is Kia has decided to discontinue the Rio for 2024 and beyond. I'm lucky to have gotten one of the last ones! Too bad most Americans continue to be programmed by marketing and media to drive big, fat gas guzzling trucks and SUVs. Ridiculous. I will continue to drive my small, fuel efficient, hatchback and shake my head at all the people in their gas guzzlers around me.

A 2014 and 2019 Fusion I’ve had. Still driving the ‘19. ‘14 was that great red color, Se but back then you could load it ( came like that ), An SE model with leather, moonroof heated seats - same as top of line except no Sony radio. Had a 2008 Audi A6 - this Fusion reminded me so much of the Audi, when pulling away has this heavy feel, almost as quiet as A6. almost as smooth- interior - we know who took that. My 2019 has 109K on it - really only one problem, check engine light came on - Oxygen sensor - tires, brakes battery, I read somewhere that Ford stopped it because they didn’t really make any money, the SUV craze. Simple car no problem. First new car for me was 1985 Toyota Corolla - 13 years and 235,000 miles when the head gasket went.

I was interested in a Nissan NV 2500. Viewing several of these vehicles on cars.com and other sites. I decided to make the trip to Trust Auto in Maryland from West Virginia. About a 4 1/2 hour trip. I had talked to David on the phone to make sure the Nissan was still available and explained when I could be there to look over the vehicle. We made the trip in good time only running into one delay. Upon meeting David he brought the vehicle up to the front of the dealership and told us to inspect it, which is what we did. I had two top mechanic with me. While we knew the vehicle had been in an accident, the repair work was very well done on found a few bolts missing. One in the valance and the other from the inner fender. This could have been from the accident or just from being a service vehicle. A little over 94,000 miles on it. The detail shop did a great job on their work. Very chean for sure. After running the computer test, we took the Nissan NV for a test drive. It did not disappoint. Extremely happy with everything we saw and felt during the test drive. Steering was solid and tracked well. No pull to either side while driving. Throttle response was perfect as well as the braking system. The comfort of the Nissan NV was Avery pleasant surprise. The ride was almost as good as my Lincoln MKZ, almost.😎 Much like a 2006 GMC dually I had in 2007. Very nice. When returning to the dealership myself and the two mechanics talked things over and decided to go to the next step. After a little negotiation we settled on a fair price and made the purchase. David was very kind to us and I feel like we got a great deal. We finished the paperwork and was ready to leave but we were blocked in by another vehicle. I backed back into the parking spot when one of the ladies that worked there said she would move the vehicle so we could be on our way. She came back within a few minutes moved the vehicle and with a big beautiful smile waved goodbye to us as we left. That truly made my day😇. Trust Auto in my opinion is a great dealership and when I need another vehicle, they will be the first ones I will go to. My 2020 Volvo S90 Inscription came loaded with every available option and I had the dealership install the Polestar software increasing the horsepower and tightening the suspension making this car an absolute joy to drive. The S90 replaced my 4-year old S550 and trumps the Benz in just about every category with the exception of price, perceived status, and cost of ownership and this is coming from someone who has owned no fewer than 19 M-B’s including 11 S and SL class. The S90 seems to be a rare bird and a well-kept secret as I see so few of them in Connecticut. I set out to purchase the new Genesis and even test drove a new 7-series, but when the dust settled, the S90 offered everything that I was looking for in a full size sedan with absolutely no compromise. No one can rival the comfort of a Volvo seat and when paired with the concert level Bowers and Wilkins sound system often finds me taking the long route home. It’s that nice!

I LOVE my 2023 KIa K5 GT-Line. I have the Passion Red, and I must say it’s a very sexy color. The panoramic sunroof is my favorite feature. The K5 rides so smooth and handles very well. If you’re considering this car…don’t hesitate any longer. GO BUY IT!!!

I went in last week to check out a 2019 Honda Accord EX-L, only because it was close to another car I was scheduled to test down the road in Pasadena. May sales rep was Mark and he's awesome. He is extremely helpful and knowledgeable and even better, showed me with minimal research that the other car I was going to see had TWO previous accidents (shame on me for not seeing that) and they met me at the price I needed. So I ended up buying the Accord (very low mileage) at a great price. The best part was how easy Mark made the experience. My wife is on the loan but she didn't even have to be there. I drove the car off the lot about 2 hours after I arrived. They let me keep my old Honda in the lot until we were able to return that afternoon to pick it up. Have a 2020 Sonata SEL with convenience package and it's now 11/24. 26 thousand miles and never had an issue. Car is comfortable reliable and my wife and daughter have our their feet down when I wanted to get another vehicle. My daughter wants it in a few years as I drive carefully, service the car every 4,000 miles. She wants a free car with under 50k miles that will last 200k miles. I have taught her well. She understands a good value. So glad I got the 2.5 non turbo as I believe the engine will be worry free for another 175k miles

I love Volvos. I owned one of the first production S60 R models (I miss the manual shift). This S60 is my fourth. I recently updated my last S60 T5. The old one drove great, and was very reliable, it just went past it’s seven year CPO warranty, and was at 96K miles. So when looking for a new car - I knew I was going to get another S60. Everything I loved about the old S60, is improved in this new model. The exterior styling is slightly more aggressive, which I love. The handling is smoother and more responsive. It is fully loaded, and the technology is amazing. Driving it from Georgia to North Carolina and back was perfect (made even better with auto pilot assist and adaptive cruise control). At one point in the trip there was a downpour with very limited visibility. Having the lane assistance, the collision-avoidance, and with all of that being wrapped in the security of a Volvo removed any anxiety. The only slight ding on the interior is the really small console storage (due to the hybrid battery), and that it doesn’t support wireless Apple CarPlay (it does support wired Apple CarPlay and the Android version). Yes, the hybrid range is rather limited, but perfect for local commuting. The car is really quiet, but gives you all horse power you could ever want. Seeing the drivers with the showy muscle cars amuses me, knowing I can leave them eating my dust. I just love it.

Had a 2022 Elantra for 3 years only reason I got rid of it was the fact it was a lease and the 36000 miles was up and I did not need a 3rd vehicle. Used this car solely for road trips it had been to 28 states in total and never let me down. Car a bit low for bigger people like myself however very comfortable driving, got phenomenal gas mileage I could get from NH to VA on a single tank with gas to spare. Overall not a fan of Hyundai however I wouldn’t hesitate buying another Elantra. Only Con I ever had with this car was the fact it is so low to the ground it makes it a magnet for rocks to the windshield I did replace 3 while owning.

I did some research before going to UAC and everyone lived up to the reviews that I read. It was great family atmosphere and I felt like I knew them for ages. When I walk in the door with no appointment I was greeted by Baker who was very professional and polite. I informed him about the car that I was interested in and he gave all the details, Carfax information and explained all components from the beginning until I left. Finance went extremely smooth I was in and out. It’s no words that I can explain about Jessica like I said early I felt like I known her for years. She treated me more like friend/family not just like a customer. Jessica was extremely accurate with numbers and we discussed the payment and interest rate that will suit me. I drive the 2023 Kia Forte GT Manual, and I couldn’t recommend this car more!! The only complaint I have is now that I’m trying to find a new car with a more fancy name to impress clients, I can’t find anything I enjoy nearly as much. The car is built on a BMW M3 chassis, has the luxury features and interior to match with an average combined fuel mileage of 34mpg and the reliability of a newly redesigned Kia. It handles phenomenally well and is unmatched within its price point. It loses value quickly (until the general population realizes their tech and reliability recently surpassed Toyota and Honda) so buy a used 2023 or 2022, and you’re smooth sailing. I drove this car from Philadelphia to Los Angeles and was complimented by strangers in almost every city I stopped in along the way!

I drove 3500 dually diesels for 25-30 years and then went to a Honda ridgeline 2018 new, love it until I drove my wife’s new car and decided I needed a car. My best friend had a Hyundai and loved it so I did hours of reviews Hyundai vs many others. All factors considered I decided to test drive a few. All things considered the Hyundai won and a low mileage 2021 caught my eye and I got it. After apps 1000 miles I am so glad I got it. Pros and cons Honda (H) push button start Hyundai (hy) key start, H remote start hy no remote start, H good ride hy better ride, H noisy hy less noisy,H electric keypad with gloves on more user friendly for me, hy parking easier, hy cornering better, H acceleration a bit stronger but hy smoother, both get the job done, I am 74 yo so I understand knobology better than the slow digital control for heat radio etc.,hy wins there- breaks equal, dashboard info hy wins, seems to love Google maps tolerates Waze, I prefer Waze. Pros and cons about not locking keys in car - can’t dash out start it w/o leaving key in ignition,physically gettin and out of the vehicle is harder, in a nutshell the things that matter more to me the hy wins so far.The salesman, Lamar was exceptional, a young family man earning a living by hustling but not rushing! Remember Lamar at Southern Auto Group in Newport News VA. Oh and the warranty was winner!

We had the 2018 before this 2023 for 3years and it was amazing other than regular maintenance we put a battery in it that's it. Loved the car took us everywhere without fail very reliable. Has a mean punch with the 4-cylinder but it's the turbo Tranny makes it mean. It goes when you need to! Nice style looks classy and sporty. We got grey metallic paint it looks purple! We love this car too, a lot like our old one but new features for sure driving assistance features crash prevention, and new car deck bigger and better could use a lot more bass lol. But great sound without good bass. Malibu's are being discontinued so the wife and I will be looking at a impala next ride purchase as we fell hard for Chevy Period!

Miscommunication on everyone’s part contributed to some hiccups when writing the contract. We cancelled a VIP clause and have been waiting 3 months for management to resolve the issue. We have management’s commitment that things are moving in the right direction. We love the car. It’s our first Toyota. Our sales team was very helpful getting us trained on the electronics.

Great car and efficient. Really helps with the global warming problem because of good gas mileage. Full EVs still don't have good mileage ranges. This care doubles my mileage.

I told my sales rep, Gerard "Cowboy" King I was going to send an email to his manager saying what a good job he did and how professional and friendly he was. But I think it would be better to post a review so everyone could see. My wife and I bought a Chrysler Pacifica PHEV this week. During the sale, we had a bit of a wait because another customer was in the finance office. Cowboy just talked to us like we were old friends. It was nice to meet someone in sales that actually likes their job and seems to enjoy working with the public. Overall I would say this was a positive experience, even after we got a flat tire on our brand new never driven van and had to take a loaner home for a day! After the purchase, we were unsure about how to claim the federal tax credit. Cowboy was instantly messaging us back, connecting us to the right people, emailing us forms, it was great to get such outstanding customer service. He sure knows a lot about these hybrid vans! I am very happy with the van and with the tax credit I think I got a great deal.

Bought the vehicle new in October of 2023. Now it’s March of 2025. Have yet to have an issue🤞though have heard of common problems many have had. I’ve put roughly 20 k miles on the car in a year and a half (mostly interstate driving). Technology package is lovely and the vehicle has an overall stylish feel. It’s important to keep in mind, though, that you’re buying a 20k dollar vehicle from 2023. It’s plastics galore in there, so, though stylish, the material quality isn’t the best. If you’re someone who takes care of your things, you shouldn’t have an issue! Use the maintenance schedule found in the Owner’s manual and this vehicle should get you where you’re going for a reasonable amount of years. That being said, if you’re trying to decide between and LX[S] and GT (not including GT-Line), choose the GT. Though you’re paying a little extra, you get a standard transmission with real gears (the car has more power than you’d think too) rather than the CVT found in the LX[S] (and GT-line). CVT tech has greatly improved within recent years, but they’re still known to be problematic at times. All in all, this generation of Kia seems to be more reliable than most previous gens. Definitely a real deal competitor with the carolla/civic and worth the consideration!

Very nice car. My previous was a 2020 Accord. This hybrid Accord Sport L is way better. Do not get me wrong. The 2020 is a very good car. Someone is quite happy with it, no doubts. I recommend buying a spare. I chose Modern Spare. Spendy. Great quality. Hope I never use it. The spare fits underneath the trunk where the inflator is. Just remove the foam. Comes with everything you need plus a threaded plate to secure it. All fits in and around the spare. Plus, I got jumper cables in there. We think the car is quiet. I notice others think not. Plenty of power. Mileage I have gotten is much better than what it is rated at. Love the paddles. Fake down shifters. Much less use of brakes for lights and stop signs. Planning to keep this car for quite awhile.
