I always had excellent service from Honda Vinart in Pennsylvania. Moving in August 2017 to Jax, I made sure to have my car serviced at Honda of the Avenues. Ryan Esloon, service tech, explained all to me re oil change and brake fluid etc. Very impressed with how he treated me. And I requested to have him again Sept 4 2018. Again the same wonderful treatment. Honda is really lucky to have him. He explained all to me and came again, because my tires were not good. My Accord is 2007, so not a surprise. I had 4 Michelin tires and feel really safe driving now. Thank you so much for Ryan--Again He is AWESOME!!!

What amazing car that doesn't give any problem what's so ever. I bought mine at westshore honda in tampa. Great amazing people there they treat you like family. My family already bought two more cars from them. In the service department Mr. Kalef Torres my service advisor what a amazing guy he is the knowledge that he knows is beyond this world. As much as we love our Honda's we make sure we go to the BEST DEALERS in the city. My husband & I have purchased 5 cars and on 10/27/2018 was our 6th vehicle purchased! We are ALWAYS given the best service, honesty and great valve on the cars. I was in the market to purchase a vehicle and could of gone anywhere else in Jacksonville but we stayed with who has been loyal to us as we have been loyal customers to them. Rory is definitely an awesome guy who has known us since we 1st step foot on their lot and been coming back ever since. Got this car as part of a trade with my 2013 Chevy Malibu. It's not a bad car did have a few issues with the spark plugs that came out of nowhere. And they had to be replaced along with a few other issues but outside of that it's been a pretty reliable car that has gotten me from point a to point b. Everything works well the Bluetooth has worked wonders along with the seats being comfortable and it drives smooth.

Brian (Sales) and Clay (Financing) were absolutely fantastic. We were buying a 2011 Honda CR-V for my daughter, and the entire experience was amazing. Found the car on Auto Trader, and Brian contacted me as soon as I checked availability. We drove down and checked the car, test drove it, Brian let me check everything, I felt really comfortable about the car, and we were ready to buy. Clay was really great during negotiation, and completed everything quickly. Even though this was an older used car, both Brian and Clay were very professional and very customer-focused. If I were to buy another Honda, I would definitely go to Honda of the Avenues, and specifically request Brian and Clay.

Fantastic car. The adapt cruise and other safety features are incredible. The car is so safe its hard to notice all of the other features.

We were in the market for a commuter/vacation car and narrowed it down to a 20 Honda Civic Sport and 20 Toyo Corolla SE. We shopped central Florida and Atlanta extensively and decided on the 20 Civic Sport. We went with Honda of the Avenues for several reasons first being the deal no one could touch and Thomas Phelps was our voice as he fought to get us to that deal and lock down the deal. We also appreciated him having all paperwork ready as we are from N Fl and arrived late but everything went smoothly from start to finish including him taking the time to go over the features on the car. I was very pleased with the service Honda of the Avenues provided for my car. I did not have an appointment. I had an unexpected flat tire on the front driver's side of the car. Steve Cole noticed the nail right away, and promptly removed the nail and made the repair. It was a very busy time of the year before Christmas, but Matthew Johnson, service advisor, in the spirit of Christmas, approved a discount on my service repair. I was happy about that!

I have always driven a Ford and had a 2012 Ford Fusion SE, and drove it to 266,000 miles. My 2020 Fusion Titanium is awesome!!

Very nice car. My previous was a 2020 Accord. This hybrid Accord Sport L is way better. Do not get me wrong. The 2020 is a very good car. Someone is quite happy with it, no doubts. I recommend buying a spare. I chose Modern Spare. Spendy. Great quality. Hope I never use it. The spare fits underneath the trunk where the inflator is. Just remove the foam. Comes with everything you need plus a threaded plate to secure it. All fits in and around the spare. Plus, I got jumper cables in there. We think the car is quiet. I notice others think not. Plenty of power. Mileage I have gotten is much better than what it is rated at. Love the paddles. Fake down shifters. Much less use of brakes for lights and stop signs. Planning to keep this car for quite awhile.

Great fuel economy, averaging 55+ MPGs most of the time. Interior features are very nice for a vehicle in this price range. Some road noise at higher speeds, but not bad. Android Auto is very nice, but needs to be reconnected at times, which is easy to do.

My family and I have purchased 7 cars in the past 12 years from O’steen Volkswagen, and could not be happier with the service provided. Their sales staff is friendly and very knowledgeable. I bought a lease turn-in and it had 31k miles. So far, this car is in mint condition and rides and drives like a dream with a 4 cylinder turbo engine and no problems so far. This is a great looking, very roomy German vehicle with style and passaze. I hope this car last for many years to come.

I traveled more than an hour to look at a certified VW Passat at O'Steen VW. The salesman Jag was helpful and made the process fun. Of course Jag was assisted by sales management, and also Rob and York in finance. In terms of details and after sales support the folks at O'Steen VW followed through to make things right. Kudos to General Manager David Schomp for running a "good ship". O'Steen VW isn't in my back yard, but I will do business there again. And I love my Passat.

Reliable, 50 MPG. Difficult to beat the MPG and comfort. I have owned Mercedes, and Lexus. For the money, comfort, size and MPG, the TDI Passat does not have a rival

Car does everything. The only thing that this car cannot do is fly. The BMW seven series is absolutely amazing. I highly recommend anyone to take it for a drive and you’re sold.

I almost bought a BMW 325i, 40 years ago. My new BMW M340ix is perfect on looks, feel, handling, drivability, power and size. I guess what they say is so true; Better late than never. power and size! Almost bought a 325i 40 years ago but still better late than never. It’s really not just a catch phrase for sales, it really is; “The Ultimate Driving Machine”.

My i4 eDrive 40 is a great car. Plenty of pep. Comfortable interior. Quality construction. GPS/Radio Controls/various interfaces ... not so good. You have to know what you are looking for, and ofter, go down too many levels to get to the proper input/output. More switches and dials would be better.

I've had EVs since 2012. First was a Nissan Leaf, then a VW eGolf, then an Audi A3 etron. Those were all outstanding cars, but compared to all of those the i4 eDrive40 is in a different class. It's very responsive and quick. It feels extremely high-tech and plays Hans Zimmer iconic sounds. When we've gone on longer trips, consistently gets 280-300mi / 100% charge. Unless we're on a trip, I only charge it to 80% and it gets about 220-240mi on a charge. It's amazingly smooth and solid, and the interior is top notch. The M-Sport Pro package with custom color and leather made it at the top of the price range, so from a value perspective it seems excessive.
