My experience with this dealership was nothing less than wonderful. The entire sales department was nice and respectful. Sales and leasing consultant Jennifer Crawford was the best from the very moment I pulled up to the lot. She’s a sweetheart and made the process so much easier. She went above and beyond to make sure that I was satisfied. I’ll recommend everyone to her from this day forward!!!

I have been going there for a long time now and as youngish woman who’s not rich - I can tell you I have always been treated with the utmost respect and courtesy! Scott had been my sales man and is great with his knowledge of the vehicles and explained how all the gadgets work and even went over and beyond for me! He communication is excellent and he is upfront and honest as it gets :) He work With my schedule and makes me feel at home while waiting on word from the bank. Scott always explained the paperwork and what it meant and why - which was so nice for him to take the time and do that with me. I have been to other dealerships years ago and most sales people Would Look at Me and see tomboy and think I’m not worth their time or effort and blow me off. Mike the financial guy was also great, he did his best for me & I know because I saw all the work he was doing and he explained things very well also. Especially with the extended warranty - Which is nice because some will just say “ call them yourself to see what’s covered on the vehicle “. They got me one that cover specifics that I needed for the future :) Lastly even when I would pop in to drop of papers or whatever reason- if Scott wasn't there, The other sales men still got my Questions answered and treated me very well. I would recommend anyone go there and they will have a better experience purchasing a vehicle then they have elsewhere and not feel ripped off …. Which we all know is nice - !! Just Bought my first BMW 328i Xdrive and was treated excellent by Veronica and David stepped up and made sure I was taken care of when Veronica was on bed rest , Veronica called and text me from bed rest also. while i waited for a windshield took a little while but they also saw a few things on a used car that they did not have to fix but did and i was amazed that they went above what iI would expect on a used car. I was never pressured and Rami in financing never tried to up-sale a warranty. so with a full tank of fuel we drove back to Iowa VERY HAPPY thank you! :)

Beautiful and sporty design. Very Technologically advanced. Full of comfort and safety features. More luxurious thank I imagined. There was a great amount of innovation invested in giving the driver a powerful driving experience. Masters the road and the design is aero dynamic.

Economical luxury sedan. Good looking, classic grille. Handles great for sedan, corners well, controlled ride that isn’t typical luxury barge floating, solid and reliable hybrid power train. Best comprise that isn’t a plug-in, all electric, boxy SUV, nor truck height.

I began the search online and went to the dealership at the suggestion of Karen Fortune to see the car and consider putting down a deposit to hold the car. Karen was off that day. Steve Emerson stepped in and encouraged me to get a trade in value for my 2002 Jaquar. Steve counseled me in a a very professional, no nonsense manner. He worked with me in very clear, upfront terms. I was able to understand the options I had given all the variables. Steve made completing the deal easy. I left feeling that the Steve worked out a win for both me and the dealership. Karen made a point to stop by on her day off and check in. This was without a double the most pleasant, stress free automobile transaction I have ever experienced. David Kim was excellent. I got a 2021 Jetta SEL Premium. The car is immaculate, it looks brand new,the inside looks like it's never been touched.

I love this AWD with snow drive mode and sports acceleration. Slick style, but I wish it had back wipers. Very comfortable to drive, with technology inside that helps make driving easy and enjoyable. Not to mention a quick charge battery.

Really enjoy the CT4 purchased for the wife. Was looking for an entry level luxury car after driving mid size trucks for the past 20 years. Not to many bells and whistles to figure out the technology components are just basic and all I need for functionality. Could not be happier!

Car performs well. Great fuel mileage. Wont will any races in car but is comfortable on long drives. Handles mountains well. Easy to drive handles well on city streets and highway.

Very nice upscale vehicle. Bought as a previously 2 yr leased auto, avoiding new car price and immediate depreciation. V-6 engine has no hesitation and quietness is excellent. My only two negatives are lack of storage for incidentals and a bit quirky audio that may reset from time to time ( must wait for it to go through a cycle). It has a mind of its own. Overall, excellent vehicle.

Bought the car I had researched from Suntrup KIA. The salesman Moe was way more than helpful.every one I dealt with was super helpful friendly and seemed very genuine. Moe spent as much time as I wanted showing me features. And even would explain more about her telluride that she bought somewhere else. I have bought many cars in my life. Got transportation to home while repairs were being made with a nice guy. The repair was not as scary as I thought it would be.

Bought the vehicle new in October of 2023. Now it’s March of 2025. Have yet to have an issue🤞though have heard of common problems many have had. I’ve put roughly 20 k miles on the car in a year and a half (mostly interstate driving). Technology package is lovely and the vehicle has an overall stylish feel. It’s important to keep in mind, though, that you’re buying a 20k dollar vehicle from 2023. It’s plastics galore in there, so, though stylish, the material quality isn’t the best. If you’re someone who takes care of your things, you shouldn’t have an issue! Use the maintenance schedule found in the Owner’s manual and this vehicle should get you where you’re going for a reasonable amount of years. That being said, if you’re trying to decide between and LX[S] and GT (not including GT-Line), choose the GT. Though you’re paying a little extra, you get a standard transmission with real gears (the car has more power than you’d think too) rather than the CVT found in the LX[S] (and GT-line). CVT tech has greatly improved within recent years, but they’re still known to be problematic at times. All in all, this generation of Kia seems to be more reliable than most previous gens. Definitely a real deal competitor with the carolla/civic and worth the consideration!
