I love the fact that it is self-charging. That was a huge factor in my decision. The car if comfortable for me but my taller husband finds it a bit small and confining. It has great pickup and I have saved a lot of time and money by not having to fill up with gas so often. The one thing I am worried about it the quality of the tires. They are low-profile tires, filled with nitrogen and the vehicle does not come with a spare. This put us in a hazardous situation when one tire blew out on I-95. Without a spare, we had to get towed to the nearest dealership in Virginia. I wish I could replace all the tires with regular ones, but that is not possible with this make and model.

Like most people the thought of car shopping is just an anxiety ridden process. I can not say enough about the attention and focus they put on their customer buying experience. The communication was excellent as well as trying to meet my needs by asking the right questions and finding the right car. I scheduled with Jessica Aubin and the cars were ready and waiting. She knew the cars inside and out and was able to answer all of my questions and if she did not know, she went to ask- she didn't try to xx stuff by me. Stacie the GM was fantastic and Chris in finance was so patient with my, no less than a million questions on warranties etc. I never once felt pressured or treated like a bother. Not every dealership can say this. I had some bad experiences recently during this buying processes with other dealers and I wondered where the days went when the sales person not only wanted to sell you a car, but sell themselves and all the reasons to create a relationship with this dealer. Well I found it and I think you will too! I can't see my family going anywhere else in the future. Thanks again for showing that customer service still exists!

I bought new in 2015. Now over 110K miles. No issues at all except regular maintenance. It's been one of the best cars I've owned - value, comfort, MPG, etc. It has dated well and doesn't look like a 11 year old car. The 2.4 does burn about a quart of oil every 2K miles. I regularly check the oil level and do all maintenance early. I don't know how it would hold up if I drove it hard or didn't do regular maintenance.....

I have only had this car for 1 month but so far it runs well. My only issue, so far, is the front bumper and black grill. The bumper came loose ( I bought used) and now, the black grill has come loose... the hood seems to be tighter on one side than the other but works fine... just is not even...carfax said no wreck though. The exterior of cars these days seem cheap and flimsy. I never had that problem with my Honda CRV. I cannot tell you how many cars I see on the road with loose bumpers.

This was the 8th Acura we've purchased from Acura of Auburn. This is easily the best dealership we've ever dealt with. In fact, the vehicle that I traded in was a Lexus and I gave the local Lexus dealership first chance at a trade in and pricing on a new version of the vehicle I was trading in. After the Lexus dealership played the let me go check with my manager game for a little over two hours, they did come up with a fairly good price that I was just about to sign off on. Then the sales rep, Chris, told me that I'd have to wait at the dealership for another couple hours for their finance manager to have time to put the deal together for me to sign. I said I'd return sometime later in the day, which he didn't seem to want me to leave. I then stopped by Acura of Auburn and told Nate and Ken about the deal offered by Lexus, asked about a test drive in the ADX, and left my trade for them to look at. I came back from my test drive, we talked about what they thought they could do, and within 5 minutes we had a deal. No games, no deception, no pressure, just really friendly and fair treatment in a fraction of the time I spent with Lexus. I then called the local Lexus dealership back and informed Chris that I was going elsewhere and he basically snapped at me, saying I wasted his time? I think he may have gotten that one backwards:) From that point Johnny took over and was absolutely awesome in terms of taking care of everything and setting up an appointment for pick up. At pick up, I signed the paperwork with Erica, who is so very nice, friendly, and efficient, she fits in perfectly at this 5 star dealership. Pick up went great and I've had the ADX for 4 days now and couldn't be happier. Once again, this was the 8th Acura our family has purchased from Acura of Auburn and my wife and I have decided we will not torture ourselves anymore by going to any other car dealership. Nobody does it better that Acura of Auburn and that's where all of our future automobile business will go. Excellent gas milege...regularly exceed the EPA highway estimate for this car. Already have over 30000 miles on it. Regualar maintenace so far at the dealer. Now looking at a set of replacement tires as the OEM's do not last as long as expected. Other than the high wear on the tires, Android Auto connections used to be iffy at best until I figured out how the keep the connection.,

I drive the 2023 Kia Forte GT Manual, and I couldn’t recommend this car more!! The only complaint I have is now that I’m trying to find a new car with a more fancy name to impress clients, I can’t find anything I enjoy nearly as much. The car is built on a BMW M3 chassis, has the luxury features and interior to match with an average combined fuel mileage of 34mpg and the reliability of a newly redesigned Kia. It handles phenomenally well and is unmatched within its price point. It loses value quickly (until the general population realizes their tech and reliability recently surpassed Toyota and Honda) so buy a used 2023 or 2022, and you’re smooth sailing. I drove this car from Philadelphia to Los Angeles and was complimented by strangers in almost every city I stopped in along the way!

My husband initially gave a lot of pushback when I told him this was "the car for me". His car broke down just before a planned long-distance trip, so he had to take his turn behind the wheel of my Subaru. Every wife loves to hear " You were right"! It handled ice, snow and everything else with ease plus great MPG!

The goods: Perfectly blends performance and comfort. Easily gets ~40 mpg during the summer time on highway drives without sacrificing any power (2.0T Premium Plus Quattro) . DSG is pretty fun when driven aggresively. Tech still feels fresh for a 2017. B&O sound is stellar. Very reliable despite the VW/Audi reputation in the past. This is the ultimate daily sleeper in my opinion. The not so good: DSG shifts quite harshly on low speed or during bitter cold months when the car is not warm enough. DSG maintenance is also quite costly and has to be done every 40k miles. Other nitpicky items: Audi non-sport seats have pretty short thigh support, so get the sport package with the thigh extenders, they are totally worth it. The need to use infotainment screen to put wiper in service position and check oil level (yup, no dipsticks) is unnecesary. Brake pad wear sensors are annoying when they go off. Major service reminder reset needs to be done at dealership, so it can be a little pricey. Overall, I think this is one of the best cars I've ever owned. I usually like to get the top trims, but Premium Plus (mid trim) is the way to go and has a lot more equipment than you'll need. The nickpicky items I think are common in modern cars, so not really a deal breaker.

My 2011 328i has just reached 223k miles. No timing chain replacement. Only oil changes and coolant flushes. Obviously break pads and rotors. It’s been amazing. Fun to drive although I get 22mpg average. As Long as you don’t touch it and don’t drive it like you stole it, you can count on it.

The very best non "luxury" full size 4 door. The usual Toyota top shelf fit & finish, styling & dependability. Best feature, for us, 27-36 long distance mpg in a roomy, roomy (Im 6'2") interior. Also Imao, sharper looks than its Lexus cousin.

The S4 has more than enough performance as expected. Handling, comfort are all excellent. Adaptive cruise control has been improved over our other Audi, 2018 Q5. This was a pre-order and the price was about the same as a 2018. Very nice car, delivered with no discrepancies. First 3,000 miles have been trouble free. Dealer service, when needed has been excellent (routine checks only on a 2018 Q5).

I have a 2012 Infiniti g37 journey that I purchased with 66,000 miles on it in 2022 and would gladly purchase this vehicle again today if I were searching for a reliable vehicle!! One thing that I love is the performance and the quality build!!

Overall, I really like this car. Nice look inside and out. Easy to clean Internal cabin noise is quiet while driving. Like car notifications inside the car.

Best car to buy very reliable hardly no problems and I'm sad a man crazy driving hit my 2009 Mercury Milan and I'm sad no longer runs from accident. But I'm going to buy another one just like it very dependable car.

I have the Limited. This is my 6th Hyundai/Genesis car and they just keep getting better. The technology is fantastic and equals many features in luxury cars at twice the price. In June I took a 3450 mile trip, hit 14 states and a variety of traffic conditions and it just kept chugging along with no effort. Features like HDA help on the long days of 700 miles. Used less gas than my previous car too, 95 gallons on that trip.
