As my lease was coming to an end, I looked into a few Acura dealerships. I got a few quotes and was not satisfied with the customer service and professionalism. After contacting 8 dealerships and dealing with numbers that were not to my liking... I started to contemplate if I wanted to continue doing business with Acura. My boyfriend and I decided to check out the Acura of Wappingers Falls being that it was down the road from us and months ago they reached out to us with open arms. It ended up being the best decision. I not only got a new car but I found a dealership that I am proud to be apart of. Acura of Wappingers Falls has a family-like vibe to it and this is what inclined me to do business with them. I worked with product specialist Jason Fogelquist, sales manager Dan Flores, finance manager Carlo Saenz, and Inventory manager Jamal Wyatt. Jason got me the deal I was looking for, Dan approved, Jamal found me my car and got it to the Wappingers Falls lot within 3-4 business days and Carlo was very through and funny when it came time for contracts and signing (a process that is usually tedious and boring was fast and fun). They deserve special shout outs for their professionalism and customer service and all around personality that made me walk out of Acura yesterday with a smile on my face. I look forward to bringing my car-baby to get serviced because I know it is in good hands. It is without a doubt that I recommend this dealership.. and ONLY this dealership to everyone who is looking into getting into an Acura. I know for a fact my family and friends will be visiting. I had a 21 TLX advanced with the 2.0 L four-cylinder turbo and in 2023 I traded it for the TLX type S. What a shockingly different car. Granted the car probably has about 75 hp less than it should from the factory but, it’s easy to tune and mine is in the 435 hp range now. It was a great car to begin with and now it’s even better. There are a couple nagging issues with it: the brakes rattle, the Brembo brakes upfront, the pads on the inside, rattle like a bad ball joint whenever you hit a bump. The dealer couldn’t fix the problem and Acura told them “that’s the way it is, they are performance brakes“ well that’s a bunch of hog wash so I fixed it myself. Just an inexpensive shim on the inside pad and all was fixed. There are some long-term issues that IJust an inexpensive shim on the inside pad and all was fixed. There are some long-term issues that I am concerned about: the rear suspension plug for the adaptive suspension can get corroded over overtime and the entire car needs to be stripped apart to replace a wire harness. I haven’t had an issue with this, but I did grease my rear plugs just to be on the safe side. And these cars are known to have transfer case issues, resulting in a transmission replacement. Again, I haven’t had that issue, but the car only has 9000 miles on it. Just things that I am concerned about long-term as it seems Honda/Acura reliability, even though better than anything out there, isn’t what it used to be. But this is a fantastic car! And I would absolutely buy it again.

I absolutely love mine in comfort I think that it could have been a little bit better but that's on long trips. Short trips the comfort is fine. My car was totaled and my airbags blew on my steering wheel and at my legs and I'm so glad that they did because I really would have gotten hurt without those airbags The seat belt also did its job very well and the brakes warning light came on first then the brakes came on the exact same time I was putting the brakes on a guy ran a stop sign and there really wasn't much I could do but hit him which it did total my car and I am now looking for another one of the exact same kind I want my car back I love my Honda Civic sport touring.

Jim Ferrara the service director is the best person in that department. He is an asset to service! He has all the knowledge you would want and more. Jim has been there for years and been nothing but helpful, courteous and knowledgable never tries to sell you something that is not needed. Jim also did a great job explaining everything on our new car along with Marcus the parts manager and answered all questions during the new car orientation. Sales department could be better when it comes to pricing for a brand new car. However everyone is courteous and helpful. The general manager Dave Girolamo very nice, willing to work with you always available to chat. Also very knowledgeable on sales to products. Curry does take good care of you.

I have a 2007 toyota sienna and a 2020 Kia Sedona. I have also had different types of cars in the past, Subaru, Honda, Land Rover, Camaro. I need another used vehicle and I started doing a LOT of research and was going to go for a newer Camry, but by pure accident I discovered this 2014 Camry. To make it really short, I ended up purchasing one in mint condition with 30K miles. To make this review really short, I LOVE this Avalon. Same engine with the same AWESOME and bulletproof six speed transmission!!! I HATE the eight speed transmission in the new Kia Sedona. This Avalon is smooth and powerful. I did not want a four cylinder car. I have never driven an older Avalon model but I do believe people saying that car is smoother and more comfortable, but, my Sienna is also very comfortable and I have zero complaints with my new used Avalon. The handling and smoothness is just awesome and I feel it rides like half my Sienna and half my Sedona, meaning that it has a very nicely balanced ride. This car was just the right car for me.

This is, by far, the most friendly and professional dealership. That is why I always take my BMW vehicles to them. The services they provide are outstanding, done in timely manner and no short-cuts. Everything is done correctly. I also appreciate getting a clean car back. I have had very bad experiences with other dealerships. In one case, I caught them leaving off under neath panels so they save time on following services ! This shoddy work is unacceptable ! I trust BMW Of Ridgefield with my BMW.

As fast as my 911 but I can drive it in the winter without special tires. Great suspension, brakes and gas mileage. HK stereo is terrific. Wonderful value. I only wish the sport seats were a bit wider.

Anthony Esemplare was extremely helpful in our making the decision to purchase HRV 2026. He is very knowledgeable about the Honda cars in the showroom & answered questions based on that knowledge.

I absolutely love this car, I am so glad i went with this car instead of the other option i was looking at. The only things i don’t like, are the limited storage space, and the engine start stop feature. There should be an option to turn it off and keep it off instead of having to turn it off every time i start the car. Other than that, this car is amazing. It has great leg room in the back, which is what i was looking for the most besides the remote start. I upgraded from a 2003 elantra.

I traded in my 22 Accord with the 1.5T and CVT transmission. My 2021 has the 2.0T and 10 speed automatic. It’s a great car for the money, dollar for dollar, you cannot beat it! Fully Loaded, very strong motor and tranny, rides beautiful, handles everything beautifully!

I was looking for a used caravan, been looking for about 6 months and had one problem after another with other dealerships. Advertised price and then another $3,000 in fees!! I called Rivera Toyota and spoke with Joe, very friendly and helpful. I asked him what the price was on the car advertised, and he said the price show IS the price. No other fees, unless you want some of the additional services we offer. I told him if I am wasting my time I will throw you out of the window, JK. Next day took it out for a test drive, has two issues, nothing crazy, and was about to get off a few dollars. The price was the price and I did not have to hassle or get upset. Joseph was very helpful as well as his manager Bob. I was able to drive my new/used car that day home. I would definitely recommend coming here, for a used or new car. I have purchased six Camrys. So, when it was time to purchase a new one, I didn't check the features. I was pleasantly surprised by the radar cruise control that maintains your distance from the car in front regardless of the speed setting. It also flashes on your mirrors when a car is in your blind spot. The large screen on the radio is super. There are many other great features you will love!

The only concern I had was. I got the car service and some additional work done which was excellent so far but don’t the dealer wash and clean car before giving it back !! Mine was completely dirty !!! Also the loaner I got was dirty too.

I purchased the 540i xDrive with shadowline package in March 2022. The exterior is absolutely beautiful, The vehicle handles very well. Excellent acceleration. I love the option to be able to switch driving element from economy, comfort or sport. Driver assist works great; even on curves. There’s not much back seat room to move your feet, or if you have big feet, but overall a very comfortable vehicle. I can’t think of any other luxury sedan I’d select over it.

This is a solid comfortable car nearing luxury status. My only concern is the infotainment system freezing at times and ignition loses connection with the FOB every once in awhile.

Purchased car from a senior relative in Florida whose lease was up, with 17K miles. Love the car and tech. Did you know that there is a “Developers Mode”, which will give you access to many more options and adjustments. Highly recommend researching and gaining easy access for a true customized Honda experience. Just “Google” it. This car is fast and the 2.0T is refined. The ride is comfortable even with the 19” tires. My only “nit” is the leather seats can be more comfortable and supportive. I own both Honda and Toyota/Lexus. Both cars are great, but have distinctly different driving characteristics. Highly recommend!!

Beth Hicks service dept was amazing very sweet and helpful she is the best if you need service go see her. I traded in my honda for a Rav 4 Philip Hicks. What a. I haven't owned a 4 cylinder in a long time. I had a turbo 5 Volvo, a 6 cylinder accord, and a Mercedes c300 6 as my last three cars, then before that I owned a last model year RSX (2006, I wouldn't count the new ones) for a long time so that's the closest comparison to this. I think the RSX felt a bit more sporty (I didn't have the Type S), but as for power they're a pretty close match, and I bet the Mazda 3 would smoke it off the line with it's torque heavy engine. I think the RSX looked more sporty too, it had probably a more mature styling to it that I appreciate now even more than I did when I owned one, but I will say every time I look at my Mazda 3 I like it more and more. I've seen a thousand of these on the road and never had a strong opinion on them, but my girl in red keeps growing on me, and when I take the dog out for walks I circle the car and look it over and understand it more and more. I have a 2018 fully loaded GT, and the interior is mostly it's strongest positive. The facelifted w204 is easily the nicest looking interior I've ever been in, and the accord maybe the most comfortable, but this is incredibly close to the accord in terms of comfort and only lacking in slightly worse seats and less room. The seats are great though, but the 2012 accords were some of the best I've say in. The fake leather has a great balance of firm and give to it, and what's even better is the whole interior is wrapped in a similar nice synthetic material that's a joy to be wrapped in. I've never owned a car where my arms are supported on both sides in such a comfortable manner. I'm 6'1 so I keep my seat low but I feel like I have a good deal of room, in fact, I test drove a 2023 (gen 4) Mazda 3 that was an incredible price, about $800 off from my 2018 and even less miles but the new interior design is nowhere close to as good as what we get in the gen 3. You have almost no room to spread your legs out in the newer models and that's a deal breaker for me. The one major weakness of the 2018's interior is the tablet on top of the dash looks hideous. I think I mentioned earlier my model is fully loaded, and I mean it. But what's that mean, a premium sound system, some exterior trim pieces tacked on? Nope, here we have some genuinely cool features. Adaptive headlights that turn with the wheel, a heads up display that's projected on a piece of clear plastic that raises up when you start the engine and can show speed, road signs, blind spot info, next GPS heading, etc. We have automatic windshield wipers, adaptive cruise control, lane keep assist, a great Bose sound system, paddle shifters. My car has more bells and whistles than my wife's high trim 2023 Tuscon. I really love my little Mazda, and I'm hoping to take it down some back roads to see if I can enjoy the driving part as much as some others do, as I've mostly spent time on the highway or in stop and go so far. This was a purchase I was unsure of 3 days ago when I made it, but every couple waking hours something pulls me to that car, whether to drive it or just to sit in it. I know now I've made a great choice.

My beloved 2010 IS 250 needed more in repairs than it was worth. I asked to be put on the list (yes, it’s come to that these days) for a new car. The wonderful salesman at Ray Catena Lexus of White Plains asked if I was interested in a used car. Of course, said I. When he showed me the 2019 IS 300, I fell in love! Midnight blue with a camel interior, low mileage, and certified by Lexus. So far, so great! So many more features than my 2010. It’s a smoother ride than my IS 250; I have to get used to that , as my 250 hugged every curve. But I’m totally in love with this car!
