We had the 2018 before this 2023 for 3years and it was amazing other than regular maintenance we put a battery in it that's it. Loved the car took us everywhere without fail very reliable. Has a mean punch with the 4-cylinder but it's the turbo Tranny makes it mean. It goes when you need to! Nice style looks classy and sporty. We got grey metallic paint it looks purple! We love this car too, a lot like our old one but new features for sure driving assistance features crash prevention, and new car deck bigger and better could use a lot more bass lol. But great sound without good bass. Malibu's are being discontinued so the wife and I will be looking at a impala next ride purchase as we fell hard for Chevy Period!

No pressure. Found the specific model with options and color I wanted and had it shipped to their dealership. Gave me additional leather seating color options so I could customize my ride. Provided a loaner vehicle while the extra work was done.

I have a 2017 Sonata SE that has been a very good, reliable vehicle. I spend alot of time on the road for my job and it had never given me any issues; very comfortable, gas mileage around 30+. As many others have said, the engine conked out at around 124,000 mi. The dealer replaced it with a new factory engine 2 mos ago. A week after I got it back, the accelerator something or other broke so I took it back and had to pay $500 to repair it. (they swore it was unrelated- I dont think so) Other than that, it has been a great car.

I had a recall on my Ford Escape and brought it to Gallatin Ford. After three weeks of calling and email Jessica with no response, I called and she was on vacation. Lauren O'Neal took over and had me bring my car in that day to be assessed. Parts were ordered. Parts came in sooner than expected and Lauren called me to bring my vehicle in for the repairs. Lauren communicated with me in a timely and professional manner. I never had to call and feel like I was being a pest. My vehicle was repaired perfectly. Hi All! I picked up my Sonata SEL w/ Convenience about 4 months ago and man is it pretty. I get compliments all the time. Anyhow, I have just under 2,000 miles on the odo. and figured it would be a good time to leave some first impressions and what it's been like to live with along with some good and not-so-good experiences I've had. First the GOOD: Like I said, it looks amazing. In my opinion, the best looking midsize sedan on the market and everyone seems to love the design. The refinement levels are amazing. Hyundai did an impeccable job quieting this sedan down from the previous version (I had a 2020 model prior). I notice a rather significant difference at highway speed and just cruising around town in overall noise levels. Super pleased here. The ride quality isn't as harsh as the previous version either. Overall, it feels softer over bumps and potholes barely make it through. Yet, handling is still great albeit maybe a bit less sharper around corners. I think this is a great sacrifice though. The prior gen. seemed to have a rather jarring ride in my opinion. In typical Hyundai fashion, the lane keeping/lane departure assist along with dynamic cruise control works flawlessly, so much better than both Honda and Toyota, and I've driven them all. Highway trips are an absolute breeze with the Sonata. Now, the NOT so good: The door handle sensor only works occasionally. Reaching behind the door handle with the key in my pocket should theoretically unlock the door, but it does so only about 50% of the time. I find myself reaching back and forth to and from behind the handle, and maybe on the 2nd or 3rd or 4th attempt, the door will unlock. Watching from afar, it probably looks idiotic like, is this dude afraid to touch his car, what's going on!? Odd. There's a rattle in the passenger door and is REALLY heard when playing music, even at low to moderate volume. I'll get this checked out when my 1st maintenance visit comes around. The Carplay screen is WAY too bright at night. Like, blinding bright. I can adjust it down to the lowest illumination level and it's still pretty bright, but it also dims the speedometer screen! Then, during daylight, it's far too dim, so I have to go in and turn it back up to max illumination. There's only one illumination level from what I can tell and it controls both the speedometer screen AND the infotainment screen. I wish there was a way to lower the brightness of the infotainment screen while keeping the speedo screen brighter along with greater variances between day and night levels. All in all, I'm extremely happy with the 2024 Sonata. I highly recommend it over Accord (lacking features, horrible road noise, pricy) and perhaps even the Camry, although the new 2025 version seems to be pretty killer.

I had the oil changed in my automobile and the Service was completed. There was not a long waiting time. I was able to wait and did not need to leave my car.

Forward collision is dangerous it slams on the brakes and have you spinning. Roof is too low. Speakers are not good. Exterior falls apart very cheaply made car. Great on gas great body design. Love the synthetic leather & the infotainment screen.

I bought my 2020 Premier in December, 2019. I have owned Impalas since 2000 and buy a new one every 3 years. They are reliable and comfortable and I love big cars. This one does not disappoint. I also have a 2018 Premier with 40K miles and it has no issues. Had to replace all 4 tires at 20K miles which I thought was premature. Other than that the car/s have performed perfectly. Too bad Chevy cut the brand. Now everyone is buying SUVs but I don't like them and would never buy one. Ditto for electric cars - they are not yet ready for prime time.

I went in with a lot of knowledge on what I was looking for, but she knew enough about the truck I mentioned to suggest other models that would fit my needs as well. She is very compassionate, knowledgable and professional. Sam also assisted in our sales process and was very knowledgeable and friendly. When it came time to discuss finances with the floor manager who spends 30 seconds giving a price on used cars, I almost walked away. I was lied to and insulted significantly, regarding our trade-ins and knowledge on pricing. We felt we were given the run-around and, had my fiancé not stepped in to mediate the conversation, I would have walked away and withdrawn the idea of ever purchasing a truck from this Murfreesboro GMC dealer. We also got home and found that our loan had been written for $2,000 higher than we agreed to - luckily they fixed it, but what if I hadn't caught that? Overall I am glad I purchased from this dealer, but I think my positive outlook on it would have been much different if we hadn't started off on the right foot with Madison.

A 2014 and 2019 Fusion I’ve had. Still driving the ‘19. ‘14 was that great red color, Se but back then you could load it ( came like that ), An SE model with leather, moonroof heated seats - same as top of line except no Sony radio. Had a 2008 Audi A6 - this Fusion reminded me so much of the Audi, when pulling away has this heavy feel, almost as quiet as A6. almost as smooth- interior - we know who took that. My 2019 has 109K on it - really only one problem, check engine light came on - Oxygen sensor - tires, brakes battery, I read somewhere that Ford stopped it because they didn’t really make any money, the SUV craze. Simple car no problem. First new car for me was 1985 Toyota Corolla - 13 years and 235,000 miles when the head gasket went.

I’ve had my Kia now for 3yrs and only had little major thing go wrong which the dealership handled the issue as a decent time I guess. The first few months of having my Kia during the winter here the car would t push botton to start and boy was I pissed off. I kept having to jump start it then it dawned on me on me that they gave me a dead battery! Which was taking care of with warranty thank God! Other then that issue my model Kia forte got-line wasn’t equipped with a decent sound system I guess the package I thought it would’ve had But! Not! and to replace a aftermarket radio will cost a pretty penny to get done. My tires 17” OEM they feel on the wobbly side while driving 50-70mph on the Hyway! while hearing the sounds from outside in the inside of the car which sucks. But it’s power it gets up to speed especially in Sport Mode! The exterior looks good and interior is good also but I’m a pit in some work on it soon. I wish I would’ve known about the Kia Gt though (manual) speed before test driving my Kia gt line lol. My overall about this Kia it’s worth the price as well the experience to drive and to owne one!

Not the kind of car I expected, but I have been more than happy with it. The 2019 330i xDrive has been safe, efficient, and makes you feel like you are flying in a Boeing 777 or an F-18. It is quieter, meaner, and comfortable for long trips. That being said, some maintenance costs are high, but if you keep it for long run and maintain it thoroughly, it will last long enough.

Took the family to Vegas for a week. Enterprise have me the choice between the Malibu, Charger and K5. My youngest didn't want the grey Malibu and I didn't want to pay for the gas on the Charger with the V8. So we went with the black K5. I drive a SUV so it took some time to use to bending down to get into he car. Once we started driving I noticed how smooth and quiet the car was. The car accelerated with ease and the braking made you feel safe. My Dodge Journey is 2015 and doesn't have all the new tech. The K5's blindspot and car In front of you leaving warnings are great features. Although the K5 had great features the only negative I had was the infotainment unit. The unit worked just fine, I just didn't like how it was integrated. It looks as it was installed as an afterthought. Looks like it was just inserted like a Lego piece, I would prefer it flush in the dash.
