I am so glad I decided to get a Charger in 2015. I now have a 2023 Daytona and LOVE it. Beautiful and fun to drive. Only problem is there is no spare tire, just basically a fix a flat kit.

I live 1000 miles away, but their price is so competitive that I may make the trip there yet. I inquired at several local and regional dealers and without exception, Russ Darrow was the most responsive. Robert Garcia didn't try to avoid my very specific questions on cost and definitely made a great impression on me.

I bought my Nissan Altima in August at Lee Nissan in topsham, Maine. I absolutely love it . It rides great steers amazing and has the get up and go that I have missed . It’s sharp looking and I have had a lot of compliments on the color it says grey but looks purple sometimes or at night it looks white..

I just bought my first car form this dealership, and I have nothing but great things to say about this dealership! I was looking for a car at their Madison location, and they were not able to sell me the car. So I went down to this dealership, and they were able to sell me the car at a fair price for both parties! The saleswoman, Robyn, was amazing to work with! She was straightforward and amiable and was so helpful in walking me through every step in buying a vehicle. Robyn was never pushy, and I felt that my decisions were always respected throughout this whole process. This is something I really appreciated as a first-time car-owner. She was communicative, and overall, a pleasure to work with! Overall, I truly enjoyed working with this dealership. From management, to finance, to their sales representatives I had an excellent experience, and I would definitely buy another car from this dealership again in the future!

Great mileage and very nice interior. Lotsa stuff but sadly only drivers window is auto. Wheels are terrible. They look great but very hard to clean. Good trunk space and nice seats. Having problems with backup camera it looks very foggy. Had it back to dealer twice, no luck. No CD player.. big downgrade.

We just purchased a 2022 Veloce. Gray with red interior. Love the car. Fast and sexy, unique. I get asked what is it? We haven't had long, but so far no issues. Seats are very supportive and comfortable. Only negative is the back up camera, screen small and dim. We get 33 MPG on trips but about 22 MPG with daily driving around town.

My wife and I found the slightly-used Nissan Leaf at Cars.com and were sure that's what we wanted. But we didn't want to drive to Waukesha from West Bend, so we went to the WB Nissan dealership, also part of the Russ Darrow empire, and people communicated and cooperated and the next day the Leaf showed up in West Bend, we took it for a spin, and we're now its happy owners. So a big Kudos for the friendly and helpful sharing of resources. Beats defending your turf(s) anytime.

Visited Raymond Chevrolet on 10/10/25 after texting with Blake. When I arrived I was greeted immediately by Drew and he seemed to immediately know exactly why I was there. Pulled the car around that I wanted to look at and off we went on a test drive. Drew had more of a consultative approach rather than a high pressure approach which was definitely appreciated. The car drove great, yet my hopes weren’t high due to the fact that I have bad credit because of some stupid mistakes I made when I was young and haven’t spent the time/effort to repair yet. After a quick discussion with Drew upon our arrival back at the dealership, Jerry, the Used Car General Manager, came over to sit with me and he answered every single question I had written down (and there were around 15 of them!). At this point, they already knew my credit situation since I made them aware pretty early on. Instead of just going through the motions, EVERY single employee at Raymond Chevrolet took the time to make sure my questions were answered and ensure I had a great experience and I never felt less than or judged because of my credit situation. After Jerry answered all my questions, I wanted the car! I had previously been denied for an auto loan through a local credit union (even with offering a higher down payment than I did at the dealership). It didn’t take long at all and after a very short wait Jerry came over and approached me with his thumbs up, “we got you approved.” I was literally shocked….Sure, I didn’t get the best interest rate possible, but with my credit, simply getting an approval at all was amazing. At this time it was around 9:30 PM and the dealership closes at 9:00 PM. If there was an employee that was needed to make this happen for me that night, they hung tight and worked late to make sure I was taken care of. I want to give a special shout out to Janelle, the Customer Experience Manager. Janelle walked me through some very important Tesla specific topics and was very patient with me. The entire time I felt like I was being HELPED, not SOLD. Any “add-ons” were throughly explained and literally each one made sense with my situation (kids, first time Tesla owner, Chicago winters, etc.)… They offered me what I really needed, not just what they could make extra money on. Janelle made sure that I was clear on everything and then I wrapped up the process with the Sales Manager Cooper. Cooper made the signing process extremely easy and went above and beyond to make sure that what needed to get done, got done that night regardless of the time or any obstacles we encountered. At this point, I was extremely happy with my experience & it was time to head out at which time Jerry (manager) and Drew (sales person) escorted me from Antioch to Pleasant Prairie just so that I could take the vehicle home THAT NIGHT. Keep in mind, by the time we arrived in Pleasant Prairie, WI, it was at least 1:30 AM. My plan was to check out a vehicle so that I could then go look for a co-signor because I didn’t think I stood a chance of getting an approval; however, the folks at Raymond Chevrolet made it possible for me to make ONE trip to the dealership, purchase the vehicle ai wanted AND take it home that same day… All while going above an beyond to make sure that I was taken care of and having a great experience which I 100% did. IF YOU ARE AFRAID THAT YOUR CREDIT WILL PREVENT YOU FROM BUYING A CAR FROM A DEALERSHIP, I URGE YOU TO VISIT MY NEW FRIENDS AT RAYMOND CHEVROLET AND JUST GIVE THEM A CHANCE TO DO WHAT MANY PLACES JUST AREN’T ABLE TO - ON MANY DIFFERENT LEVELS (non-judgement environment, friendly and extremely helpful staff and even the ability to obtain an approval for financing for someone with POOR credit). Every aspect of the experience was on point and I highly recommend visiting Raymond Chevrolet if you’re in the market for a new vehicle and you want to avoid the high pressure sales tactics that we see too often at dealerships! Owned a Dodge Charger GT 2021 for 3 years now. Grey with the nice 245 tires. The care is BEAUTIFUL. I love the style and Dodge give you soo many options to customize it. I added a rear winder louver and some racing stripes. Its a car that looks super fast eventhough its on a V6. But who am I racing in my daily driver? The drive is nice, excellent 305 HP, and massive caliphers along with rotors gives you excellent stopping power. All is stock. This is a strong rear wheel drive. I see why many people like doing donuts in this car. its fun, but at $400 a tire, not me. The comfort could be better. Plenty of space, as a man who is 6'2 300, very spacious, but the seats are not comfortable for long distance trips, The stereo system is average, nothing to boom or even brag about. I do like all of the electronic features, such as checking your 0-60, sports control, and Mopar app. that keeps you updated on your car needs. The value, I think its a bit over priced. At the time it was $42K, but I traded a 2018 Challenger that knocked off $20k and then Dodge had a special that knocked another $3k off and with 0% financing using Chrysler Capital...it was a deal. I know without these perks I have settled for the SXT. A huge negative about this car, it depreciate badly. Only 3 years and the car lost almost half its value. I support over time, since Dodge stop making these cars in 2023...they may increase in value...but I doubt it. Ask Pontiac.

Very sporty inside and out. Great gas mileage. I like that it has just the right amount of buttons and dials, not too much. The seats are very comfortable.

My Mother had a small service requirement, your Assistant Service Manager DAVID OLGUIN, took care of it for her. I really appreciate his help for my 90 year old Mom.

This is a solid comfortable car nearing luxury status. My only concern is the infotainment system freezing at times and ignition loses connection with the FOB every once in awhile.

I love my Altima. It looks good and it handles beautifully. The gas mileage is good, especially on the highway. The car is comfortable, too.

Aesthetically pleasing. Awesome fuel economy!!! Handles well. I used to drive a 2018 Altima SV until a deer decided that i needed to purchase a new vehicle, otherwise, I'd still be driving that one which was totaled at 227k+ miles...190k+ miles by me (personally) in 4 and a half yrs. The front seats feel slightly smaller though....maybe it's just me.

THEY HANDLED ME WITH CARE AND TRIED THERE BEST TO GET ME IN A CAR I CAME TO LOOK AT MULTIPLE CARS AND EVERYTHING WAS GOOD.

The 2021 Altima is a good but not great car. I have the SL trim which comes with more interior comfort and 1 of 2 extra features. I like the sporty style and tech features but the CVT transmission sucks sometimes. If I had to buy a sedan again I would choose a BMW 3 series instead cuz I like excellence in cars. But overall for anyone who would like to have something good and basic pros, yes the Altima can make it.

Had an amazing experience with Bryan Villalobos and Kevin Abraham! I’m from out of state and I ended purchasing a truck from here. They were super nice, very professional, very knowledgeable, kept great communication, and were ready and willing to work with me. I truly appreciate their hard work and I couldn’t be more happy with the truck I bought from them. Everything was detailed and waiting right outside the dealership for my arrival. These guys are 10 out of 10 and super legit!

While we were not able to make a deal, I was amazed at Nick’s knowledge of Lincoln’ Towncars as old the ‘91 Towncar. Practically everything he told me about these vehicles was true, like converting from single to dual exhaust on these. He said they’re very easy to do. At first I figured Nick was just trying to salvage a sale after I told him I really wanted the dual exhaust option from the factory. But then when I went to some forums to look, they all said to just swap out the Y pipe for an H pipe and go from there. It took someone who has some knowledge to know all that. That impressed me and I wouldn’t be surprised if Nick used to be a mechanic. Perhaps a deal can be reached in the future, but for now I was impressed to leave a review even though I didn’t buy anything.

I've owned 7 total with 0 issues. The cvt is quick and responsive. The exhaust has a nice tone to it. Seats are comfortable I've owned German luxury cars and I prefer the Altima seats. I love my car.

I just want to thank everyone involved with our new vehicle purchase!! From Marry (Sales) confirming the vehicle was ACTUALLY on the lot and personally holding onto the keys so no one else could grab them(!), to Christian (Sales Director) and his willingness to work with us to come up with numbers that worked for us both, to Jessi (finance) and her quick, friendly work getting us through our paperwork. Everyone was super friendly and professional. After the purchase we had to return for installation of running boards where we met John Ferrigno (service). Although we were told install would take an hour or two, he told us it would likely be longer - a little disappointing but we had the time to wait. Not even 1 hour later John came up to us to say our install was DONE!! He pushed it to the top of the list - what excellent customer service! And the final kudos goes to Mike Schmidt (service) who took my frantic call today when I couldn't get the liftgate to open or shut (stuck 1/2 way open) Although he tried to talk me through the process over the phone (for a good 15 minutes) I was really frustrated, so he guided me through the process of manually closing the liftgate (so I could get home) and said if we couldn't figure out how to reset it - he'd be glad to help out. Fortunately, we figured it out (lesson learned!) but his calmness and patience helped me not freak out. I don't think most people enjoy the process of vehicle shopping BUT this experience from start to finish was exceptional! Thanks Umansky!

I traded in a 2017 Honda CR-V Touring because it was going to to cost more to fix the major issues (as a second owner I did not know the CR-V had that many things wrong). I put money down on the Civic Sport that I was going to use for the repairs. I do have to say it's a nice car and I hope it will last longer than I expect. That being said I didn't want to buy another Honda but I did go to a dealership that I trust more than anybody else. I will come back and further my review once I have 5,000 miles on it.

I love my low mileage CPO 2020 Altima SV fully loaded well maintained car with only 23K miles. Car gets excellent gas mileage and nice pick up. Beautiful beige protected seat and stony blue metallic with paint protection. Take care of your vehicle and your vehicle will take care of you. Replace CVT fluid every 30K and regular tire or oil changes you will be fine. I’ve had two other Nissans with CVTS with no issues.

Bought my 2015 Honda Accord LX used in 2018 with 42K on the odometer. It now has just over 100K and has for most of the past 7 years been a very good vehicle overall, requiring only manufacturer recommended routine maintenance. Within the past year, however, it has needed to have the starter replaced and repair work done on the air conditioning unit. The cost of those repairs totaled about $1,200. Not too bad for over 7 years of regular driving. I'm still really pleased with the performance of the vehicle. Handling, acceleration and braking are truly excellent. I'm most impressed by the gas mileage. On a recent 2,400 mile round-trip from Florida to Pennsylvania the car averaged just over 41 mpg. In local mixed driving it consistently gets between 35-37 mpg. Getting that type of gas mileage with the kind of performance it provides is hard to beat!
