I had a fantastic experience buying a used TDI from this dealership. Karen, my salesperson, was extremely helpful and customer centric. She even came back into the dealership to close the deal later that same night. This dealership also was the only that I found that replaced items such as brakes, battery, wipers and tires knowing that these TDIs sat for several months in a lot during the manufacturer buyback. I highly recommend buying from them. It too no more than 15 mins when I returned to ink the deal. Fantastic!

I really liked my LTZ. I will admit that I had some issues, but I took care of it. The only mistake I made was not putting a Remanufactured engine in it after it had a head gasket repair. I drove it hard. Even with the issues I had. I would buy it again. I would get an Endurance Extended warranty. I had no issues with the transmission. I did have two window motors go out though. I had 188K miles on it. The reason I go rid of it was. I had an oil smell in it even after I had it repaired and the mechanic could not find it.

Very easy buying process, would work with them again anytime! From online communication to financing, they made it very easy to buy a car.

It’s kind of funny. It’s a Corolla Hybrid, but looks so sporty that I find a lot of people look to race me when the light turns green…it’s a Corolla, and it’s not quick…at all. But, that’s a testament to its appearance. It’s very nice looking in the SE trim. The performance and CVT are prohibitive to excitement, but it is economical and adequate for normal city and highway driving. The road noise is pretty bad, but the suspension supple and it absorbs road imperfections well. The seats in front and the rear are comfortable. It does lack storage space as well. The glove box is basically just big enough to hold your registration. The center console is very small as well. The base sound system is its biggest flaw. It is terrible. I don’t know if the upgraded stereo is much better or worth the upgrade, but with as much road noise as there is, a better/louder stereo is needed to hear the music and drown out the other noise. I am averaging about 44-45 MPG in the AWD SE Hybrid.

My last four cars have been Honda Accords. This time I purchased a 2025 Accord Hybrid Touring trim. My previous Honda was a 2013 Accord EX-L V6 w/Nav; I liked it better. It accelerated, it was comfortable but not too big, it was dependable, it had the right amount of high tech features. By contrast the 2025 Hybrid Touring accelerates at a more leisurely pace, is comfortable (with exceptions), is hopefully dependable (we'll find out), and is overly technical in the display and elsewhere. It is bigger than my 2013 Accord (more than mid-size in my view), and that concerns me. Everything in the well-less trunk sloshes around. There are no buttons to push to open garage doors; Honda asks the owner to subscribe for and download an app called MyQ and link it with HondaLink in the display for a software solution. The two apps refuse to link in my car, and I am not about to pay a monthly subscription charge for SaaS when buttons would have been fine. Sure, my MPG have risen from 27 to 45, but who really cares? With the Touring, there is no height adjustment on the front passenger seat, and I am not yet fully comfortable with the lumbar support on the driver's seat. There are two many controls on the steering wheel, dashboard, and display. Simplify, Honda! Simplify, simplify, simplify!

Just leased a new car from Burnsville Volkswagen. It was the 6th car either purchased or leased from them. Aaron Stephens was our sales consultant. Excellent gas milege...regularly exceed the EPA highway estimate for this car. Already have over 30000 miles on it. Regualar maintenace so far at the dealer. Now looking at a set of replacement tires as the OEM's do not last as long as expected. Other than the high wear on the tires, Android Auto connections used to be iffy at best until I figured out how the keep the connection.,

I came for a 30,000 mile check up. The service went quickly; they were very efficient, caring and competent. This experience was above my expectations.

I've had my 2019 Sr for almost 3 years and I absolutely love it. This editors review is pretty spot-on. The car is aesthetically appealing, reliable, and powerful...but the SR can be a bit bumpy and a smidge uncomfortable at times. I'm the type of person that changes cars often, but I'm having a very hard time letting go of this one!

I'm revising my review. I bought a very nice mustang GT Premium from Rav. I'm out of state so getting things done i thought would be near impossible after sale. Well the car had body work that was done before sale. Some issues came up with work done. I sent a review of Rav. They read it that day and by next morning I had a call from owner that they would take care of the body work. In this day and age, that's rare. Especially a smaller dealer. I really appreciate him calling and fixing. I have to get it there but they will fix. Estimate was 5000 here. Thanks Rav for responding and standing up for what you sell. Will be customer in future! I have had my 2020 maxima for some months now and I actually love the car. It is a smooth get up and go vehicle. the interior is lovely. The only concerns I am having about the car is that when I have the AC on, its like water is just pouring from underneath the car when I stop, the catylic converters seem to be stopping up because when on the hwy i smell the aweful rotten egg smell. the driver side headlight somehow keeps moisture inside and not sure why this happens but it causes a warning alert that the headlight system error is having and when have headlights on at night, i notice that headlight starts blinking bad. when have the car in reverse, i hear a loud like rubbing noise from the brakes and the rotors get rusted bad. just wandering if anyone else are having these same issues with the 2020 nissan maxima??

Car is beautiful I have the metalic orange. Already 5000 miles and i stared to have problem with the cameras. took it to service and to correct the cameras malfunction. Dealer cannot fix it and will order a new one. after that then the car starting to have more problems, sunroof won't open all the way, navigator screen become black and yesterday was driving to Cleveland the usb port stop working soddenly. In addition to that I took my car to my mechanic to check my car with the computer and he found that there are 3 error code, appointment with Nissan service on Tuesday.

I wanted this car... Value for money is excellent for this level. The twin turbo V6 is plenty powerful... The quality and attention to detail is apparent. Rides great! Handles great! Can choose between touring and sport mode mode ..sport mode tightens everything up and makes the exhaust note more aggressive..And it's American.

Out of all the cars that I have taken for a test drive. The 2025 Chevy Malibu is the best. It has style, it drives and handles well, and has some awesome features to go along with it. But more importantly it is a by name it is one of the most reliable vehicles you can buy and never go wrong.

I own a 23' Hyundai Elantra Limited, it has 37,000 miles on it. For the Elantra being the smallest sedan that Hyundai makes, I have been surprised by this car. My 2 previous cars were a Sonata Sport and a Sonata Limited. Pros: comfortable ride - I drive 60+ miles daily to work and I have no complaints about the ride of this car. Sound System: This features Bose speakers, as it is a Limited model. For a factory sound system, it sounds very good. Fuel Mileage: I get between 35 - 37 MPG with some of my daily drive being in stop and go traffic. Maintenance: the only things I have had to do were the normal oil changes, filter changes, and I have replaced the tires. Cool feature is the BlueLink phone app so you can remotely lock, unlock, start the engine to cool down or warm up the interior of the car Cons: hyundai took away the ability to save music to the car stereo and replaced the feature with "nature sounds" Homelink garage door opener was not an option in the Elantra Limited. I would recommend this car to someone that has a limited budget and is looking for a car that is fun to drive and has been reliable.

Bought my '12 Max SV (my 3rd one btw) Jan 2013. 1 of 2 left on lot. MSRP 38 G. Pd 28G out the door. Now with 86000 miles. Only tires, oil changes and rear brakes. NO problems at all with a plus on performance. Best car I've ever had and my 1985 and 1993 were great cars too. May end up being the last car I have to buy. Always garaged and above average in and out and Edmunds says it's worth $3700. Hoping would be 5G at least.

I have the Limited. This is my 6th Hyundai/Genesis car and they just keep getting better. The technology is fantastic and equals many features in luxury cars at twice the price. In June I took a 3450 mile trip, hit 14 states and a variety of traffic conditions and it just kept chugging along with no effort. Features like HDA help on the long days of 700 miles. Used less gas than my previous car too, 95 gallons on that trip.
