I purchased the 540i xDrive with shadowline package in March 2022. The exterior is absolutely beautiful, The vehicle handles very well. Excellent acceleration. I love the option to be able to switch driving element from economy, comfort or sport. Driver assist works great; even on curves. There’s not much back seat room to move your feet, or if you have big feet, but overall a very comfortable vehicle. I can’t think of any other luxury sedan I’d select over it.

Although I had some issues with the closing a call to the manager and it was resolved within the hour. The salesman was great!

This requires to many words that's my only complaint! It wouldn't take my city and state this took me another 15 minutes. Thats another complaint. The survey is annoying. I have had mine 2018 Ford Fusion since 2019 and just had battery replaced last year 2024,and replaced brake pads this year 2025 IT IS MAKING ME HAPPY !

Car performs well. Great fuel mileage. Wont will any races in car but is comfortable on long drives. Handles mountains well. Easy to drive handles well on city streets and highway.

This car is amazing but if you like music you are going to have a lot of problems with its audio system. Who ever Acura let do the audio system needs to never do it again. Audio system doesn’t even last for more than a year

I interacted with many dealerships big and small to choose my new vehicle. I LOVE how easy it is to talk with this dealership. When you make contact they put you in an optional text chat so anytime you have a question you text it and they get back to you usually very quickly. We worked with Garrett and even. Though we were very wishy washy and changed our minds on what we wanted many times he was very patient and helpful. He also gave many suggestions that actually we turned out to love better than what we were originally looking for. They worked hard for us on financing and options and gave us several options to choose from. After the sale Garrett didnt disappear...he still answered our messages and talked with his manager about some questions we had. We were very happy that he helped us even after the sale! We love everything about Gorno, Ford. The only problem is there Customer Care communication getting in touch with the customer to let them know what is going on with the vehicle. They need to work on that very much.

This is my 5th Accord. I have owned one since 1987. Each time I have purchased a used model. I bought my current 2010 Accord with 125,000 miles on it 4 years ago. It now has 180,000 miles and just past inspection. Burns no oil. Has NO leaks (oil, rain or otherwise). No "idiot" lights on the dashboard, and rides like new. In 35 years (and 5 Accords) I have NEVER been stuck! Not once! Don't get too hung up on any negative details you might see or hear of. The resale value is near the best. The gas mileage is more than decent. I am over 6 feet tall and the driver's seat in more comfortable and supportive than any other vehicle I have sat in. This includes BMW, Lexus, Mercedes and Cadillac. As for dependability, it just might be the best. If you're in the market for a used car, I suggest that you at very least, test drive one.

I just picked up my S580 Lux-Line in Emerald Green over Sienna Brown, and I am absolutely thrilled with the purchase. I have owned five S-Class models since 2010, including this new one, and I can say this is the best iteration yet from an overall perspective. While I still think the W222 was the best-looking (especially my 2019 S560 with the refreshed look and AMG pack), this new one does not disappoint at all. The Emerald Green is stunning in the sunlight, my favorite color yet. And the interior is on another level from a luxury and tech standpoint. I loved the interiors of all the S-Class models I've owned, but this current one is my favorite. The seats are super supportive, and the vast amount of tech is amazing. The new infotainment screen takes time to learn and get used to, but I feel the "Hey, Mercedes" function makes doing small things like putting in a Navigation request easier than going through the main screen. From a driving perspective, the ride is the best yet, just like gliding on a cloud. I've been lucky to have driven Bentley's and Rolls-Royce's in my lifetime, and this ride is as close as I've seen the S-Class come to being even with those vehicles on this front. And, the V8 is plenty punchy when needed, so it can be a fun vehicle to take on windy roads if you so desire. Overall, a wonderful vehicle and a bargain when you compare it to the other super-luxury vehicles on sale. I'm looking forward to the next few years of owning such an awesome car.

I have owned my 2017 E 300 for 5 years. It has been the finest car I have ever own. It is enjoyable to drive. It's a baby S class. I searched and purchased the 2017 e300 with P3 package. The lane keeping assist is the most advance in 2017. The engine is a 4 cylinder but it handles like a V-6. This car is leader for luxury, driving and durability.

A very fulfilling service experience. Everyone I met with was friendly, courteous and professional. The work was done quicker than expected and very reasonably priced. I will be returning to service my vehicle in the future.

I gave up a 2018 Mercedes AMG GLEs Coupe, almost 600 HP and lots of great features; nearly $130,000 new. I traded for a 2024 Cadillac CT5-V, and my only regret is not doing it sooner. I love this thing, but realize I'm a sedan guy so that may influence my rating. The caddy is awesome, gorgeous exterior, great performance, great technology, and fun to drive. I got the upgraded interior so I don't have the complaints I've seen elsewhere on the interior quality. If you're like me and still prefer a gasoline performance car that gets decent mileage, I highly recommend this car. Love it!

Even though I made it clear I wasn’t ready to buy yet, they still took the time to answer my questions, show me a few models, and explain financing options without any pressure. I really love all the safety features and the speed. It is really fun to drive, cool looking and fast. The only negative is the miles per gallon, but everything else makes up for it.

Our last five cars have come from Roy O’Brien, some used, some leased, and they’ve been extremely helpful and friendly every time. The sales team is very knowledgeable and has worked within our budget to find the right vehicles for us. They’ve walked us through financing and made sure we know all our options and are comfortable with not only the car we’re getting but the monthly payments and service plan. I find it interesting that 3 years after the fusion went out of production people are still writing about how they like it and so it's very interesting Ford has not offered anything to truly replace it. The Mach e is way to expensive, and does not have the range. I love our Fusion, and at my age it will be my last car. I understand why Ford dropped the Fusion I just think it was the wrong decision. Other manufacturers saw that market and the opportunity ,ford said you can have it.

OMG the journey through the current used car climate has been horrendous. & I’ll be frank. Throughout the countless sleepless stressful hours of internet trolling Mike came up repeatedly & when I pounced on the just arrived beauty gracing my driveway I can’t tell you what a brilliant experience it was to work efficient coherent & honest with a real human. Great car overall. Drives very well and quite punchy and fun with a good turbo. Reliable, haven't had much issues so far. Value is great especially since they are loaded well and its less then 10k for a decent one. VERY VERY safe car, Saab's are extremely safe and this car gives you confidence that you are safe. I have a 2.0T which gets good mpg for its class, I once got around 40 mpg highway. The 2.0T is fun and punchy with impressive acceleration, most reliable too. If your willing to spend a little more and have significant funds for maintenance and repairs go for a 2.8T V6, which is fast. It handles well. Pros: 1. Well priced, good value 2. Stylish and unique design 3. Great cornering headlights xenon 4. Good engine, reliable if maintained, fast/quick 5. Very Safe, Swedish Metal 6. Jet fighter interior look Cons: 1. Rear seat legroom is a little disappointing but not a major issue for me, but if you have a large family i wouldn't recommend this car, go for a 9-5 instead. 2. Paint damages easily when older, these 9-3s can have paint peel issues in the long run if you live in hotter climates. 3. Some interior pieces aren't the best of quality for it's class. Door handles and small things, it can be creaky. Overall: Here and there it has minor disappointments but it definitely makes up for it very well. Great and fun car. I highly recommend this as a first car or commuter, maybe even for a small family.
