We were on the hunt for a hybrid X5 with the head's up display which was deceptively difficult to find. We live in Brooklyn and called around and finally connected with Vince who informed us he had a hybrid in the queue and helped us build out the car to the exact specifications we wanted. After a not so great experience with a dealership in Westchester, it was a huge relief to have such a pleasant and friendly experience with this team. Mercedez Benz of Lehigh Valley, Pa provided a unique experience for me this recent interaction. My c300 had a strong unusual gasoline odor in the garage suddenly. I had called MB of LV on a Thursday, going into Presidents' Day holiday weekend. My experience began with: *Telephone/reception : Leillani *Service Advisor: Juan Martinez (1 of 6 service advisors, very hard working with an overfill of workorders and facing challenges regarding courtesy loaners at the time. Yet handling all customer transports through shuttle service which was timely and professional) *Technician: Rick Dombroski *Valet staff, all of them! Juan Martinez explained from first interaction in a very efficient, clear, concise, professional and in ELITE manner the process of vehicle handling. Covering initial multipoint inspection of the vehicle in general, plus recommendations of maintenance and potentially beyond the diagnostics of my reason of bringing the vehicle in the first place. Very clear, to the point. Punctual. This being on a Thursday, resulted in follow up and further diagnostics through the Friday and work performed over the weekend into Monday, the technician and efforts resulted in going above and beyond in attempts to replicate the gasoline smell by filling the gas tank. After extensive trials and diagnostics, situations was resolved Tuesday as promised. Furthermore, it was discovered and recommended for subframe work. Which can be a costly job concerning critical quality component of such vehicle to remain in elite luxury condition. All the work was completed as promised and professionally manicured to exceed expectations of quality and resolve. Juan Martinez, not only impressed upon me as a recent customer, but confirmed the values of integrity, honesty, professionalism, and service truly to reflect the name and brand values of Mercedez Benz of Lehigh Valley. I am writing ANOTHER review for Trend Auto since I continue to use them for maintenance issues regarding my used Toyota Sienna that I purchased from them years ago. I have had several issues pop up through the years regarding my van and not only have they resolved each and every problem, they did so in a very reasonably priced and expedient manner. I cannot say enough good things about Trend Auto. I would not even consider going elsewhere. I trust these guys 100% and KEVIN IS FABULOUS! He is honest, fair and trust worthy. They all are an absolute pleasure to work with as I have never had one negative interaction with anyone there. I’ve owned for 3 years already, and being honest it’s a painful, wallet draining car. Such a blast to drive and own but will make you spend money if you abuse it too much. A good car for someone to change to spare on maintenance. Excellent car for a 4 cylinder turbo and very practical for someone like me (father of two with friends)

I have owned my 2017 E 300 for 5 years. It has been the finest car I have ever own. It is enjoyable to drive. It's a baby S class. I searched and purchased the 2017 e300 with P3 package. The lane keeping assist is the most advance in 2017. The engine is a 4 cylinder but it handles like a V-6. This car is leader for luxury, driving and durability.

I'm totally satisfied with my camry. It's the most advanced automobile I've ever driven.I commute 50 miles per day round trip and I get on average 53 miles per gallon. The traffic assist feature is my most used as I'm always in bumper to bumper traffic, this is when the camry hybrid shines best as it makes its own electricity. I've never owned a Toyota before. I traded my malibu for it & have never looked back.

I love this company! We had the absolute worst experience ever from a competitor of theirs. I called up Joe Bruno for advice as I was completely unsure what could be done. Long story short? They took on all the problems as if they were the cause of it even though it was a different dealer. They fixed all theb problems and convinced this client to use their service department rather than the service dept where we got the car even though that dealer have so called free oil changes. I'd much rather have honesty that I pay for then a lie that is supposed to be free but boy did that company find a way to make money on your do called free oil changes. Princeton is honest, thorough and polite. I won't go anywhere else. Everyone there was just as professional as the next. Why go anywhere else?

I bought my hybrid accord brand new. I got 100K miles now and not a single problem and I'm getting 47mpg. I work for a dealership and out of every sedan it's size nothing feels better to drive.

Had an absolutely great experience here. Made an appt to see a used truck. Truck was ready to go when I got there. They even sent me a video before I arrived. No crazy hidden fees and I was out with a detailed truck within two hours. The entire team was exceptional!

Excellent gas milege...regularly exceed the EPA highway estimate for this car. Already have over 30000 miles on it. Regualar maintenace so far at the dealer. Now looking at a set of replacement tires as the OEM's do not last as long as expected. Other than the high wear on the tires, Android Auto connections used to be iffy at best until I figured out how the keep the connection.,

We found a vehicle in an ad and went to see what kind of deal we could make. Truly this place is loaded with caring professionals. They offer great deals and are upfront with the out the door costs.

I have the 2019 Nissan Sentra SV Special Edition and the ride and seats are very comfortable. Gas Mileage is great in the city using the Eco mode which I use a lot. I got up to 36 miles per gallon in the city. I added some System48Plus to the oil crank case and now I'm getting up to 40 miles per gallon in the city! I bought the car certified and it had no recalls so I decided to buy this one. Some of those other 2019s had a recall. The front of the car looks amazing sporty! The thing that's not as good would be the performance which I don't need as long as I am saving gas but I am getting a better puck up since I added that engine treatment as well as better gas mileage. The only other thing that could use improvement would be the sterio speakers and l will probably just change that to Boise speakers. Overall it's a great looking and dependable car.

I engaged with the folks at North Penn Mazda to purchase a vehicle online. Some life events unfolded which prohibited me purchasing my vehicle. Bought 2017 Mazda3 Touring 6 Speed Manual new. It now has 180k miles. Fun to drive, great on fuel, great handling (Way better than Toyota Corolla), more than enough technology including Android Auto & Apple Car Play, easy on maintenance, very reliable (More reliable than Toyota in my opinion)

We knew the car we were getting before we got there. Did check out on the internet before we went, made an appointment with Owen and went up. Was greeted by a nice lady who got Owen for us . He brought the car around and said to drive it around for awhile and he would checkout my trade. After all was said and done we got the car we wanted at the price we wanted and a little more for our trade then we thought.we met with the general manager and the finance man. Everybody there was fantastic!!! Definitely would recommend the dealership and ask for Owen he was great.

We love are car it is great to drive and has all kinds of power I drove 1300 miles in one setting and when I got home I wasn’t even tired but I’m a old trucker and have drove millions of miles and I wouldn’t take for are Ford Taurus Ford done a great job

It's a great car. Sports car with 4 doors, very maneuverable despite of the AWD. Fun in the mountains and the kids love it. Get the manual drive.

I found Brett online after searching for an E39. He had 2! After much deliberation back and forth between them both, I decided to go ahead and buy the car sight unseen, and a 30 minute facetime call later, I was happy and felt comfortable. 10 day slater the car arrived, and was EXACTLY as was described and how I saw it on the facetime call. Car is typical BMW M, plenty of power great brakes high end interior, it was difficult to find one with a 3 pedal manual and sunroof, this M3 did NOT come with cockpit adjustable suspension and it was scary to drive at the limit, I put fully adjustable coil over suspension on which lowered the center of gravity, improved the stance and made it handle more like an e46M3, still not perfect but much better than stock!

This is hands down the best car I have ever owned!! I've had it 11 years and my 2014 Honda Accord has never needed a repair. I have only ever had to do regular maintenance on it (battery, brake pads, tires, etc). What an incredible value at $22K!!! One feature that has been buggy is the infotainment/Bluetooth but I can live with it.

Xavier was the salesman who assisted me in the purchase. I had already scouted out some cars online. They have a great website with everything you need to know about the cars. They even have the Carfax info for the cars. Xavier did a good job of keeping things rolling for me on a busy Saturday. I bought the car that most fit my needs and they worked with me to get me the price that fit my budget.
