Only issue with the service was I had been quoted a price to assume it was all part of the work only to find out later that the part I needed (key fob) did not come with the key insert and ended up being an extra cost. I would have assumed the dealer would have known this up front before giving we the cost for the work. JR in the service department is top notch and took care of all my needs

I love my Altima. It looks good and it handles beautifully. The gas mileage is good, especially on the highway. The car is comfortable, too.

Liked the outside design, I got the M package, red calipers etc... Not use to having a gear level, miss my analog gauges In previous 5 . Top of dash grill has a cheap feel, plastic.

I'm 65 years old and have owned many cars and trucks all my life and this Tesla is completely different from anything else you will drive. People make fun of Elon Musk but he and his engine ers hit it out of the park with the Model 3 ! It looks great, drives like a dream, very quiet, instant acceleration, and "one pedal" driving where you never have to touch the brake. And all the different feature that the car does you can set up to your liking and most can be operated by voice commands. The car receives automatic "updates" over the "air" from Tesla so it is constantly getting better and learning new things.

Sales personnel were very attentive and helpful. Worked to put an acceptable deal together. Everything was very positive except the wait to complete all the paperwork. This was a cash deal so the 1 1/2 hours to complete the paperwork took as long or longer than a finance deal. This needs to be improved. Otherwise very pleased with the dealership.

The plastic plate across the front of the car comes off and have had to replace it once and now can't afford to put a new one back on!!!! The car has less then 40,000 not bad for 2012 when I bought with 139 miles...LOL! Breaks need to be replaced and the interior of the car needs deep cleaning. I love my Cruze man!!!

My wife and I purchased two 2025 Palisades from Hyundai of Cool Springs. In all transparency, we put the Hyundai team through the ringer. Every individual we came in contact with handled themselves with courtesy, professionalism, attention, and responsiveness at every turn. The driver's seat is a bit uncomfortable. I had a hip replacement, and the spit seat is not comfortable. I don't take many long trips so it is okay around town. I liked the solid seat of our Mercury. We have had Lincoln's in the past and they were all very comfortable. We really like this car and plan to keep it a long time. We get 22 mph average and 28 on a trip. I like the memory for the seat setting, lumbar setting, and adjustable steering wheel. The "pick up" is the best we have had on any past cars.

Purchased a former Enterprise rental Carolla with 60K on the odometer. Overall it meets all the buzz about Toyota reliability. Other than a Battery and oil changes it's been good to me. Occasionally drive it as an Uber and it gives good service.. you actually earn money instead of putting all your earnings back into the tank. The only issues I hate is the low front end that occasionally scrapes the asphalt coming in and out of steep driveways and dips in Oklahoma roads.. and the main console is finiky connecting with my phone in Android auto.

I came in for an oil change and tire rotation. And I needed new tires so they wasn’t rotated and I still paid $145 for an oil change that’s crazy to pay that much when I could buy it and do it my self. So if I would have got my tires rotated would it have been more. If not shouldn’t the price been cheaper. So if I’m going to pay 145 to get it done. When I can buy the oil and filter for $60. Give me a good reason to come back. Oil changers are cheaper at other places so why should I give u guys my business????

During the build of my new truck, there were some frustrating moments. I had some difficulty getting my salesman to return my calls, and was handed off to three different salesmen during the 6 months process. Finally, I was fortunate enough to meet Michael Keiser and Andy Rose. These are the guys you need to talk to if you're buying a new vehicle! This has got to be one of the favorite cars that i have purchased. All Black, White interior, CT5-V (non-Blackwing). There is ample power via all wheel drive to get out of its own way. Handling with the magnetic ride suspension is incredible, with it being a very comfortable highway ride, but put it into track mode and it really kicks xxx! The car is very solid, unlike other cheaper sedans i have had as rentals. Interior is nice, plenty of room, and very comfortable massaging seats. While this isn't the CTS-V with 600 HP, this is a great alternative for an everyday car, that can handle winter, but still give you a great thrill!

The process was quick and painless. You do not have to buy a car from them to sell a car to them. I had done my homework before and knew what it was worth and I was offered a price higher than Kelly Blue Book. BUY: Buying a used car was more complicated. It took test driving many and lots of time on their website before I found one that met the very specific details I was looking for. I decided on CarMax because I did have a very specific car in mind that I had not been able to find private seller in the two plus months I'd been looking. Also, my sales associate CARLTON BOWEN was fantastic.He spent roughly a month helping me look at cars making calls to other dealerships and coordinating multiple test drives etc. I know having him as a salesperson made a huge difference. I had looked at other dealerships and was treated only like a wallet from the moment I entered. He worked hard to help me find what I needed in a car and was pleasant and respectful the entire time. Not at all the experience I had at other dealerships. With all of the hidden fees etc other places have, carmax was not more expensive. I was glad not to give my money to sketchy people at another place.

I have only had this car for 1 month but so far it runs well. My only issue, so far, is the front bumper and black grill. The bumper came loose ( I bought used) and now, the black grill has come loose... the hood seems to be tighter on one side than the other but works fine... just is not even...carfax said no wreck though. The exterior of cars these days seem cheap and flimsy. I never had that problem with my Honda CRV. I cannot tell you how many cars I see on the road with loose bumpers.
