Although George and his son were not deeply experienced with how EVs work, they both went out of their way to help answer my questions and concerns through email before and after the test drive. This was especially true when finding out how to handle the sale’s paperwork in order for us to receive a used EV tax rebate come next year. They were extremely patient with us when we took our time to thoroughly check EV-only functionality such as charging and its battery status that none of us were intimately familiar with. The car they sold us was represented honestly online, was priced fairly and was cleanly presented. We have since really enjoyed this car and it’s lower driving range suits my wife’s short distance driving habits perfectly. I would definitely buy a car from Schaumburg Auto Group without hesitation.

I purchased the 540i xDrive with shadowline package in March 2022. The exterior is absolutely beautiful, The vehicle handles very well. Excellent acceleration. I love the option to be able to switch driving element from economy, comfort or sport. Driver assist works great; even on curves. There’s not much back seat room to move your feet, or if you have big feet, but overall a very comfortable vehicle. I can’t think of any other luxury sedan I’d select over it.

He explained everything about the vehicle that I didn’t see at other Mercedes dealers that I had test driven at. Not pushy, or aggressive selling but confident and gave us our space and let us make the decisions under no pressure. They gave us the time to decide and encouraged us to explore and research. I bought this car used with under 40,000 miles in 2014. I have been driving it ever since and currently have 272,000 miles on it. After multiple accidents and repairs it has been an extremely reliable and dependable car. Up until 250,000 I would have still driven it across multiple states. My biggest complaint is the quality of paint and the exterior design being so poor. Last year I replaced the timing belt and that was the biggest cost I've had on the car. It is beginning to throw check engine lights randomly and is burning oil - oil needs to be refilled every 1000-1500 miles now. Overall it is still a dependable vehicle around town if you are managing the oil.

I liked pretty much everything. I negotiated the price over the phone and started the financial lease application remotely to save my time at the dealership. When I arrived - they were waiting for me, the car was ready, all the paperwork went seamlessly and fast enough for the procedure of exchanging my previous leased car with the new one. My sales representative was very courteous and attentive. Actually, everyone at the dealership with whom I communicated was above and beyond any expectation. After 30 years of purchasing cars I can say that this was my best experience so far.

I acquired my 2015 Mazda 6 used in late 2018. I have 321,000 on it now and it still runs and drives great. I have only ever had two service issues; drivers side lower control arm squeak ($400) and belt tensioner ($130). I do all my own repairs and maintenance. Still getting 34 mpg on the hwy. it’s not a race car, but has been extremely reliable and I will probably get another one (my 3rd in the new body style) when this one dies or starts “nickel and diming” me.

Honestly minor repairs. Had the vehicle for 5 years and manage to put 120K miles and no major issues. Reliable compared to other luxury cars.

This so now the 2nd, Mazda 3 I've owned, The first being a 2005 hatchback, this one now the 2010 sedan Overall this car is a great car, in both Mazda 3s I've had now, they've had no major mechanical failures and the work has been routine work, owned the 2005 one for just over three years before it got totaled on an accident back in 2021, the car probably still had another 10 years in it, The 2010 one I have now is the 2nd gen Mazda 3 of course, and its a significant upgrade (excluding it being the sedan instead of the hatchback which does negatively impact storage space) The 2010 Mazda 3 here has great handling, is sporty for it's class, and is very fun to drive, but if you're looking for a car that rides smoothly, this car doesn't, it does have rather stuff suspension. The exterior (in my opinion) is a lot better than it was on the previous body style, I get the "big smiling" front end isn't for everyone but I love the look I did briefly mention storage space earlier for the sedan - the storage space is better than other cars in it's class, and the truck is quite big for a vehicle of it's size, but the opening is small and makes it difficult to fit really any big items in, as for the hatchback, it does fix that issue, I was actually able to fit two full sized bikes inside the vehicle (after putting the back seats down) Although this car does have 1 major issue, The dashboard, Mazda made it out of a rubber plastic material, that when left in the sun, melts and creates a shiney sticky mess that can impact your vision with glare, getting a dash cover at least hides it, but to properly fix it, it requires replacement of the entire dashboard, (which Mazda does not have a tsb or warranty for)

I bought a new Toyota Camry Hybrid. I didn’t really understand what a hybrid was but Darek Gniadek took the time to explain it to me. He answered all my questions and concerns. Darek bent over backwards to put me in the exact car I wanted. When Schaumburg did not have the color I wanted, Darek searched other Toyota dealers and found the perfect car for me. I recently bought a 2024 Crown Platinum and I love the car. I've owned an Infiniti Q and a Lexus LS, and I rank this car above both. The 340 HP (only in the Platinum edition) is incredibly fun to drive. The AWD makes the car handle beautifully well. All the bells and whistles that are standard with the Platinum edition (heated and cooled seats, heated steering wheel, etc.) work wonderfully and are designed intuitively. The 32 mpg is unbelievable on a car this big. The entertainment system is excellent.

This vehicle is amazing. When you hit the gas it pins you and your passenger back in the seat. The gas pedal response is absolutely amazing. On the highway it always seems to have more. Long distance drive are a joy and loads of fun. The handling is amazing.

I recently purchased A 2018 Alpina B7 from Ray at Motor Cars Of Chicago. When I purchased the car I made it clear to Ray that I was going to be in need of the title in ASAP fashion – Ray said I’d have the title within two weeks and boy did I just like he said he fulfilled the promise he made no questions asked. Also on the way home after taking delivery, I had a very minor problem that turned out to be a bad battery. Ray was unaware of when we took delivery of the car – Ray didn’t hesitate he reimbursed me for the batteries I had to have installed at the BMW dealer by the BMW dealer. He said the car was flawless and he stood behind that statement. Ray is very straightforward and no xx perhaps not full of warm fuzzies for everyone but a great way to do business, especially in the luxury and highline car business. I find Ray to be honorable direct and stand up and we’ll do business with him again if I had any reservations about doing business with them before this transaction, they are all completely gone and yours should be too. Ive had my 2010 acura for 3 months now and i love it. Its a pretty fast car, fun to drive! I love it. Cons- Car loves gas, im filling up almost everyday Suspension is too low ride is a little bumpy

I am so glad I decided to get a Charger in 2015. I now have a 2023 Daytona and LOVE it. Beautiful and fun to drive. Only problem is there is no spare tire, just basically a fix a flat kit.

They are in the midst of expanding their car lot and do not have a structured building. They only have a mobile unit currently on the property so it's a bit disorganized right now. Sales personnel did not seem very friendly but they also aren't pushy which I liked. Most of the cars exteriors were really dirty from a dust storm that occurred a couple of weeks ago. They have a large inventory of vehicle choices.

Very nice vehicle: leather seats, moon roof, fancy controls, sound system is great, quiet ride, hybrid so it gets 36 mpg, Toyota engineering and reliability. What's not to like?!
