It is that time to renew my 3 year lease for Audi Q3 at Audi Meadowlands Secaucus and was sorry to see our salesmen Michael Borden was no longer there, however, we were introduced to Michael Garcia. Another great experience at Meadowlands. Michael Garcia was so down to earth, funny and knowledgeable. I really wasn't sure if I wanted to shop around with other dealerships. Michael G. made the process so smooth and was determined to find us what we wanted, Q3 color and all the buzz. He is a true man of his word, which is not very common today. I absolutely love the 2020 Acura TLX. I traded in my 2013 Honda Crosstour for it. The Crosstour had a lot (3.5 6cyl )EXL. It took a little time to get used to the TLX 4cyl, FWD set up. The Dual Clutch transmission is a little quirky. Overall the car is fun and comfortable to drive. I honestlt think Blind Spot should be a base feature is all cars. CPO

John and Clint at cars r us are great! They got me financed for the van that i wanted! The process was quick and easy! I found my van and in no time I was driving it! They were very helpful ! Any issue I may have had they were very willing to help ( i locally got a flat tire) and Clint came to my rescue! These guys really are great! Thank you again!

Bought my 2013 Accord EX-L used in 2021 and I love my car. Incredible gas mileage, a sunroof, an excellent factory stereo system, and smooth, zero to sixty in about eight seconds acceleration. Corners like a dream. Heated leather seats. Roomy backseat for the Pibble and a generous trunk. Very little cabin noise. I have total confidence that if I maintain scheduled maintenance on this car, and I will, it'll last me for another hundred thousand miles. I honestly think that the 9th generation Honda Accord was one of the best years for this car.

This car is amazing but if you like music you are going to have a lot of problems with its audio system. Who ever Acura let do the audio system needs to never do it again. Audio system doesn’t even last for more than a year

When needing a reliable, cost effective and trustworthy car I found a BMW with low mileage available at the CarPoint Auto Group through the Internet. I asked, who are these people nearly an hour’s drive from my home but the car looked really fit for purpose. When I drove to this small and out of the place location in South River (I live near Chester, NJ) I was really excited to see their stock of class cars both old, and new in outstanding conditions. This excited me as well as viewing the lower cost BMW fit for my purpose. Then I met Victoria Mora the sales consultant whom had kindly contacted me from the Internet interactions re the BMW. She had been both friendly and helpful in her phone call and mirrored that when we met and she was delightful. Explained about the history of the car, its benefits for my needs and allowed me to test drive kindly handling my own car that was parked in a less than convenient spot - kind of her. When we returned, Victoria neither pushed not pressured any sale but listened to my questions and gave honest and prompt responses such that I felt through her I already knew the car and had been driving it for years. She was instrumental in my quickly wanting to purchase the car. But I could not collect immediately so she accommodated my distant needs without hesitation despite it being a small inconvenience to her and the owner; they were so accommodating. When I drove to collect, being short of time due to poor traffic conditions, Victoria was swift, efficient, friendly and outgoingly helpful that we completed the sale/purchase formalities swiftly and without a hitch and I was able to drive off in the BMW to meet my previous appointments made possible only because of her professionalism, customer dedication and kindness. Now I know about this small, out of the way jewel and when I move from this fit for purpose BMW I will most certainly visit them again and aim to upgrade to a more sophisticated model that better suits my dreams. Purchased it in 2020. As been an absolute warrior. Handles snow and all rough terrain superbly. Only complaints is the radio is not easily modifiable(aux to lightning cable fixes this), the woodgrain trim is ugly looking (easy swap/ vinyl wrap). Really good car overall good for teens and older folk. (If you want more speed get better tires and 17 inch tires)

I absolutely love this car. I’ve owned it for over a year purchased and certified preowned with 26,000 miles and currently has 48,000 miles. I previously owned a 2022 Lexus iS 350 which I also liked and a 2017 Lexus iS 300 really enjoyed owning both but this one is the best of both worlds. Its fuel efficient and a joy to drive every day. Maintenance will be slightly higher than the Japanese brand. It’s a delightful vehicle for long trips. Highly recommend.

Overall my Pearlita has been beyond reliabe, comfy, Greatbon gas and roomy However hit 65k and worries began. Replaced gasket, recommended spark plugs begore my 100 k mark.. Def recommend warranty. Lodi Honda took care of me!

My grandma drove this car off the lot, brand new. Has been a great car. After a few years it was passed on to my mom, then my dad, and now me. I’ve driven this car for 3 years now but unfortunately there is too much maintenance to be done for the money. Around 160k miles for us it has had minimal issues so I’d say it’s a great car. It started when we got back from a trip and one of the cylinders were misfiring (which was a spark plug and an easy fix). Around 170k miles we were driving it and it ended up overheating. We got it towed and it ended up being the water pump going out (as well as the serpentine belt needing to be replaced). After that we drove it for a few weeks but it started running rough, then we went to go home from work one night and it was idling super rough so we drove it home and decided not to use it until we could get it towed to a mechanic. It was blowing out lots of white smoke. Turns out the head gasket has blown (which we think was from the overheating done originally). Car has officially made it to 173k miles. We were hoping more but it’s not horrible considering. Something to look out for is this also burns a lot of oil. Be sure to check it often, every two weeks depending on how much you drive. Wish the engine had a recall or something for that issue. Overall great car but from my reading, don’t get a 2007-2013 if used since these are the years for oil consumption issues.

I think 2011 through 2014 is the same body style my car is a 2013 I absolutely love it it's never let me down I have $405,000 miles on it it has the four-cylinder which this editor found short of horsepower but I have plenty of horsepower I think to get up and go is superb with my 4 cylinder 2.4 and 6-speed automatic transmission I have topped the car out and it will go as fast as speedometer says and I enjoy the gas mileage of between 31 and 42 miles a gallon, the only thing I will say is this body style does not throw enough Heat on the passenger side so if you have kids or passengers this is not the care for you my car is a work car I drive back for it to work or anywhere else but I do not drive passengers in it in the winter I would recommend a 12-volt heater for the passenger side in the winter because of the design

I bought this car used in 2023. It runs well. It is not the quickest car but it will always get the job done. I have the 2.5L 4 cylinder and it gets around 27 mpg on average. This car has never let me down and I plan on keeping it for a while. I would definitely recommend this car if you're looking for something that will last forever and get you from A to B.

I bought my 2003 Camry 4 cyl 5 speed stick NEW. Still drive it with over 210,000. MPG is 35. Best car I’ve ever owned now passing 20 years and still going. I refused to trade it. My tags are now dirt cheap too. I get over 500 miles per tank and I brag on it!

Bought a few vehicles from B&B, can’t write anything negative about my experience either time. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend to others. They will go above and beyond to help you. A few weeks after I purchased a car, a check engine light came on, (loose wire) they took care of it promptly on the spot. The light never came back on.

I bought my 2003 V6 XLE Camry from a colleague in 2017 for under $2,000 at 143,000 milage now in May 2022 the milage is at 183,000. I've spent $3,000 so far on repair but a big chunk was for an incident on the ball joint that costed me $1,200 so maintenance outside that is pretty basic and affordable: battery, alternator, spark plugs, 4 new tires. Since it's XLE, the interior is amazing: leather and JBL audio. I hope my car can run up to 250,000 or more like many people here who left review.

Great experience with B&B Auto. The owners were very communicative throughout the process. Once at the dealership and checking out other cars they gave me all the time I needed, never felt pressured and were very transparent about the car itself and what to expect (I bought a '99 Mercedes so the mechanic talked me through some of the issues that might arise). My 2004 Toyota Camry 2.4L it’s been the best reliable car a ever had , originally purchased to fix the crank shaft sensor on it do to gears not shifting properly, and resale after that , but after fixing it my self , I ended up Loving it , it now has 280,000 miles and still running with 0 problems or lights on the dashboard, and for sure will go over 300 k miles , it’s just and AMAZING car.

Just got a Bmw 528i 2016 from this dealership, the car was purchased exactly from a month ago, its been running good and no significant problems. I would like to thanks Alex for helping me out, when i went to buy i month ago the car had a check engine light, i asked Alex about it and he agreed to get it fixed for me which took 1 week, honestly i was a little disappointed at first but i trusted it them and they got it ready for me, and they were also good with the prices and no scams as i understood it was just a dealership fee. So, overall i would suggest this dealership as they didn't disappointment me much and thanks to Alex for helping me out.

I purchased my 2016 Camry SE used in 2018 @ 39K miles as a certified pre owned. Pros: - Regular oil changes and recommended maintenance is all that i did. - Quiet engine - Smooth ride and no body roll while cornering - Quick acceleration for a daily driving and highway passing - Comfortable driver seats with lumbar support. - Huge leg room for rear passengers. - Stable in snow. This FWD with good all season tire is all you need to survive winter. Cons: - Stock headlight is not bright . Got oxidised and foggy within 60K miles - road noise and rarely wind noise when on the highway(no sunroof) -Suspension is stiff for the SE trim but got used to it. - Infotainment screen is super outdated. No apple carplay -Factory Blue tooth sync for videos were bad. -Stock speakers are better than Corolla. Problems: At 120K the touchscreen on the infotainment started glitching and stopped responding. Replaced the whole unit with a Sony Car stereo. If buying this car in 2025, get an aftermarket Apple car play/android auto. I will be running it to at least 250K miles. Wish me luck!!
