Made an appt to purchase a truck I had test drove that wasn't yet advertised online. Meanwhile my inquiries on said truck could not be met on account that, "it isn't in the system yet". So I booked an appt as advised, drove 40 min to discover it had been sold.??? Defeated and discouraged, Andrew assisted me and exceeded my expectations. I, and my wife bought a 2018 Chevy Cruze LS Sedan in February 2018 brand new right off the back of the delivery truck. I took my car for recall service and I had the best customer service experience I?ve ever had at a dealership. I was asked if I needed a ride and was provided courtesy rides to/from dealership. The service was fast, they also did a complimentary inspection and replaced wiper blades with my permission. Communication was great before, during and at completion.

My 2001 Lexus es300 sat from 2021. It's a horribly unreliable car, but only because after it got tossed around the owners have not been responsible for it and ruined it. 189k miles rebuilt motor, axles, alternators, cooling system, over 5k in parts and labor. It was tough, and now the transmission is clearly giving out. I can't say the car is trash because its one of many that were junked, I just wish it was taken care of. That's how much maintenance and history matters people!

My 2010 consistently gets 46mpg on the highway, 2.0 with automatic. Bought new, only run Mobile1 full synthetic 5w30. Great little car, should last 300k easy!

THIS CAR IS A VERY GREAT GAS MILAGE, 30MPG. HONDA SHOULD HAVE PUT THE SI MOTOR IN THIS CAR. THEREFORE, YOU WOULD GET MORE PERFORMANCE OUT OF THIS CAR. ALL CARS DEPEND ON 1 THING, GROSS VEHICLE WEIGHT RATIO AND MUCH MORE.

In all honesty i went there for the 2016 but walked away with a 2014. That might trigger people but there was reasoning behind it. The guy i worked with was honest and even ran codes on the cars to let me know of any possible repairs or tune ups that might be needed. He walked me over to a much better condition car that wasn't even on the site yet and explained everything about it. I took it out for a test drive and he let my mechanic friend look at it a little deeper. Once everything was said and done i walked out with a nicer car for not much more than the one that was messed up. Now i have a nice shiny looking ride that feels great to drive and couldn't be happier. They are affiliated with the larger dealership near them and do the same good work. Go down and talk to them!

I purchased my 2015 Hyundai Elantra Limited without really even knowing all the extras it has. I'm learning new things about it all the time. I've never had a car so fancy! Hey, after 12 years with a Kia Spectra, this car is FANCY! I've never had leather seats, let alone heated leather seats! I've never been able to make a phone call by telling the car to call someone! I cant really think of anything about this vehicle that disappoints me at all. I'm just grateful to Gustman Honda in Appleton and my salesman Jon Devet for being so great and helping me keep to my budget while still getting SO much car! I know she's 6yrs old but shes like new to me, and I love her. Great car!

This is the second Chevrolet Sonic that I have owned. I only bought the newer 2019 vehicle because I just loved my 2016 model as well. I would like to find a 2020 in the future, as this was the last year of its manufacturing. I love all the features and how this wonderful vehicle operates and handles the road. This car is the xxxx, the steering wheel pulls in and out for adjustments, I don’t like the radio it’s not loud enough but that is my only complaint.
