We went in to look at BMW after visiting several dealerships and having sub par experiences. As soon as we walked into Prudential Auto we were welcomed and didn't feel pushed into buying. There was a genuineness about Alan that we were impressed with. It was refreshing to deal with a company and Alan that wants to get to know us and cares as well as earn business. Least pushy sales team and all very knowledgeable. We will definitely be returning for future business.

The 2021 Legacy is improved comfort riding, leg room, the dashboard is digitalized at greater extend. the Charcoal gray color is awesome, looks very elegant. I like the new wheel design and interior changes that add a luxury look that my 2019 did not have.

I bought a 2003 Ford F150 from Arko back in March and it has been a great truck. I get people who ask me all the time if I went South to get the truck. I've had a few questions after buying and they were very nice and not bothered by me calling.

This car has had 0 problems with 80,000 miles 2012. Keeping it in the family. Will be my daughter's first car. Interior not cheaply made have had a few things break on my like vanity mirror but nothing big and it is 8 years old

I live 80 miles away and found a vehicle I liked and asked them to run my credit before I drove there. They did a great job of getting me approved even though I messed my credit up. As I was driving up there I was hoping they didn't have pictures on their website that really exaggerated how nice the car was. I was shocked that the 2008 jeep was even nicer in person. I'm very weary of used car lots because of the reputation that some of the bad ones give the industry, I would in a heartbeat buy here again because they have the most important qualities, honesty and integrity.

I love everything about this car except for the front lower bumper, I wasn’t a big fan of so I updated it with the M Sport series style, I also Installed aftermarket 20x10 TSW Watkins wheels wrapped w/ Lionhart 255-35z-r20 tires, Tinted Windows,BMW emblem carbon fiber exhaust tips with aftermarket Bora exhaust (Not Loud), Cold Air intake and Followed by a DINAN Performance Tune kit. Lots of other extras as well, like BMW Door projector lights, Aftermarket Speaker System etc…. In my opinion, I feel that I built a car into something that I always wanted. It’s Very Fast, Reliable, Has Style, Comfortable, and I didn’t have to break the bank while doing it….

Have an older Mercedes that was in need of serious and expensive maintenance according to the dealer. Was informed that serious electrical and engine issues could develop if not immediately addressed. Needed a second opinion and good friends recommended Iannnelli. Best decision. Rob kept me informed every step of the way and was most up front that there may be undiscovered and hidden concerns (which there were) and gave me the honest opinion about severity and need to address. My A6 2.0 quatro has 110k miles. Still looks great. Have gotten 34.5 mpg on open highways in Pa. Comfortable ride. Leather seats are holding up. This is my second A6.

I don't actually own one myself but my dad just recently purchased one. They have always been one of my favorite cars. My dad's genesis has a lot of bells and whistles but I don't no if he got the ones that are fully loaded..but it does have the panaromic moon roof..memory driver seat and steering wheel. All the back windows have shades on the windows. Trunk has human sensory to automatically open...I think it has auto start and all the lane sensors...touch screen .. lexicon sound system...it's the 3.8 V6 model not the 5.0 V8. It drives so smooth and is very quiet. You hardly even hear the doors when you shut them. Plus my dad got it for a great price. Hope when he gets older and can't really drive anymore that he passes it down to me. I've always liked the genesis.. especially the ones that only have the Genesis emblem on the hood and trunk and not the older ones that had the Hyundai emblem on the back and said Genesis also on it. If your like me and your into the nice sleek luxury smooth riding sedans then I most definitely recommend the Genesis and try to get one that comes with some of the cool luxury upgrades on/in it. Trust me you won't be disappointed.

Didn't think that I would get decent financing and got a nice vehicle, fixed any issues that I had and its family owned. Decent vehicles and selection.

2013 Taurus bought with 18,000 as a "dealer car". Now has 220,000 miles and have replaced nothing but shocks, brakes, battery, wipers, tires. Original alternator, water pump, air cond, steering, trans, engine - NO major expenses whatever.. Would run over 10,000+ miles with no need to add oil if you chose to do such a thing. Starts, runs, drives extremely well. Wife isn't scared to drive on 200 mile trips alone. Suspension is a little loose but what do you expect! This car has provided , and continues to provide outstanding performance.

This car is exactly what I was wanting for my regional/local transportation. It is quick, comfortable, stylish, dependable, reliable, fun, eye catching and easy to operate. I do wish there was more range but I've had no problems in my regional travel: just need to be realistic about the range facts. My passengers are pleasantly surprised by the styling, comfort and performance.

After meeting with the Sales Consultant, I knew that my next purchase would be my 2021 PALISADE. Kylie Dawson was my Sales Consultant and what a well-educated person on the operational details of this SUV. It didn't end there; the day we picked up our new car, she went through every point on the setup of our new vehicle, even though they were getting ready to close-up. In addition, the finance manager was also accommodating and made us feel like we were the most important person she saw that day. I drive the 2023 Kia Forte GT Manual, and I couldn’t recommend this car more!! The only complaint I have is now that I’m trying to find a new car with a more fancy name to impress clients, I can’t find anything I enjoy nearly as much. The car is built on a BMW M3 chassis, has the luxury features and interior to match with an average combined fuel mileage of 34mpg and the reliability of a newly redesigned Kia. It handles phenomenally well and is unmatched within its price point. It loses value quickly (until the general population realizes their tech and reliability recently surpassed Toyota and Honda) so buy a used 2023 or 2022, and you’re smooth sailing. I drove this car from Philadelphia to Los Angeles and was complimented by strangers in almost every city I stopped in along the way!

Love my 2017 Malibu Lt. Never any issues with engine , interior etc. new battery. Good performance. A reliable car . Sits 5 comfortably. Plenty of trunk space

Great car no problem with the car very reliable great gas mileage. Love the way it handles, not the quietest car but it’s not annoyingly loud. Connects to your phone pretty well only had one problem with it connecting to my phone but it’s never happened again.

I’ve purchased new my 2013 Kia Optima back in May 2013. It’s been a fantastic car. I haven’t driven it a great deal & have just 20,463 miles on it as of July 2025. It’s stylish & very comfortable. I still enjoy having & driving it.

I am a 95 year old female and LOVE my 2009 Camry. Bought it new in June of 2008 after my 1996 Camry was rearended and totaled. Since then I have driven it 84,569 miles for which I had to buy 3,778 gal of gas. I take my car to the dealer every 4 months (whether it needs it or not) and spent $28,775 for these visits which comes out to 34 cents a mile. It is large enough so that I feel secure among all these huge cars, yet it is small enough so that I have no problems parking in tight spots, or backing into my carport. It has enough get-up and go so that I have been able to get out of tight spots and it has kept me safe and accident free all these years. If - for any reason - I should have to buy one more car during my lifetime - I definitely hope that Toyota has another Camry for me.

I bought this car second hand. Gas mileage could be better and all my interior windows frost over in the winter. Doors must not be insulated?? The car has mechanically been very good. Drivers seat is uncomfortable though.

It has plenty of leg rooms. Leather seats. Luxury car. I just love it. Very comfortable and easy to handle. More spacious and runs smoothly.

This car rocks. The only maintenance I've done on this car is for oil changes, new tires and windshield wipers. Has never broken, has never needed any repairs - none. Superb handling, excellent power, intuitive controls and excellent visibility. Audio system is excellent too. The only drawback I've experienced is the trunk - it's little. However, the rear seats fold down independently and larger items can go in the trunk if you don't mind folding down one or both of the rear seats. I traded my 2017 Jaguar XE twin turbo sedan for this car and I have no regrets. Some posts have indicated that Infiniti isn't what it used to be - and they're right, This brand is exceedingly better than it used to be. Just my two cents.

I drive eighty miles round trip to work. My Legacy is quiet, comfortable and the Eye Sight is great! I’m safe and secure knowing my Subaru has my back. I’d like better mpg but at 32 on average I guess I shouldn’t complain. Love my Subie!
