My poem on Danielle Slick's premier customer service This past Tuesday, June 25, I went to Taylor Hyundai and had the oil changed and ethanol treatment on my Hyundai Sonata Limited. The sweetest, nicest, and best service advisor in the history of the dealership, Danielle Slick, recognized me and my car when I pulled up. Having a sweet-sounding voice, she was happy to see me for my car service appointment that I made online the day before on the Taylor Hyundai website. She made my appointment very easy and went out of my way to ensure that my car service was successful. The service was performed properly and I was out of there in over an hour. I enjoyed talking to her when she got me from the waiting room once she told me that my car was ready, and when I accompanied her to the computer terminal to make my payment for service on my car. She has a poem I came up with dealing with her superb customer service, and it is as follows: At Taylor Hyundai I pick Danielle Slick/For she loves to do her thing with no trick/So that service on my Hyundai can be quick/Then my Hyundai can click thanks in part to Danielle Slick!!! Receiving a hug from her when my appointment ended and having a photo made with her and me in front of my car with the tag on the front saying "I love💕 my Hyundai Sonata," I am looking forward to seeing my favorite service advisor Danielle Slick again in September for my car detailing appointment in celebration of my birthday 🎂!!! She and I will have the best birthday celebration 🎊 in the history of Taylor Hyundai!!! After changing jobs and having to drive 100 miles round trip, I decided to buy the 2023 Honda Civic, I think it was the best decision of my life, not only does it save me a lot of gas but it looks spectacular on the outside and not to mention The interior is simply perfect with a lot of space, like any criticism there are negative points such as the sound system which in my opinion lacks power to be able to listen to your favorite songs at full volume, another point that I would like to highlight is that it lacks entry to the car without having to use your remote control even my 2011 grand cherokee has it, in a general perspective it seems like a good car for price, safety and appearance, it has been my first honda and I think I will continue with the tradition of continuing to buy this model for a long time

Love my 2020 Accord EX-L...very roomy and it has a very comfortable interior. It has a few things missing that surprises me on an EX-L trim such as courtesy lights in the doors. Honda has the knockouts but no wiring harness. The lights are only available on the most expensive Touring model which is ridiculous as this is a $20 item. Honda also has chosen to not have the lights on the trunk light up when you hit the brakes...they are only reflectors but do light up on the Touring model. I HOPE AND PRAY THAT MY PAINT DOES NOT CHIP OFF LIKE IS HAPPENING ON SO MANY HONDA'S. I had the paint chip off the car on my 2008 Civic and on the roof of my 2014 PIlot. Of course Honda takes no responsibility for this even though its happening to countless Honda customers across many years and models. They have already chosen to remove the sunroof as standard on many Pilot models as well.

I sold my Kia Soul to Carmax a few months ago. The offer was at the price I was asking on other sites. My Soul had only 33k miles on it but pressures from my mom made me sell it. The offer came via text message and it was a super quick sale. The check was deposited without issues. It was all very smooth.

Bought my 2015 Honda Accord LX used in 2018 with 42K on the odometer. It now has just over 100K and has for most of the past 7 years been a very good vehicle overall, requiring only manufacturer recommended routine maintenance. Within the past year, however, it has needed to have the starter replaced and repair work done on the air conditioning unit. The cost of those repairs totaled about $1,200. Not too bad for over 7 years of regular driving. I'm still really pleased with the performance of the vehicle. Handling, acceleration and braking are truly excellent. I'm most impressed by the gas mileage. On a recent 2,400 mile round-trip from Florida to Pennsylvania the car averaged just over 41 mpg. In local mixed driving it consistently gets between 35-37 mpg. Getting that type of gas mileage with the kind of performance it provides is hard to beat!

I bought my Nissan Altima in August at Lee Nissan in topsham, Maine. I absolutely love it . It rides great steers amazing and has the get up and go that I have missed . It’s sharp looking and I have had a lot of compliments on the color it says grey but looks purple sometimes or at night it looks white..

Aesthetically pleasing. Awesome fuel economy!!! Handles well. I used to drive a 2018 Altima SV until a deer decided that i needed to purchase a new vehicle, otherwise, I'd still be driving that one which was totaled at 227k+ miles...190k+ miles by me (personally) in 4 and a half yrs. The front seats feel slightly smaller though....maybe it's just me.

If you want a great experience with buying new or used vehicles I would suggest getting with Chris. He got me in and out with my trade in very quickly. He also was very courteous and respectful working to get me the best deal he could.

I am so glad I decided to get a Charger in 2015. I now have a 2023 Daytona and LOVE it. Beautiful and fun to drive. Only problem is there is no spare tire, just basically a fix a flat kit.

I had never purchased a vehicle - site unseen / over the phone - but I did with Omar’s and it was a fabulous experience! Omar and Dave were so thorough, honest and trusting. After a FaceTime video of the car, I wired the money and the deal was final. It was so quick and easy. Omar delivered the car, next day as I was approximately 2 hours from Augusta! Everything was what they told me over the phone. I had a very minor concern after the delivery and when Dave texted that evening to see if I was satisfied, I shared the concern and he immediately accommodated me. I’m glad I got my first car back from the 1994 Honda accord Black coupe to a 2017 Honda Accord Black coupe. I only had my first car 2 months.

They got back to me very quickly when I inquired about a Buick Enclave that they had. They were willing to send pictures and answer any questions I may have. My one downside was after the initial conversation, they never got back with me or asked to set up a test drive.

Best year civic thus far....gas mpg, handling, features, and comfort. I've had prolly 10 civics in my lifetime and this is the best one yet.

Kevin is a great guy to buy a car from. This is a family owned business that specializes in quality, low millage vehicles that look spotless and run great. He was extremely honest and upfront about any issues that he knew about with his cars (there weren't many), and he made the car buying experience easy. We ended up buying a 2003 Nissan Sentra with only 30k miles, and the car looks great and runs well. I would definitely go back to him again when I am looking for another car, and would recommend him to anyone.

I love everything about this car! Except the CVT system. It's giving me problems now. Go back to old transmission!! Love these cars though! The CVT tends to break down alot faster than the older normal geared transmissions.

AMAZING SERVICE DEPARTMENT!!! I start off with those three words so even if you don't read this whole review you get the point. We were traveling through Augusta GA after evacuating from hurricane Ida that had just devastated the New Orleans area. All warning lights popped up on the dash of my 2016 VW Jetta SEL and the vehicle went in to limp mode. Zero power over 35mph. On top of the destruction of hurricane Ida back home in New Orleans now I have a car that just basically gave up on me. The already pit in my stomach became even larger and only the worst case scenarios were going through my head now. A Google search leads me to the amazing team at Gerald Jones Volkswagen and the magic begins. Expecting at least a two or three day hotel stay in Augusta my service advisor Charles Davis takes me in to his service drive and assures me that everything will be alright and immediately puts one of his top techs named Mr. Chris on the case. Turns out it was as simple as a wheel speed sensor that the parts specialist Candace Betsch had sitting on the shelf in the parts department. While waiting on my vehicle to be repaired and strolling through the new car showroom I was greeted by the nicest young lady by the name of Vickie McPhee who introduced herself as the General Manager and was just as sweet as could be making sure that I was doing okay with a true concern about our safety during this hurricane evacuation. She even went as far as to introduce me to one of the owners Mr. David Jones and we had a great conversation as well. Next thing I know my service advisor Charles was standing next to me telling me that the speed sensor had already been replaced and my vehicle after being washed and run through quality control was ready to go. This my friends is one heck of a car dealership that has employed a team of people that truly care about their customers no matter where they are from or what dealership the vehicle was purchased. Keep up the good work and "job well done!"

I love my Nissan Altima. Handling is great. Great steering and and overall a great car. It has great pick up so I can manuverate quickly and percisely. The cost was better than any other of it's size.

Still have the 2008 Jeep Compass that we purchased from Omar's a few years ago. The car still runs great, and we purchased it for a very reasonable price. I definitely highly recommend Omar's for a great selection of used vehicles for every budget.

yes my car has 2014 miles on it just bought it from the auction the car was dealer kept from day one the car is in mint condition in and out i took it to the dealer and they love the car and said no problems you should get 300.000 miles out of it. it is dark gray color and black .i will be driving 6000 miles a year. so dont let the miles fool you. no oil leaks i have all the service records one owner. i said its in mint condition

We leased a 2019 civic hatchback ex and loved it so much we bought out the lease three years later. The best feature that’s unique to these cars is the Lane Watch Blind Spot camera (available on the EX, SI and I believe touring models) I don’t know why they went away from this feature with the 2022+ models. Add all the sensors you want but the camera is better than anything else. I thought it would become standard on more cars, not get phased out. Besides that, the true city gas mileage is closer to 24 than 30, but highway is about 40 and mixed is 29. Very good for an all gas car. We had very few problems in the 6 years we drove it. Only thing we had to replace was the infotainment system— covered by the extended warranty. If it wasn’t for some dumb teens speeding through an intersection and taking us out in the turn lane, it should have lasted another good ten years if not more. This version of the civic is a great little car.
