We actually traveled four hours to this Chicago used car dealership that listed a lot of used model X's, drove a couple, then found out that they will personally inspect a car and give us a high-quality video walk around and deliver to us for $350 [chicago to 49417]. Nader was very helpful and patient. So we went home and kept checking online until that dealership listed the car with all the options we wanted, then got videos via txt, called back and asked some basic questions, then bought and had it delivered. They also helped us navigate the intricacies of an interstate purchase. We also learned that model X's move quickly, Driven Auto dozens of cars per week if not more, so when you see it you better pull the trigger quickly

I recently purchased a used Lincoln MKX Reserve from Odgen Lincoln of Westmont, and was more than satisfied! Im an out of state buyer that found my Lincoln on line. Best buying experience ever. After shopping other dealers all week. Going around getting the run around. I contacted Continetal via their website. I sent them text message containing pictures of my trade, trade amounts offered by other dealers, and my offer to buy their truck. Two text messages later Mustafa and I agreed to a price. One phone call to seal the deal that took two minutes, and finally 1 hour at dealership. I was in the car business for 4 years know a good deal when I see one. Thier numbers are spot on. Not only fair but priced like friends and family. Nothing was promised or said that they could not do. I have bought well over 100 cars in my 48 years and have had few people as considerate and honest as Leo and Mustafa! I can't say enough good things about them. Best deal in 200 miles and painless to deal with. I know every trick in the book and advertising falsehood...they didnt hide the rebate to keep as their profit and gave me special financing. Cannot express how refreshing it is to deal with people like they are. It usually takes 2 days, 100 texts, and 6 phone calls to make the deal they made in minutes. Finally found a B7 nearby with the Rear Executive Seating package and my wife absolutely fell in love with the massaging seats and power ottoman. The ride is incredibly comfortable, the handling is superb, and the power is intoxicating. They claim 0-100 in 7.5 seconds and I fully believe that number. I didn't know they even made cars like this! The Alpina is a whole different level of amenities.

I purchased this 1994 Chevrolet Caprice 19 years ago with 70,000 miles on it. The milage right now is only 107,000 miles. It is police package and has the original engine and transmision, never had any mechanical issue. It is well maintained.

We bought our burnt orange Colbalt In Oct. it has 7,500 original miles, one owner, garage kept, no dents, scratches or anything that’s an eye sore. It rides so smooth and I love the sunroof. Cheap on gas is a plus.

Bought second hand, and would do it again if I could find! Very very few problems, I've owned for 6 years and I just hit 100k miles. Replacing things per manual and hope it runs as strong as before!

This 18 year old Car has "lasted 10 years" like it should, as the song says. Its still smooth, powerful, and everything still works. The original white paint still looks like new. Of course, the previous owner obviously took care of it, and I will too. Heads turn, when I arrive in this, even tho, Used, I paid about 20 cents on the dollar for what most new ones cost. Sure, I miss the backup camera, the blind spot monitor, and adaptive cruise of my newer cars, but, I fixed the BSM with a small round concave mirror which eliminated that blind spot. I feel very safe in the powerful big car, that gets surprisingly great mileage on the hiway, sometimes close to 30 miles per gallon, with an average of around 27 hiway. Of course its much worse around town, stop and go. The trunk is so large, that a small family could move in the trunk and live there. Well not quite. This model is the "fleet livery" model. I understand that GM put a 3 year 150,000 mile warranty on the fleet models.. you dont want it to break, so that warranty is a vote of confidence. I think a big difference between "fleet" models and the regular Caddy, is the fleet has an oversized radiator, and holds 60 percent more oil. This is important because radiators tend to clog up, reducing capacity, over time, and causing the engine to heat up. Overheating is a killer of engines and this massive radiator keeps it cool no matter what. It also takes extra oil..8 quarts. That keeps it cool, too. It costs a little more oil at oil changes, But that's but its a small price to pay for a very reliable car.

I've known the service manger, Marc Kubil, for almost 20 years. I can't think of anyone more capable and trustworthy. He goes above and beyond to make sure you are competently satisfied. Robert Fellows is also outstanding, as is Jamir Garcia. At Volvo Oak Park, I'm treated like family, and have received consistently great service.

I am a long-time LS owner, also have an ‘02 LS430. We bought this car L/Certified when it was 24 months old. Main things I like : Styling Exclusivity Interior Design Fit & Finish Comfort Performance We only have one dislike: runflat tires don’t give near the mileage as normal tires. That’s easy to fix, just switch to regular tires when the time comes. This is a gorgeous car and a pleasure to drive. It’s an incredible long distance cruiser. Our car has AWD, luxury interior upgrade w/ Mark Levinson sound system, optional wood and leather steering wheel, massaging driver’s seat, and 20” wheels. Some are critical of the touch pad controller, but we have no problem with it. Great car! The only thing I miss is wireless phone connection.

I moved into a little old lady's house who was in her last two years. I loved the house and this 98 cadillac was in the garage where I parked my 95 MB 230 compressor. I loved looking at this car every time I pulled in. Battery was Dead car is Absolutely clean and Beautiful. The daughter sold it to me for $6000. 60k miles and awesome. I've drove it 3 years now and only put $1000 in tires and $569 for new oxygen sensor, wires and new plugs. My friends all Teese me for being a shiny white guy with a Big Ole Cadillac...lol.. Bought a Porsche Panamera had a good deal and great service I will be back again

Bought my 2002 Lexus ES300 from the original owner in April 2021 w 161k miles. They had it serviced at a local Lexus dealership in NJ from day one to 110k miles. They had the timing belt, water pump and valve cover gasket all done at 88k miles. All this info was taken from the lexus owners website using the VIN. A few months after i bought it, the rear struts starting leaking, i had all 4 replaced, also replaced the original Alternator and AC compressor (it started to squeal). This spring i had to change the original starter. All original parts lasted nearly 20 years ! which proves the durability of Lexus (Toyota) parts! Replacement parts except the struts were replaced with GENCO. T This car now has 172k miles and i change the synthetic oil myself every 5k miles. This will last me many years, i don't plan on selling it until the wheels fall off which is never!! It rides like new with new struts, everything still works. Quiet like an EV, super solid and tight. The engine and transmission are solid. At 3k miles after my oil change no oil is burnt off, still shows full on the dipstick. There is a 2002 ES300 on YouTube as of about 3 years ago with 596k miles (highway) w. original engine & tranny. Just a testiment to the build quality

I did the entire transaction online, which can always be a bit stressful as the dealership is 10 hours away from me. Mike was my sales rep and I cannot imagine anyone being more responsive, thorough, and upfront about every part of the transaction. Professional, polite and personable, I always felt like I was in good hands. He picked me up at the airport, drove me back to the dealership, and I was on my way within an hour. By the way, the vehicle, a Lexus LC 500 convertible is incredible as well!

I bought my Signature Town Car new in 2007 and used it as an airport limousine for four years I kept it as my private vehicle after the airport contract expired and have driven it daily ever since. It now has 510,000 miles on the original engine. The transmission was rebuilt at just over 300,000 miles. The car runs like new, with regular maintenance. The oil change guys freak out when they hear how quiet and smooth the engine is. Best built, best riding car I've ever owned. Amazing vehicle.

I did a trade-in, but forgot a few personals left in my old car. Contacted them once again, Mia said to come get the things I had left behind, so I went in and MAVERICK (another awesome guy) had took care of me as far as that. Real genuine people and I am very pleased with my Toyota Highlander.
