Drove from Georgia to North Carolina for a certain truck. Honest dealership sent us pictures and they were honest with their word. So happy that my husband found the truck he had been looking for. It was worth the drive! Great customer service and a great truck! Would do it all over again.

I have owned my 2013 S60 T6 AWD for a little over 2 years now and it is an exceptional car. The looks, the power, the handling, all around a very solid and capable vehicle. I have taken it on several road trips and every mile is a joy to drive - I have not had any serious issues and have just done regular maintenance. Would highly recommend the 3.0 T6 AWD S60 if you can find one!

I have to say, this was the most pleasant buying experience I've ever had. Sales people were extreemly knowledgable, cheerful, and not pushy. Maybe even more impressive were the mechanics- probably the most experienced mechanics I've ever delt with- and in 40 years of driving and working on cars, that's saying something. Where else can you go and try out a dozen cars from as many different companies, all in one place.

The CC does all the basics really well and with a dash of sportiness and style. I've had my 2015 CC-R 2.0 6MT for five years and it's been as reliable as a wood stove. Exterior styling won't age. Interior is Germanic with form following function -- nothing fancy. Engine is torquey and responsive. Ride is smooth and compliant. It soaks up bumps without feeling cushy or isolating the driver from the road. Handling is sharp and precise. Highway mileage is in the high 30s. It doesn't proclaim status, but if you're into artful subtlety it's a satisfying drive and ownership experience.

Mike Umphrey is the best finance man around. I had no issue with the purchase or anything with the 2020 Mercedes GLE 350 I acquired from Karma Fuquay. He was very knowledgeable and made sure I received the best customer service. I was so impressed I sent my son to him and he purchased his first car from Karma as well. This has been a solid vehicle all around. The tech has been responsive with little to no lag for infotainment which can be a big deal with other manufacturers. All the safety features work great with no malfunctions. Long trips I average around 35mpg on premium but it’s not very comfortable after a few hours. Road and wind noise is about what you’d expect from a Subaru but the interior doesn’t rattle the slightest even on rough roads. Haven’t had any real issues arise after 10,000 miles. It’s currently at 28,000 miles and I’ve only done simple maintenance items and a set of tires. I do want to bring up the capability of this car in the snow because its the best I’ve ever experienced. After owning multiple 4Motion VW’s this is all around better for traction in several inches of fresh snow and light ice. Gives you a ton of confidence because this car will make it through a rough storm or two. It’s been a great commuter for the wife and a fun car for me with spirited driving on tracks for the price you pay.

Other than the power locks going out too fast, which is not cheap to repair, especially as often as they go out, this car is a dream to drive, as well as own. Repairs are few, as I got it in 2016 with just under 90k. Here it is in Sept of 2024, and I have another thousand and it will be 300k, with again, very little maintenance to speak of. I will be buying Lexus from here on out.

This was our first time buying a vehicle from Johnson Lexus of Durham. We were very pleased with our overall experience. The entire team was very professional and we love our RX 350.

The only thing is not making it perfect. Whenever I turn the engine off, everything is shut down, and to play my music, I have to turn it on to put the engine in suspension.

Difficult to separate the good and bad. In the end I bought the car. I think he is a generally honest guy who is trying to be fair. I don't think he'd purposely hide problems or patch up a failed car. That is of highest importance. My problem is there were a lot of issues with the car not disclosed in the listing. Check your car carefully! To his credit he disclosed the failing clear coat by sending me an excellent video before I traveled (a long way) to the dealership. Maybe inadvertently he disclosed problems with the headliner in the video. When I got there the battery was dead so he explained there was a parasitic load (still not resolved) that kills the battery in a couple days and he pointed out it had the wrong battery (which he replaced when we negotiated price). A tire was nearly flat and he noted it had a leak. If he were dishonest surely the tire would have been full and the battery charged when I showed up and he wouldn't have pointed out the wrong size battery (didn't fit tray). What I found includes: Two tires were good and two have almost no tread. The key fob remote doesn't work and when I bought and installed a new battery it still didn't. Since buying it I've gotten two estimates for fob replacement of $700 and $410. Hopefully I'll find one a little lower. I've also found the wiper blades need replaced, interior lights by the rear-view mirror don't work, and a film on the rear window (rear defroster I believe) is all bubbled and also not clear where unbubbled. Other than snow on the car when I test drove, I'm not sure how I missed this last one. Finally, there is an undisclosed admin fee of $500. He said nobody in NC discloses this on web listings. Maybe but it doesn't make it right.

Bought a diesel version with 40k miles, has been bullet proof I average 50mpg! Drives nice and has every thing I could want for a daily commuter! 190k going strong

Bought the vehicle new in October of 2023. Now it’s March of 2025. Have yet to have an issue🤞though have heard of common problems many have had. I’ve put roughly 20 k miles on the car in a year and a half (mostly interstate driving). Technology package is lovely and the vehicle has an overall stylish feel. It’s important to keep in mind, though, that you’re buying a 20k dollar vehicle from 2023. It’s plastics galore in there, so, though stylish, the material quality isn’t the best. If you’re someone who takes care of your things, you shouldn’t have an issue! Use the maintenance schedule found in the Owner’s manual and this vehicle should get you where you’re going for a reasonable amount of years. That being said, if you’re trying to decide between and LX[S] and GT (not including GT-Line), choose the GT. Though you’re paying a little extra, you get a standard transmission with real gears (the car has more power than you’d think too) rather than the CVT found in the LX[S] (and GT-line). CVT tech has greatly improved within recent years, but they’re still known to be problematic at times. All in all, this generation of Kia seems to be more reliable than most previous gens. Definitely a real deal competitor with the carolla/civic and worth the consideration!

Having purchased only new vehicles my entire life, I found myself in need of buying my girlfriend a certified used vehicle from a local Honda dealership. After the salesman ignored our desires and instead try to upsell us, however, we decided to try Carmax instead. From the start, Carmax offered a helpful hand online and friendly service over the phone: they were quickly able to find what we needed and provide attractive financing in a flash. (Thanks to you, Lesly.) Moreover, I found scheduling of a meeting to finish the deal at the dealership efficient. Once at the dealership, Haseam did well in helping us -- his knowledge and friendliness were impressive, especially since I havevworked in the service industry for many years . Because he did not try to upsell us, but rather did his best to educate us on what would work well, (coming in on his day-off to finalize the deal), I must commend Carmax and its associates for providing a memorable experience. Also, I was thankful that Dashau helped expedite the process when we completed the paperwork; what a breeze! I bought my Forte LXS in Feb of 2024 and i've driven 9,000 miles on it so far. it's been great and i prefer this over a Corolla or a Camry. on the highway i sometimes get fuel economy in the low 50's mpg and on average i get around 37 mpg combined. not bad at all. i bought this for $21K after taxes and registration. the value can't be beat imo.

Easy to work with and very nice people. Had a couple of questions/minor problems with the car I bought but was resolved each time in a quick and satisfactory manner. Would not hesitate to buy again from them. The problems were caused by my being a senior citizen and not knowledgeable about how I caused them. Not up to date on modern vehicles and their capabilities. Kudo's.

I drive the 2023 Kia Forte GT Manual, and I couldn’t recommend this car more!! The only complaint I have is now that I’m trying to find a new car with a more fancy name to impress clients, I can’t find anything I enjoy nearly as much. The car is built on a BMW M3 chassis, has the luxury features and interior to match with an average combined fuel mileage of 34mpg and the reliability of a newly redesigned Kia. It handles phenomenally well and is unmatched within its price point. It loses value quickly (until the general population realizes their tech and reliability recently surpassed Toyota and Honda) so buy a used 2023 or 2022, and you’re smooth sailing. I drove this car from Philadelphia to Los Angeles and was complimented by strangers in almost every city I stopped in along the way!

Sanford imports was fantastic I had them two years ago evaluate a Dodge diesel 2500 they were very solid on the price just did not end up doing a deal at the time but very fair on their offer I was just there two days ago test driving two Volkswagen Atlas Tyler Rodriguez fantastic sales guy knew a lot about the Volkswagen SUV lines answered all of my questions let me drive a 3.6 V6 and a turbo 4 cylinder version of the Atlas highly recommended you should stop by there My experiences have all been positive I would highly recommend them they have some very clean used cars and as with everybody do your homework know what the cars are worth they are usually spot on in their asking price and yes if you're going to use their lender they will offer some discounts but every dealership is like that so no surprises there definitely go see Tyler great sales guy!

Bought a 2023 forte gt-line for my daughter. We have had the car for 13months and have driven about 12,000 miles. I honestly cannot believe the 1star reviews, nor should you. I was a loyal Honda fanboy for over 30 years before I bought this Kia. I bought a totally loaded Forte non turbo for a hair under 25k with a crazy good warranty. Why not? I figured. 13 months and 12k miles later it rides better, has more power and is quieter than the day we bought it! Zero issues with anything. No squeaks, rattles or interior flaws. Sadly no tire wear. I cannot wait to replace the Kuhmos it came with. It handles great and is fun to drive. My wife calls it “a peppy little thing”. And she drives a CX-5 turbo or my 5.7 liter ram. Over 40 mpg on highway and mid 30s driving around town. This is a fine car. Not a cheap version Hyundai. Much nicer IMHO than the Hyundai. For those knocking the resale… run the numbers and try to buy one as cheap as you say you sold yours for. The Harmon Kardon stereo sounds awesome! This is one of my favorite purchases because its value continues to surprise me. And they give a $500.00 military discount. Don’t buy based on my opinions go test drive one! Test drives are free. Go to carvanna or get on car gurus and see how cheap you can buy one a year or two old used one for.

I traded in a 2017 Honda CR-V Touring because it was going to to cost more to fix the major issues (as a second owner I did not know the CR-V had that many things wrong). I put money down on the Civic Sport that I was going to use for the repairs. I do have to say it's a nice car and I hope it will last longer than I expect. That being said I didn't want to buy another Honda but I did go to a dealership that I trust more than anybody else. I will come back and further my review once I have 5,000 miles on it.

I recently bought a 2020 Elantra with very low miles (39k). It looks great, like new, and drives like a large sedan should. And the gas mileage is great! Driving around town yesterday it got 37 mpg in normal traffic, when the spec is 30. And on the freeway I was getting well over 57 mpg on a very slight, non-visible decline at 77 mph. It "feels" comfortable. My only knock so far is the information on the center console could be brighter and I haven't figured out how to make it yet. The owner's manual was not included in the sale.

Had car 8 yrs only trouble I had was upper o2 snsir went out. Still runs like a kitten.Great sound system, easy steering wheel control. Drive it from Louisiana to North Carolina once a year great gas mileage.

I am a 95 year old female and LOVE my 2009 Camry. Bought it new in June of 2008 after my 1996 Camry was rearended and totaled. Since then I have driven it 84,569 miles for which I had to buy 3,778 gal of gas. I take my car to the dealer every 4 months (whether it needs it or not) and spent $28,775 for these visits which comes out to 34 cents a mile. It is large enough so that I feel secure among all these huge cars, yet it is small enough so that I have no problems parking in tight spots, or backing into my carport. It has enough get-up and go so that I have been able to get out of tight spots and it has kept me safe and accident free all these years. If - for any reason - I should have to buy one more car during my lifetime - I definitely hope that Toyota has another Camry for me.

Bought this car new in 2012. Just quit driving it with 373400 miles. Only replaced the water pump. Transmission was never touched, fuel pump, alternator, heat, ac still work and original. Maybe I was extremely lucky but this car was awesome.
