...I recently had the pleasure...yep, I said pleasure, of purchasing a car from New Diamond...great experience from start to finish it and I'd do it again!!

EX coupe, I4 engine, 5 speed manual transmission Bought this car used, traded in a Subaru Forester for it. Had about 125k ish on the odometer when purchased, coming up on 143k now with absolutely zero issues. Had to get the tire sensors replaced and a remote made for it, but I haven't had any mechanical issues whatsoever. Hondas are reliable to a fault, even more so with regular maintenance. I only run Chevron or Shell fuel, and Mobil 1 super synthetic oil to keep things clean. The computer lets me go up to 7k miles between changes! Good thing for me because this is my daily all around the state driver. Sound system is incredible stock, with an 8 inch shallow throw sub in the rear deck. As usual, Honda is known for great power trains, but a fairly cheap interior. No big unless you're looking for a luxury vehicle! Road noise is pretty average for a Honda, can be loud if you're used to Toyota or Chevy. Suspension is a little stiff and clumsy, but again, reliable. Don't expect to take this car off-road unless you want it to complain the entire way 😂 All in all, this is probably the best car I have owned to date. Sporty, stylish, and almost bulletproof. Going to give her a good tune up soon and I plan to have her for years to come!

We have had one for about 7 years. Very good little car. Always starts up nice and fast and compact. Only problem was leaking water through the sunroof.

BEST CAR EVER, I BOUGTH IT ON 2018 WITH 44000 MILES. STILL RUNNING PERFECT WITH 180000 MILES. GREAT POWER ON COMFORT DRIVE. ON ECO DRIVE YOU LOSE A LOT OF POWER BUT YOU SAVE GAS. IT HAS A GREAT STABILITY ON HIGHWAY. THE MUSIC SOUND SYSTEM IS POWERFUL!!

Kristina talked about how much she loves working at BMW and how honored she feels to work in such a positive environment. Gregor talked about all the training and support he gets from an unbelievable company. I have worked at Gap Inc and was the director of stores for 11 years. I understand customer service at its core. You are a very lucky company to have employees like both of these. You also have a customer for life with this wonderful adventure. The goods: Perfectly blends performance and comfort. Easily gets ~40 mpg during the summer time on highway drives without sacrificing any power (2.0T Premium Plus Quattro) . DSG is pretty fun when driven aggresively. Tech still feels fresh for a 2017. B&O sound is stellar. Very reliable despite the VW/Audi reputation in the past. This is the ultimate daily sleeper in my opinion. The not so good: DSG shifts quite harshly on low speed or during bitter cold months when the car is not warm enough. DSG maintenance is also quite costly and has to be done every 40k miles. Other nitpicky items: Audi non-sport seats have pretty short thigh support, so get the sport package with the thigh extenders, they are totally worth it. The need to use infotainment screen to put wiper in service position and check oil level (yup, no dipsticks) is unnecesary. Brake pad wear sensors are annoying when they go off. Major service reminder reset needs to be done at dealership, so it can be a little pricey. Overall, I think this is one of the best cars I've ever owned. I usually like to get the top trims, but Premium Plus (mid trim) is the way to go and has a lot more equipment than you'll need. The nickpicky items I think are common in modern cars, so not really a deal breaker.

This car meets all my needs such as performance and seating. It also has a zoom in/out navigation system as well as state of the art speaker system. And fuel consumption is 35 to 40 MPG's.

We knew the car we were getting before we got there. Did check out on the internet before we went, made an appointment with Owen and went up. Was greeted by a nice lady who got Owen for us . He brought the car around and said to drive it around for awhile and he would checkout my trade. After all was said and done we got the car we wanted at the price we wanted and a little more for our trade then we thought.we met with the general manager and the finance man. Everybody there was fantastic!!! Definitely would recommend the dealership and ask for Owen he was great.

This car is simply beautiful, spacious, unique color. It is gorgeous inside out. You don't see too many BMWs this color so I think it is unique color. It has one of the smoothest ride, which I find a plus for long trips. Love it!

We were in the market for a late model BMW 528i Xdrive, and shopped at several local BMW NJ dealers, however we found most of those experiences to be less than satisfactory. We were not sure about purchasing out of state, but decided to look into a listing at Integrated Automotive Services. The best decision we made during our time shopping for this car. I purchased my 2015 Hyundai Elantra Limited without really even knowing all the extras it has. I'm learning new things about it all the time. I've never had a car so fancy! Hey, after 12 years with a Kia Spectra, this car is FANCY! I've never had leather seats, let alone heated leather seats! I've never been able to make a phone call by telling the car to call someone! I cant really think of anything about this vehicle that disappoints me at all. I'm just grateful to Gustman Honda in Appleton and my salesman Jon Devet for being so great and helping me keep to my budget while still getting SO much car! I know she's 6yrs old but shes like new to me, and I love her. Great car!

I was looking for a car for my wife and had been to a few other dealers. Nobody else made my car buying experience as comfortable as Bob and Mike. Those guys are great and they make it fun just to be around. Everyone at this dealer does their absolute best to make sure customers are satisfied. And they are very upfront with everything they sell. There are no crazy hidden fees or surprises when buying from this place. The service department at IAS is also great and they stand behind their cars. Had a cracked spark plug causing a misfire and these guys fixed it up quick and even gave us a loaner while they had the car. Michael and the service team was exceptionally accommodating. I love this place so much that I bought 2 cars from them 11 days apart. They earned my trust and business for a long time to come.

This car's reaching it's tenth birthday in the coming year, and has definitely earned itself a good reputation in reliability, to a point. Had to have the engine rebuilt at around 100k due to a recognized flaw where the seals around the pistons (one, in my case) would shave off the side of the inner piston chamber wall. Volvo was good about it, and rebuilt it for free, but I have heard about this being an issue with a percentage (although a small percentage) of 2015 S60's. If you own a 2015.5 S60, you should be okay (released at the half-year, they changed something in their engine design so this no longer happens). The 2015 model I own is a T-5 Drive-E, but even then the engines feel strong, and the acceleration is amazing given the engine downgrade for better mileage. Pros - Smooth, quiet, fast ride - Platinum package still makes this car shine given how far infotainment systems have come in 9 years - Takes 87 gas - Cold-oriented heating options. I lived in New Hampshire most of my life, and this thing took snow and ice like a champ. Good to know Volvo durability hasn't disappeared. Never failed to start, and the electric defrost option was a Godsend. - iPod/iPhone USB slot. Honestly wish this was in modern cars. You can play music from your iPhone (or iPod if you're a person of culture) as soon as you can hook it up to the charging port. Also charges your phone. Neutrals - Nav system. Pretty basic, but once you get good with the voice commands, is amazing. Other than that you have to put in addresses with one of the DIALS on the dashboard, which is lower than T9 typing. - Auto Climate setting. This is just more goofy than anything. You'll press it thinking it will slowly acclimate based on outside temps and engine warm-up and all sorts of things. No, it hilariously just turns your AC on max. Not even mad, its just super funny to think about. Cons - Start/Stop button. I don't care how much gas I "save", when you turn an engine off and on in any instance, you're wearing down parts faster. - No oil dipstick. Have to rely on electronically checking it, which has shown me close to max for the last few months, which I doubt. - Backseat legroom. It's not horrible if you're used to small sedans, and especially if you're used to super compact cars. - Turn radius. Holy crap do not invest in this car if you like parking somewhere (well) in a single turn. This thing parks like a grizzly bear with a saddle on it---mostly forwards and backs. Maybe I just prioritize good parking too much, but I don't like looking like that one guy in the Walmart parking lot who's content with 45 degree angles. The backup cam makes this not as much of an issue. All in all, a promising Volvo. Lacks the issues of the newer models, while looking pretty modern. If possible, I'd suggest trying to find a trim level higher than the default, but any trim level will be reliable. My biggest takeaway and suggestion for this would be to regularly maintain it. Get your oil changed regularly, keep your engine bay clean, invest in high-quality tires, and don't put 93 ethanol gas in for fun. It should last you as long as it did me.

I have a 2013 Hyundai Sonata Hybrid with the 2.4 l engine that I purchased new. It has been far and away the best vehicle I've ever purchased. It routinely gets upwards of 45+ mpg on the freeway if I drive it at 58 mph. I have about 194,000 miles on it and the only maintenance (prior to today) beyond oil changes I've done is to have the transmission fluid flushed at about 130,000 miles, replaced tires, 1 tail lamp, the air filter and the auxiliary battery. I am now experiencing a coolant leak and I believe I'll have to get the water pump replaced.

The best purchase of my life. Bought this while in college as a basic sedan that I always liked the look of, and it was the most pleasant surprise of my life! So affordable, fun, peppy, responsive, and easy to maintain. It’s one of those cars that becomes your identity and a part of your personality. Maintained the car in my early 20s while going to school and had zero issues funding this car. Gas is cheap and my most major issue was the suspension needed to be redone when I hit 200k miles and because of harsh winters, I decided to put that repair money into a new AWD car. I miss the Mazda though!!! Recommend this vehicle to anyone and everyone!

We bought a 2008 Mazda 3 Touring hatchback new. We have driven it for over 15 years / 150,000 miles and have never had anything major break on this car. We change the oil about every 5,000 miles and had to do some work on the C/V joints at about 100K miles. We didn't even need a new clutch until 140K miles. This car handles great, has plenty of acceleration with the 5 speed manual and gets great gas mileage.

Great car for commuting. Have high safety scores which I tested on March 30th. I was hit from behind at 50mph and I walked away. My 2022 Monarch Orange/Black Sentra SR was shortened by 3 feet front and back. I just bought a 2023 Gun metal/Black SR Premium to replace the 2022. Best small car I driven to date.
