I went in on Monday 5/10 to look at a car that was mentioned to me. I got to the dealership and had the pleasure of working with Hanafy Mahmoud. The greatest salesman I have ever worked with. Very polite, listened to me and what I was looking for and most importantly was not pushy. I did a test drive on the car and I loved it! I didn't have all my information that was needed to purchase the car with me. He put the SOLD sign on it and had it brought to the back to have it cleaned up and to get the last look to make sure everything was good. I informed him I would be back the next day to get all the paper work done. So Tuesday 5/11 I went back in with my father so he could do the "Dad" check. The paper work took only just a few minutes and then I went in with the Financial manager Ashley Malenke to do the final steps and all the signatures. Ashley was absolutely great! Such a sweet woman and very knowledgeable of her position and many things about the whole dealership. I was out of there within an hour all together. They had the car all nice and clean and full tank of gas. I would buy a car from there again and I would recommend them to anyone. Thank you Inver Grove Hyundai! Only problem , it started rusting second yr on trunk window area and trunk opening . Never have had that happen before . Never had a car ever do this

Purchased a new 2024 Toyota GR Corolla from Rudy Luther. This was a positive experience. I knew there was little chance to go slow MSRP on a new Circuit Edition, but the dealership did not ask for more than MSRP, and have me a fair price for my 2014 Prius. Good transaction.

Thisc is my wife’s car and has about 60000 miles. This is 2024! She doesn’t drive a lot. I’m not in the car very often so I didn’t notice, but the dash has turned to goo. I made the mistake of putting my hand on it and couldn’t pull it off! I am hoping Lexus will understand this issue and fix it for me! Otherwise, I’ve got a crap car now.

I want to recognize Terry Rehm and Buerkle Acura for their incredible customer service. We had an issue with our MDX while we were out of town and Terry made sure that everything was addressed when we returned. I highly recommend Buerkle Acura and Terry and his team.

I absolutely love mine in comfort I think that it could have been a little bit better but that's on long trips. Short trips the comfort is fine. My car was totaled and my airbags blew on my steering wheel and at my legs and I'm so glad that they did because I really would have gotten hurt without those airbags The seat belt also did its job very well and the brakes warning light came on first then the brakes came on the exact same time I was putting the brakes on a guy ran a stop sign and there really wasn't much I could do but hit him which it did total my car and I am now looking for another one of the exact same kind I want my car back I love my Honda Civic sport touring.

The Genesis G70 3.3T Rear Wheel Drive is one of the best performance values on the used car market. I do think there are a few better options then this car in the sport sedan field. The BMW M340i and Audi S3 come to mind, however you will pay more for those cars. Pros 1. Powerful 3.3 Turbo Engine. 2. Quick Shifting Transmission. 3. Solid Handling on a backroads. 4. Large amount of features for the price. 5. Great Looking car. 6. Radar cruise control is very good. 7. Transferable powertrain and bumper to bumper warranty. Cons 1. Small Backseat Space 2. Drive mode calibrations for throttle position is poor. 3. Ok gas mileage (But that does not bother me much since I have another car that is more fuel efficient) 4. Paint quality does not match BWM, Audi and Mercedes. 5. Remote Start features is a paid feature.

I got a 2001 Buick LeSabre limited in 2009. I had the car until 2019. The car was actually donated to the " wheels for work program" in Wi I signed up for the program and was very fortunate & extremely grateful for this opportunity! I was a single parent of a young boy at the time . The wheels for work program gave me the opportunity to be approved for a loan & the payments were $50 a month for the car . This car was very reliable, although the window regulators that were made for this car were made out of plastic causing the windows , both drivers n passenger side ,come off track and had to be replaced. This can be costly if done professionally, I had some one fix n them as a side job & only cost me $60. A Buick flaw! I put this car through a LOT and the body wasn't looking too good when I finally put her to rest, but the motor was still running!

I think my car is the best vehicle on the road. It's a 2014 650i Grand Coup. I would never sell this car - its fast and fun and really good looking

I'm revising my review. I bought a very nice mustang GT Premium from Rav. I'm out of state so getting things done i thought would be near impossible after sale. Well the car had body work that was done before sale. Some issues came up with work done. I sent a review of Rav. They read it that day and by next morning I had a call from owner that they would take care of the body work. In this day and age, that's rare. Especially a smaller dealer. I really appreciate him calling and fixing. I have to get it there but they will fix. Estimate was 5000 here. Thanks Rav for responding and standing up for what you sell. Will be customer in future! My 2011 328i has just reached 223k miles. No timing chain replacement. Only oil changes and coolant flushes. Obviously break pads and rotors. It’s been amazing. Fun to drive although I get 22mpg average. As Long as you don’t touch it and don’t drive it like you stole it, you can count on it.

I had car trouble and without an appointment, I was able to limp the vehicle into the garage. once inside, Ryan was able to get my vehicle inspected first thing the next morning. They found the problem and were able to get me back on the road in no time. Thank you to Ryan and the entire staff that worked on my Tahoe.

I saw the car on the website, we went to the dealership and Abraheem and his team let me see the inside of the car, drive it and my family and I loved it. There is no other car for me, this is my fourth. I just feel safe inside my car. I cannot drive another make at this point. However, they have become too expensive to purchase.

Purchased 2010 ES350 with 65000 miles 4 years ago. I did my research in advance and now fully agree with the “bulletproof” qualities often used by owners who describe this vehicle. I have adhered to factory-schedule maintenance, however, not performed by a Lexus dealer. Rather, an ASE-certified shop who know Lexus/Toyotas. I now have 125k on the clock and have spent about $1,200 in non-maintenance repairs. Specifically, oxygen sensors et.al. 31 MPG highway, 25 around town. Drives like my wife’s much newer MB sedan without the anxiety of potential repair costs.

Excellent Service, they really look out for the interest of the customer. They also made sure I understood everything that was going on with my vehicle.

Coming out of a 2003 vehicle (Jaguar X-type) & getting behind the wheel of a 2023 model was a startling transition. Even though my CPO G70 is a base model (2.0T/AWD) it’s like piloting a space craft! I love this car! And with all of the safety & convenience features, it feels like it cares for me as well. The performance, ride & handling are exemplary. In the spirit of complete transparency, here are a few nits. - The gas mileage isn’t class leading & requiring premium gas adds to the cost of operation. Solution? Tame your right foot! Acceleration is quite lively. - The rear seats are tight for large people & the trunk space is merely adequate (a pass-through rear center seat is quite helpful). But keep in mind, this the smallest model in the lineup. If you need more space, there’s the G80. - Finally, I’m still sorting out some of the infotainment features (which didn’t exist in 2003!). Let me finish by praising the service departments. Without question the best experience I’ve had, up there with M-B & exceeding Jaguar.

This was my first luxury car and I was not disappointed. It was priced below most competitors, yet came standard with features such as Lane-Keep Assist, Adaptive Cruise control, and Apple Carplay. It is very comfortable to ride in, yet can be sporty when you want it. I have also been able to get well above the EPA 23mpg which is a bonus. I love this car and have no complaints!
