You select the car you want, set your maximum price, and they attempt to purchase it for you. If successful, they add a flat $3,500 fee plus a very low $199 dealer fee — no hidden costs, no complicated add-ons. What impressed me most is that their fee is the same whether you’re buying a $10k car or an $80k car, making the pricing structure transparent and fair compared to traditional dealers. Even though IMOTO also keeps about 80 cars on their physical lot in Walpole, the real advantage is the huge online selection that changes daily. If you don’t win the auction or the car goes past your budget, you can simply try again the next day with a new option. I’ll admit I was skeptical about wiring money and just waiting for a car to show up. Some online reviews raised similar concerns, so I voiced this to my salesperson, Jordan. To my surprise, the CEO, Philip, personally called me to explain the process and address my concerns. He even offered to buy the car first, have it shipped and detailed, and let me pay upon delivery if I was satisfied. That level of trust sealed the deal for me. My wife and I chose the Rogue, and within five days — over Labor Day weekend, no less — the car was delivered to my driveway in New Hampshire. Two of Philip’s employees arrived with the vehicle, which looked even better than advertised. We were honestly surprised and elated at how spotless the car was — it looked showroom new. I still don’t know how they managed to get it purchased, transported from Illinois, cleaned, detailed, and delivered so quickly, but they did. Before this, I had spent weeks researching Rogues at countless dealerships and online listings. What I discovered was shocking: even a 2021 base model S trim was selling for more than what I paid for my 2023 SV. And based on the mileage, condition, and features my car came with, I know I would have easily spent thousands more — easily $8k higher — anywhere else. Getting a newer, higher-trim Rogue at this price felt like an absolute win, and it confirmed for me that IMOTO’s model really does save buyers money. From start to finish, IMOTO exceeded my expectations. The transparency, professionalism, and personal touch (especially from Philip) turned what felt like a risky experiment into the best car-buying experience I’ve ever had. My husband initially gave a lot of pushback when I told him this was "the car for me". His car broke down just before a planned long-distance trip, so he had to take his turn behind the wheel of my Subaru. Every wife loves to hear " You were right"! It handled ice, snow and everything else with ease plus great MPG!

I have a 2007 toyota sienna and a 2020 Kia Sedona. I have also had different types of cars in the past, Subaru, Honda, Land Rover, Camaro. I need another used vehicle and I started doing a LOT of research and was going to go for a newer Camry, but by pure accident I discovered this 2014 Camry. To make it really short, I ended up purchasing one in mint condition with 30K miles. To make this review really short, I LOVE this Avalon. Same engine with the same AWESOME and bulletproof six speed transmission!!! I HATE the eight speed transmission in the new Kia Sedona. This Avalon is smooth and powerful. I did not want a four cylinder car. I have never driven an older Avalon model but I do believe people saying that car is smoother and more comfortable, but, my Sienna is also very comfortable and I have zero complaints with my new used Avalon. The handling and smoothness is just awesome and I feel it rides like half my Sienna and half my Sedona, meaning that it has a very nicely balanced ride. This car was just the right car for me.

Nice sales person, helpful, easy to test drive. Agreed to fix a steering system problem before delivery. A downside is add a $700 LoJack to sale without option of omitting it. $600 document fee is also on high side.

Bought a diesel version with 40k miles, has been bullet proof I average 50mpg! Drives nice and has every thing I could want for a daily commuter! 190k going strong

I’ve been looking for a Cadillac Escalade for over four months and with absolutely nothing local to my area of Upstate NY I felt the need to explore internet searches. From the moment I first saw this vehicle on Cars.Com I was impressed with the ad presented by Foley Motorsports. The video content, detailed description, financials and pertinent data was all at my fingertips for review. My first e-mail correspondence with salesman Greg Ostrander was impressive. With attention to details he was able to guide me through most elements about the vehicle with no second guessing or (let me check on that) type of response. He clearly is understanding of clients needs and looks to provide whatever is necessary to make someone comfortable with the purchasing process. Ultimately I purchased the vehicle this week and was able to get it home to my residence today. Just looking at it in the driveway gives me a sense of accomplishment that this search process is over and I’ve scored on a great deal. It’s hard for me to explain how this car buying process was the most pleasurable time ever. I just wish this dealership was in my home town.

This is a car which you will love to drive. It's a driver's car and I've had the most fun owning it for over four years. I've had sports cars before and this handles as well as any sports car I have ever driven. It's 450 hp roars you too 60 in 4.5 seconds. Even with all-wheel drive, I have topped 27 mpg on a long trip. Plus, after all this, it's pure luxury.

Love my 2020 Accord EX-L...very roomy and it has a very comfortable interior. It has a few things missing that surprises me on an EX-L trim such as courtesy lights in the doors. Honda has the knockouts but no wiring harness. The lights are only available on the most expensive Touring model which is ridiculous as this is a $20 item. Honda also has chosen to not have the lights on the trunk light up when you hit the brakes...they are only reflectors but do light up on the Touring model. I HOPE AND PRAY THAT MY PAINT DOES NOT CHIP OFF LIKE IS HAPPENING ON SO MANY HONDA'S. I had the paint chip off the car on my 2008 Civic and on the roof of my 2014 PIlot. Of course Honda takes no responsibility for this even though its happening to countless Honda customers across many years and models. They have already chosen to remove the sunroof as standard on many Pilot models as well.

I've been drving my 2015 T.C. 2015 LE Eco for last 6 1/2 years and I love my car. I'm glad reviews consider it a good value and long lasting at 55 this is for cars but the car is great and I can honestly say no complaints.

A great new location and showroom full of friendly folks and clean cars. Shopping for used cars is never really fun, but with no pressure salesmen like Matty and their impressive new spot, Inter Auto is definitely a step above the rest.

I love my prius!! I like the styling especially on the outside!! All in all I feel it is a Great Car!!! I have owned 3 of these cars. I like the Solara styling better but would want a hybrid Solara!!!

I'm totally satisfied with my camry. It's the most advanced automobile I've ever driven.I commute 50 miles per day round trip and I get on average 53 miles per gallon. The traffic assist feature is my most used as I'm always in bumper to bumper traffic, this is when the camry hybrid shines best as it makes its own electricity. I've never owned a Toyota before. I traded my malibu for it & have never looked back.

The experience @ First Hyundai was nothing short of amazing! This is my fourth trip there, over a 4 year period of time looking for a car, and every time I go, they are amazing! Everything was easy, and although I didn't end up buying from there (simply due to not having the exact vehicle I wanted), I highly recommend the dealership, its staff, and its inventory to anyone!

I had a wonderful experience with carmax in Westborough. Very friendly staff, very clean. They don't harass you. Upon entering the building, I was greeted and directed to the vehicles I was interested. I ventured the lot on my own and able to check out the vehicle. All the details were located on the window or they have touch screens with the info of the cars on the lots. Chris C was my sales person, he was very quick to respond to questions I had after I left the lot and also gave me detailed information about the cars I was interested in purchasing without haggling me to buy the more expensive car. When I had a question for him he would always answer it and send the brochure or the car detail info so I had it. The day I made my decision I was driving off the lot in a preowned vehicke within a few hours. I was extremely happy with my experience and would recommend Carmax in Westborough for anyone searching for a preowned vehicle. And i had been to other dealerships for test rides.

It's a small but not tiny. It sort of roomier in the front but tighter in the rear seats. My model is the 2 doors coupe ex, with stick shift, it came well equipped with all the bells and whistles. Is good on gas and fun to drive. It's not incredible peppy but is fast and strong, and there's a lot of ways you can customize it with. Hondas have always been known for reliability, and this car won't disappoint you, it has 140k miles on it and stills runs like it was new. I got a really good deal from the dealer I bought it from, and they're pretty good overall. I would definitely buy from this place again!

Couldn’t be happier. Bought my Crown Limited used with 34,000 miles. Had for two months and she will be with me for many more. Great mpg (42.5), push cruise control and let her drive me with very little assistance.

Johnny knew the car, was able to explain all the features and answered every questions. He was friendly and not pushy making my car buying experience pleasant. When I came to pick it up it was clean, had a red bow on the hood, and sign with my name on it. The paperwork process with Ms. Santana was good.

I had a 21 TLX advanced with the 2.0 L four-cylinder turbo and in 2023 I traded it for the TLX type S. What a shockingly different car. Granted the car probably has about 75 hp less than it should from the factory but, it’s easy to tune and mine is in the 435 hp range now. It was a great car to begin with and now it’s even better. There are a couple nagging issues with it: the brakes rattle, the Brembo brakes upfront, the pads on the inside, rattle like a bad ball joint whenever you hit a bump. The dealer couldn’t fix the problem and Acura told them “that’s the way it is, they are performance brakes“ well that’s a bunch of hog wash so I fixed it myself. Just an inexpensive shim on the inside pad and all was fixed. There are some long-term issues that IJust an inexpensive shim on the inside pad and all was fixed. There are some long-term issues that I am concerned about: the rear suspension plug for the adaptive suspension can get corroded over overtime and the entire car needs to be stripped apart to replace a wire harness. I haven’t had an issue with this, but I did grease my rear plugs just to be on the safe side. And these cars are known to have transfer case issues, resulting in a transmission replacement. Again, I haven’t had that issue, but the car only has 9000 miles on it. Just things that I am concerned about long-term as it seems Honda/Acura reliability, even though better than anything out there, isn’t what it used to be. But this is a fantastic car! And I would absolutely buy it again.

Bought my 2015 Honda Accord LX used in 2018 with 42K on the odometer. It now has just over 100K and has for most of the past 7 years been a very good vehicle overall, requiring only manufacturer recommended routine maintenance. Within the past year, however, it has needed to have the starter replaced and repair work done on the air conditioning unit. The cost of those repairs totaled about $1,200. Not too bad for over 7 years of regular driving. I'm still really pleased with the performance of the vehicle. Handling, acceleration and braking are truly excellent. I'm most impressed by the gas mileage. On a recent 2,400 mile round-trip from Florida to Pennsylvania the car averaged just over 41 mpg. In local mixed driving it consistently gets between 35-37 mpg. Getting that type of gas mileage with the kind of performance it provides is hard to beat!

Have had great experiences here.bought a 2009 Jeep Grand Cherokee 3 years ago that I’ve had no problems with. we just passed it down to my Daughter.A couple months ago we went and bought a 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee. When we test drove it we mentioned that the rotors looked a little beat up when we went and picked up the jeep it had brand new Pads and rotors on all 4 tires. We only mentioned the front. They go above and beyond to make sure there customers are happy. Defiantly will be going back for a third vehicle next year when my other daughter gets her license

EX coupe, I4 engine, 5 speed manual transmission Bought this car used, traded in a Subaru Forester for it. Had about 125k ish on the odometer when purchased, coming up on 143k now with absolutely zero issues. Had to get the tire sensors replaced and a remote made for it, but I haven't had any mechanical issues whatsoever. Hondas are reliable to a fault, even more so with regular maintenance. I only run Chevron or Shell fuel, and Mobil 1 super synthetic oil to keep things clean. The computer lets me go up to 7k miles between changes! Good thing for me because this is my daily all around the state driver. Sound system is incredible stock, with an 8 inch shallow throw sub in the rear deck. As usual, Honda is known for great power trains, but a fairly cheap interior. No big unless you're looking for a luxury vehicle! Road noise is pretty average for a Honda, can be loud if you're used to Toyota or Chevy. Suspension is a little stiff and clumsy, but again, reliable. Don't expect to take this car off-road unless you want it to complain the entire way 😂 All in all, this is probably the best car I have owned to date. Sporty, stylish, and almost bulletproof. Going to give her a good tune up soon and I plan to have her for years to come!

(love it still but don’t need size anymore kids all grown up) We parked walked over to the Toyota . Minute or less Mack walked up to us , offered us coffee and water ! Then said feel free to walk around , also offered to grab us keys or lets us do our thing until we need him ! Just honestly such a nice experience with him and the cleanliness of the store ! Asked him for the keys ! I test drove the Toyota Highlander ! Test drive went great ! Asked Mack about 50 Questions and answered them all explaining where needed ! My new store !!!! I Love my honda just wish the seats would go higher they seam to sit very low, the passenger mirrow gets in the way for me im a shorty but other than that it’s amazing im a Honda person….

Bought 1 owner 76,000 miles 2007 e350 in 2022. Love this car zero issues. I did replace valve seals as recommended after 80,000 it’s been a great car so far and still looks and feels new
