I visited Sheehy Hyundai of Chantilly for service on my 2023 Tucson. It was easy to get an appointment. I was received in the service area quickly and informed of the service I would receive. I was notified of the progress of my service and other recommendations via text. The Service Technician was efficient and knowledgeable. It was a great experience.

This is a beautiful car, I love the heated seats, I love the heat on my back. This car is excellent on gas! I loveee my Elantra!

Nick Bernicat (our sales person) was so incredibly patient, understanding, respectful, personable, and professional, and he made our car buying experience so much easier and less stressful than it had been until we met him. He was truly a pleasure to work with. We had been to other car dealerships and had encountered the classic aggressively pushy tactics car salesmen are known for, and Nick was anything but that. He intentionally cut out time for us to talk alone and never made us feel pressure to buy. He helped resolve all of our concerns and was open and honest throughout the entire process. After telling him about our previous experiences, he assured us that he wasn't there to push us and that it was okay if we didn't decide to buy. He said his focus was to build a good relationship with us so that even if the dealership didn't have what we were looking for, we would still be comfortable coming back when we were ready to buy years down the road. We'll be back on the market again in a year or so to get a second car, and if this dealership has the right car for us, we're definitely willing to drive the two hours back to buy from him again. His focus on human connection made working with him enjoyable, which is saying something because we had been dreading going into another dealership. Our financing experience was much more mediocre. It was 8pm by the time we got to the finance guy and he wanted to go home. He was dismissive, and while he would answer direct questions, he didn't have much interest in slowing down to explain anything we asked about. I felt kinda trampled and didn't really enjoy any of the interactions with him, but I'd still go back to work with Nick.

I drove 3500 dually diesels for 25-30 years and then went to a Honda ridgeline 2018 new, love it until I drove my wife’s new car and decided I needed a car. My best friend had a Hyundai and loved it so I did hours of reviews Hyundai vs many others. All factors considered I decided to test drive a few. All things considered the Hyundai won and a low mileage 2021 caught my eye and I got it. After apps 1000 miles I am so glad I got it. Pros and cons Honda (H) push button start Hyundai (hy) key start, H remote start hy no remote start, H good ride hy better ride, H noisy hy less noisy,H electric keypad with gloves on more user friendly for me, hy parking easier, hy cornering better, H acceleration a bit stronger but hy smoother, both get the job done, I am 74 yo so I understand knobology better than the slow digital control for heat radio etc.,hy wins there- breaks equal, dashboard info hy wins, seems to love Google maps tolerates Waze, I prefer Waze. Pros and cons about not locking keys in car - can’t dash out start it w/o leaving key in ignition,physically gettin and out of the vehicle is harder, in a nutshell the things that matter more to me the hy wins so far.The salesman, Lamar was exceptional, a young family man earning a living by hustling but not rushing! Remember Lamar at Southern Auto Group in Newport News VA. Oh and the warranty was winner!

My second Insight. Lower interest rate and good trade in on my first Insight led to my second. Great gas mileage except in cold weather. I live in Nebraska. winter months drops about 6-9 MPG. Rest of the year is 48-50.The sweet spot is flat I-80 at 70 MPH with 55-60 MPG the norm. 75 MPH it drops to 48-49 an I can't complain. I', 6'3 and I fit with no problem. big trunk. Camera in right side mirror for lane change is great as well as back up camera. The back seat is kind of cramped unless you are short. Overall as long as the keep building them I'm buying.

Bought the vehicle new in October of 2023. Now it’s March of 2025. Have yet to have an issue🤞though have heard of common problems many have had. I’ve put roughly 20 k miles on the car in a year and a half (mostly interstate driving). Technology package is lovely and the vehicle has an overall stylish feel. It’s important to keep in mind, though, that you’re buying a 20k dollar vehicle from 2023. It’s plastics galore in there, so, though stylish, the material quality isn’t the best. If you’re someone who takes care of your things, you shouldn’t have an issue! Use the maintenance schedule found in the Owner’s manual and this vehicle should get you where you’re going for a reasonable amount of years. That being said, if you’re trying to decide between and LX[S] and GT (not including GT-Line), choose the GT. Though you’re paying a little extra, you get a standard transmission with real gears (the car has more power than you’d think too) rather than the CVT found in the LX[S] (and GT-line). CVT tech has greatly improved within recent years, but they’re still known to be problematic at times. All in all, this generation of Kia seems to be more reliable than most previous gens. Definitely a real deal competitor with the carolla/civic and worth the consideration!

Got the new color SAND DUNE PEARL and absolutely love it. I get all sorts of compliments on it. I had someone tell me that this car screams “ LOOK AT ME “ 2400 miles so far and a 46mpg average city / highway Love,love,love my car !

I have a 2017 Sonata SE that has been a very good, reliable vehicle. I spend alot of time on the road for my job and it had never given me any issues; very comfortable, gas mileage around 30+. As many others have said, the engine conked out at around 124,000 mi. The dealer replaced it with a new factory engine 2 mos ago. A week after I got it back, the accelerator something or other broke so I took it back and had to pay $500 to repair it. (they swore it was unrelated- I dont think so) Other than that, it has been a great car.

We always get good service at Koons Tysons Jeep- mostly because of Victor! He is thorough, detail oriented and kind!! The job gets done quickly and well… a rarity these days!

Comfortable quiet car with exceptional fuel economy. Lexus reliability and quality. One of the few misses is the placement of the CarPlay connector is under a panel on the console, I would prefer it to be hidden under the armrest. Hoping the next generation offers a plug in hybrid. I prefer hybrids to full electric.

Took the family to Vegas for a week. Enterprise have me the choice between the Malibu, Charger and K5. My youngest didn't want the grey Malibu and I didn't want to pay for the gas on the Charger with the V8. So we went with the black K5. I drive a SUV so it took some time to use to bending down to get into he car. Once we started driving I noticed how smooth and quiet the car was. The car accelerated with ease and the braking made you feel safe. My Dodge Journey is 2015 and doesn't have all the new tech. The K5's blindspot and car In front of you leaving warnings are great features. Although the K5 had great features the only negative I had was the infotainment unit. The unit worked just fine, I just didn't like how it was integrated. It looks as it was installed as an afterthought. Looks like it was just inserted like a Lego piece, I would prefer it flush in the dash.

I'm totally satisfied with my camry. It's the most advanced automobile I've ever driven.I commute 50 miles per day round trip and I get on average 53 miles per gallon. The traffic assist feature is my most used as I'm always in bumper to bumper traffic, this is when the camry hybrid shines best as it makes its own electricity. I've never owned a Toyota before. I traded my malibu for it & have never looked back.

I have never been disappointed for over seventeen years for coming to this particular dealership. The name may have change and some individuals have left. But the quality of customer services still expectational in my personal opinion.

I had a great experience with David Williams at Ourisman Kia Bethesda recently when buying a used Ioniq. He was extremely straightforward, helpful, and great to work with. Highly recommend. Best car buying experience in decades. There was none of the usual (lousy) back and forth, playing games; everything was straightforward with no surprises, no hidden fees, no bait and switch like I've seen at other dealers. I greatly value that. I started on their website looking at one particular vehicle and David answered on chat when I indicated an interest. Before I got too invested he volunteered that there was minor damage on the vehicle that didn't show on pictures. Other dealers would have not said anything and let me come in (a decent drive away) to try to sell me on something else, but David didn't do that bait and switch so I really appreciated that. He had other similar vehicles in stock so I decided to come on in anyways. When I arrived, the vehicle was not only already ready to go, they had put it through their detailing process right before I arrived. David encouraged me to take a longer test drive, and I was able to get a feel for the vehicle in a low pressure situation. He drove with me on my request and was very patient in answering my questions about the car and the dealership. We worked together to find a good deal that benefited both of us and I walked away very happy; I hope David and Ourisman did too. I really appreciate that when we finally started talking numbers, there wasn't that constant back and forth "let me bring it to my manager" dance. It was a very fast turnaround on price negotiation and I'm glad we didn't have any wasted time. Finalizing the deal went smoothly without problems. We've had the car now for a week and it's been great. As I said it's been one of the best buying experiences I've had. A+, highly recommend, would go again. The 2023 Jetta S and Jetta Sport are just about the best value you can find in a new car these days. Sure, you can buy a Hyundai or a Kia for a little less, but the Jetta is so much more car. I know from experience. I test drove the 2023 Kia Forte, Hyundai Elantra, Honda Civic, and Toyota Corolla. And the Jetta stood out with a level of quality that those other cars just didn't seem to have. If you need the latest technology, and a huge touchscreen, buy one of those other cars. The Jetta has a smaller screen. But I like that the Jetta still have knobs and buttons for the A/C and basic radio controls. The Jetta is also offered without driver assist features if you want to save some money. I bought my 2023 Jetta Sport without lane keep assist and all those extra features I don't like, because I pay attention when I drive. This knocked off a nice bit of money. After driving all those new cars, the Jetta had room where I needed it, comfort, and a level of quality I just didn't feel in the other cars, so I bought it. And I am very happy with my purchase.

I bought this car in 2013 for $15,500 and this car has been very reliable, minor problems in almost a 15 year old car. Good on gas ...All I do is maintenance and it's been good to me oil change brakes got my money's worth. Car now has 133,000 miles.
