I bought my hybrid accord brand new. I got 100K miles now and not a single problem and I'm getting 47mpg. I work for a dealership and out of every sedan it's size nothing feels better to drive.

Staff are always friendly, prompt and courteous. They do a great job and kept me informed about how the repair was going. I always take my vehicle here for service because I trust the job will be done right!

Leasing this car. Expected to wait a couple of months but received a notification that a car matching my specifications would be available the next week. The car met most of my requirements. The price of the lease was considerably more than I expected to pay but I agreed to the terms. Two months after taking possession of the vehicle, the brake actuator failed and I lost use of the vehicle for two weeks. Of course, the repair of the brake actuator was under warranty! The miles per gallon are what I have come to expect from a Toyota Corolla - better than 40 mpg on the freeway, a little less on surface streets. I replaced the standard interior rear view mirror with the one that has a built in Universal garage door opener because there was not a convenient place to mount the garage door opener that I had used with two previous Toyota Corolla leases. The thing I like about this 2022 Toyota Corolla: good gas mileage, bright headlights, good interior space. Things I do not like: cheap plastic rear trunk wing that broke in drive through car wash, black out lettering that standout on the greyish body color, unlit driver side lock/unlock buttons that are hard to locate in the dark when getting out of the car.

We wanted to trade in our 2021 Mitsubishi Outlander Sport GT in on something larger, and we already have a 2024 Outlander SEL that we purchased from White Bear Mitsubishi. Even though our car was in great condition, with only 21,000 miles, all of the dealerships gave us a low trade-in offer, (Toyota, Mazda, etc.) Carmax gave us a low offer to purchase. I loved my CTS. I owned a 2014 CTS 3.6 AWD. In my opinion, the 2014-2019 body style was not only the best CTS body style, but one of the best looking sedans ever! The drive of this care was phenomenal. Though I was not racing or a professional racer with my CTS, the acceleration and handling was out of this world. I would hands down buy this car again!

I didn't buy my 2022 Kia Soul from Kia Bloomington in 2021 because there were no cars available. But I did buy a car at another dealership because a salesman at Kia Bloomington referred me to this other dealership. Since then I have serviced my car at three other dealerships and at Bloomington Kia, and I'll be going to Kia Bloomington from now on. They're adequately staffed. They're organized and have fabulous customer service. They extended a warranty claim to me that saved me a lot of money. I trust their advice. Anyone in the Twin Cities looking to buy or service a Kia should give these professionals a shot. I am happy I did. And I'm not happy spending any money on a car!

I love the Cadillac CTS even with its mechanical quirks and relative unreliability. I have to bring it in here and there for little broken things, but the car is absolutely amazing all around. It has a comfortable ride, really amazing stereo system, its very fast, handles like a BMW, has a beautiful exhaust note (3.6) and it’s biggest quality is just how stunningly beautiful the styling is.

Can honestly say that this was the best car buying experience ever. Can’t thank John Shauer enough for all his help and making it painless from start to finish. We will definitely be back.

I just bought a 2013 Sentra SL. After buy8ng it I read some very bad reviews, regarding extensive repairs, costing thousands. I'm a low income, retired Senior, so this is all bad news to me. Mostly concerned about the issues they have had with their transmissions. My vehicle has 78,000km. Should I be worried!?

Comfortable, well powered, quiet, Bose system excellent, interior attractive, exterior has style. The rear window is low so it is difficult to use rear view mirror. Front pillars are wide and obstruct view to the left. Trunk is spacious.

I'm revising my review. I bought a very nice mustang GT Premium from Rav. I'm out of state so getting things done i thought would be near impossible after sale. Well the car had body work that was done before sale. Some issues came up with work done. I sent a review of Rav. They read it that day and by next morning I had a call from owner that they would take care of the body work. In this day and age, that's rare. Especially a smaller dealer. I really appreciate him calling and fixing. I have to get it there but they will fix. Estimate was 5000 here. Thanks Rav for responding and standing up for what you sell. Will be customer in future! User - Friendly experience overall. Staff Was good to work with and despite being very busy we were able to get the deal done relatively quickly. Really appreciated their flexibility in letting me keep my old plates (I had just paid the tabs). I have no hesitation with working with this dealership again in the future.

I purchased the new 2025 Kia K4 EX during late August for my wife to help celebrate our 55th wedding anniversary, and she simply just loves driving the car with all of its modern safety high-tech features, its comfort, and impressive driving performance. I've nicknamed the car "The Batmobile" with its Aurora Black Pearl exterior paint and stylish features that make this car stand out from other sedans that are in the cost-effective $20,000 - $30,000 price range. Plenty of room inside the car, a quiet smooth ride, and adequate acceleration whenever may be needed (e.g., entering onto a highway). The car comes with Kia's standard 5 year, 60,000 mile full warrantee, and 10 year, 100,000 mile powertrain warrantee which is still very generous of KIa.

I love driving a manual transmission and this car gives a big bang for the buck. I love all the features from the automatic high/low beams, right side camera when using the turn signals and the blue tooth capability.

I loved my 2013 Acura ILX! This car is incredibly reliable. I drove mine for 7 years with minimal, standard maintenance. Would still be driving it, but upgraded to a larger vehicle for a new season of life. I would recommend this car 100 times over. Great gas mileage, low maintenance, and amazing feel of a luxury vehicle.

I have the Sport AWD trim in Velocity Red. I’m coming off a 2015 Subaru Legacy Limited, which I loved. There is no comparison between the two cars. Even in sport mode the CT4 has a more comfortable ride. The Legacy’s cabin was a little roomier but the fit and finish on the Cadillac is top notch. Handling is much better too.

I bought 2017 Maxima in 2024...it is an awesome car looks sporty and is fast..great low and high end torque....I do use premium fuel as it recommends, note:I did purchase a warranty because I knew of some of the cars having cvt issues..so I took to Nissan they saw code recommended replacement of transmission with warranyi paid 200 dollars replaced...life is good so far 🙏🏾👍🏿
