Bought my 2012 brand new and 12 years later it still runs great! I have put o er 304,000 miles on it and have had no problems. I have done regular maintenance on the car and it keeps on ticking. The paint is poor condition and weather stripping has deteriorated. The interior has held well! The only thing after 12 years and lots of miles is the CD player is making noises and wearing out. I am going to keep driving until it dies which at this point seems like it might be another 100-200k miles.

I've bought this 2008 328xi and now has around 200k millage on it and stills driving amazing, good driving feeling, nice stylish and the engine stills showing good power, it has been needing some love, like regular maintenance but not major or really expensive problems or repairs at the end of the day.

I’ve owned my 2014 Volvo S60 T5 since late 2022 (roughly 2 years) and here’s my experience so far: Pros: -Superior safety; Volvo prides itself with fantastic safety ratings and constantly keeps the latest safety standards in mind when designing restraints and airbags. -Outstanding comfort; Hands down, most comfortable seats that I’ve sat in. Warmer weather oriented and has heated seats all around, heated windshield, and heated mirrors as standard. Suspension is butter smooth and interior is quiet with good tires. -Stylish Interior and Exterior; interior is luxurious and uses high quality materials. Entertainment features are tilted slightly towards driver and allow you to make decisions and hit buttons without having to look away from the road. Post-face lift model looks fantastic and eye catching and looks much better than the pre-face lift models in my opinion. The body panels feel sturdy and well built. -Performance and Fuel Economy; great performance and fuel economy for its class. I usually get around 17-19 city and 29-32 highway. It offers good economy for families and business workers that get to work via the highway. It can absolutely get up and move when you ask it to and can comfortably go 90-100+ with no issues. Cons: -Below average handling; the handling leaves a bit to be desired for the 2WD models. Definitely has quite a bit of understeer in the corners. It’s can also be a bit daunting to park due to its larger size. -Transmission bugs; the transmission is usually fairly smooth but tends to jolt when downshifting and when starting from a rest. From what I understand this is a common problem with Aisin transmissions of this era and can be fixed with a software update from Volvo. -Interior space; as with most sedans, the rear seats leave room to be desired. Most passengers will struggle with leg room. Trunk space is fine for airport trips, grocery runs, and light road tripping but is unsuitable for most moving and heavy lifting jobs. The Ugly: -Reliability; although this car has never broken down, left me stranded, or even had as much of a check engine light, the biggest killer is the oil consumption problem.This can cause a range of silent killers that usually don’t show up until they are catastrophic. The inline-5 engine in particular is greatly affected and is due to the lower oil control ring on the pistons to become clogged. This usually leads to the engine burning about a quart every 1K miles. This is not an easy fix and will require an engine rebuild. Volvo may offer an extended warranty for this problem but without a perfectly documented service record this service costs $5K. -Not DIY friendly (sometimes); for an at home mechanic, some tasks can be quite difficult to accomplish without special tools from Volvo. Standard issues like oil changes, brakes, and lights are easily accessible and straightforward to accomplish. More complicated issues such as suspension maintenance, coolant services, accessory belt maintenance, and problems related to the turbo can be difficult considering the complex nature of the car. Maintenance manuals are near impossible to find for free, however Volvo does offer a (pricey) subscription service to their in shop maintenance software. In summary, the 2014 Volvo S60 is a fantastic car for a competent car enthusiast who knows how to work on cars. Maintenance tends to be on the heavy side and weekly oil level checks are a MUST. This car is definitely not for anyone who doesn’t know much about cars or for someone who knows a trusty mechanic. It’s sporty, comfortable, reliable and safe if you know what you’re getting yourself into. Hope this helps!

I was originally referred to Stamford European Motors by my son when I was unable to reach my own mechanic in an emergency. After explaining the problem, necessary repairs were performed in a professional, very reasonable and prompt manner. I have remained as a satisfied customer for several years since then. They are able to order necessary parts quickly, their mechanics are very capable and the shop is nice and clean. Also, when I announced that I was shopping for a later model used Subaru Outback, Diego was able to find just what I was looking for, and at a very reasonable price. I am thrilled!!! Bought this car in 2017 for $6500. It had 86k miles. Currently its at 188k miles. Never changed the transmission oil. Other than regular maintenance I've only had to change the radiator, water pump, the struts and the coils twice. I will be changing the axles , front shocks and the valve cover. Car has been good to me. I thought the CVT would have given out by now with all the stories I've heard about them. Car is slow. Back seats are uncomfortable. MPG isn't the best for a 4cyl. Plenty of leg room and trunk space. If you can get one with less than 120k miles for cheap and you have a reliable and affordable mechanic take the risk. Worst case scenario you burn 3-4 thousand dollars. best case scenario you have 5-10 years of a reliable car without a car payment and you save on car insurance.

S60 T6 R design with 3.0. First off, 205,000 miles on original engine and transmission. Do the basic maintenance and the car will reward you. Amazing acceleration and handling, in league with other sport coupes. Except, comfy seats and smooth on long drives and pretty quiet. This, for a fraction of an audi or bmw. Wish it had a manual. Wish Volvo would keep making a true sport coupe like this. If they still made these I would buy another. I love this car.

This car replaced my 1993 Civic when the corrosion of the midwest did in the suspension, which was not worth repairing on on a car with 279,000 miles. Now my current Civic was approaching this benchmark fast befor Covid. It had some big shows to fill and easily did so. No problems, and it has been beat to crap. This is city driving, so the engine hours are through the roof. Average maybe 20mph thoughtour it’s life. Did need it’s starter replaced once, although this was less expensive than the old timing belt tuneup on the 93. There was an issue with thinning paint on trunk and the car has been hit with enough rocks and when parked that she is far from pristine. I vouch for the safety as this is the insurance replacement of one that got totaled with 60 miles on it back in 09, a roll over. Run off road by semi whose brakes failed. I find the car quite comfortable for commuting purposes and the AC still works. It’s a DX-VP, so she’s awfully spartan by modern standards. Now that I work from home, the miles are coming slower. I assume a better conditioned one with low miles would hold its resale value pretty well. I’d like to justify getting a new car to scoot around town but it’s impossible to justify.

This is hands down the best car I have ever owned!! I've had it 11 years and my 2014 Honda Accord has never needed a repair. I have only ever had to do regular maintenance on it (battery, brake pads, tires, etc). What an incredible value at $22K!!! One feature that has been buggy is the infotainment/Bluetooth but I can live with it.

I had a great experience from start to finish with Justin and the staff. I did not have a car to get there but seen a 07 Yukon Denali on the website with no pictures yet. I spoke to Justin and he explained they just got it in and they did not take pictures yet. Justin took pictures and videos of the whole truck. He even went under the car for video and pics of the undercarriage. I been looking for a car for a little over a month and the bait and switch the dealers did was not fair. 101 motors not only understood what I was looking for but they did not try and make me feel uncomfortable by showing me cars I could not afford. I dealt with Justin as a salesman and Joshua the manager in finance and I could not be happier with the service I received. If anyone asks me where to look for a car I will tell them to go to 101 motors because they know how to treat their customers. yes my car has 2014 miles on it just bought it from the auction the car was dealer kept from day one the car is in mint condition in and out i took it to the dealer and they love the car and said no problems you should get 300.000 miles out of it. it is dark gray color and black .i will be driving 6000 miles a year. so dont let the miles fool you. no oil leaks i have all the service records one owner. i said its in mint condition

While my 2014 Accord has but 78000 miles on it, it has been showing its 10+ years of age. Power train is fine, but brakes recently showed alarming tendency to seize (corrosion). More recently, I hear either a wheel bearing or CV joint starting to fail in the front end. Also the original starter motor failed at ~40000 miles requiring its replacement. This was not unique to my Accord. I have owned 3 Accords. This 2014 has been the most troublesome. Has Honda's quality control in general been slipping? This Accord would seem to make me believe it has.

I did some serious research and decided a Honda Accord Coupe built from 2015 to 2020 with the big V6 was a great car to buy used if I could find one with low enough mileage. I found one in Florida using Carvana that only had 29,600 miles on it. It helped that the car also has about all the neat accessories Honda put on 2016 high end Accords. The car is pretty and quick and comfortable. Three important boxes get checked out front. I love the car.

Bought my 2013 Accord EX-L used in 2021 and I love my car. Incredible gas mileage, a sunroof, an excellent factory stereo system, and smooth, zero to sixty in about eight seconds acceleration. Corners like a dream. Heated leather seats. Roomy backseat for the Pibble and a generous trunk. Very little cabin noise. I have total confidence that if I maintain scheduled maintenance on this car, and I will, it'll last me for another hundred thousand miles. I honestly think that the 9th generation Honda Accord was one of the best years for this car.

I've owned this car for almost 5 years, bought it with 104k. Now it has 230k and still running good. Never owned a car with these many miles on it. All I've done is regular maintenance and 1 oxygen sensor.(Make sure you don't buy aftermarket, won't work well) Love my car, still holding up very well and I believe I could easily get 300k or more. Was planning on selling it but I might as well keep it until it dies.

Once at the dealership and checking out other cars they gave me all the time I needed, never felt pressured and were very transparent about the car itself and what to expect (I bought a '99 Mercedes so the mechanic talked me through some of the issues that might arise). The only issue I had with mine was the led taillights that didn’t always work properly and it was frustrating because they would work perfectly for a while but started having some of the led lights would appear out and give the impression of a problem with them

Amazing car, but the door windows are so large, even the slightest bit of being rolled down blows rear passengers away! Not to mention the back glass causes the rear passengers a bit of a sun burn as well! Also, the clear coat on the car literally disintegrated within a few years, even with proper care. Other than that, the Vtec is a nice feature, power everything is also nice.

Bought my 2015 Honda Accord LX used in 2018 with 42K on the odometer. It now has just over 100K and has for most of the past 7 years been a very good vehicle overall, requiring only manufacturer recommended routine maintenance. Within the past year, however, it has needed to have the starter replaced and repair work done on the air conditioning unit. The cost of those repairs totaled about $1,200. Not too bad for over 7 years of regular driving. I'm still really pleased with the performance of the vehicle. Handling, acceleration and braking are truly excellent. I'm most impressed by the gas mileage. On a recent 2,400 mile round-trip from Florida to Pennsylvania the car averaged just over 41 mpg. In local mixed driving it consistently gets between 35-37 mpg. Getting that type of gas mileage with the kind of performance it provides is hard to beat!
