Ideal. Everything I could have hoped it would be. They are very responsive, efficient, courteous, knowledgeable, and trustworthy. And the single owner, practically mint 2016 Porsche Panamera 4 Edition they sold me? It’s the most gorgeous thing on the road.

I've had my 2019 Sr for almost 3 years and I absolutely love it. This editors review is pretty spot-on. The car is aesthetically appealing, reliable, and powerful...but the SR can be a bit bumpy and a smidge uncomfortable at times. I'm the type of person that changes cars often, but I'm having a very hard time letting go of this one!

Repair issue was quickly identified and fixed. Work was clearly communicated. I highly recommend Darrell and the service department at Harper.

Hi All! I picked up my Sonata SEL w/ Convenience about 4 months ago and man is it pretty. I get compliments all the time. Anyhow, I have just under 2,000 miles on the odo. and figured it would be a good time to leave some first impressions and what it's been like to live with along with some good and not-so-good experiences I've had. First the GOOD: Like I said, it looks amazing. In my opinion, the best looking midsize sedan on the market and everyone seems to love the design. The refinement levels are amazing. Hyundai did an impeccable job quieting this sedan down from the previous version (I had a 2020 model prior). I notice a rather significant difference at highway speed and just cruising around town in overall noise levels. Super pleased here. The ride quality isn't as harsh as the previous version either. Overall, it feels softer over bumps and potholes barely make it through. Yet, handling is still great albeit maybe a bit less sharper around corners. I think this is a great sacrifice though. The prior gen. seemed to have a rather jarring ride in my opinion. In typical Hyundai fashion, the lane keeping/lane departure assist along with dynamic cruise control works flawlessly, so much better than both Honda and Toyota, and I've driven them all. Highway trips are an absolute breeze with the Sonata. Now, the NOT so good: The door handle sensor only works occasionally. Reaching behind the door handle with the key in my pocket should theoretically unlock the door, but it does so only about 50% of the time. I find myself reaching back and forth to and from behind the handle, and maybe on the 2nd or 3rd or 4th attempt, the door will unlock. Watching from afar, it probably looks idiotic like, is this dude afraid to touch his car, what's going on!? Odd. There's a rattle in the passenger door and is REALLY heard when playing music, even at low to moderate volume. I'll get this checked out when my 1st maintenance visit comes around. The Carplay screen is WAY too bright at night. Like, blinding bright. I can adjust it down to the lowest illumination level and it's still pretty bright, but it also dims the speedometer screen! Then, during daylight, it's far too dim, so I have to go in and turn it back up to max illumination. There's only one illumination level from what I can tell and it controls both the speedometer screen AND the infotainment screen. I wish there was a way to lower the brightness of the infotainment screen while keeping the speedo screen brighter along with greater variances between day and night levels. All in all, I'm extremely happy with the 2024 Sonata. I highly recommend it over Accord (lacking features, horrible road noise, pricy) and perhaps even the Camry, although the new 2025 version seems to be pretty killer.

I have the 2013 model SEL. I really don't care for the front wheel drive but overall this car is a workhorse. I have 250,00 on the 2013 and she will get up and go smoothly. Good on gas as well and dependable. Except for the 2013 waterpump issue. Other than that, its dependable and the interior is nice leather, not cheaply made. Im getting another one for sure.

After over 78000 miles, nothing but regular maintenance. Trip from Atlanta to Ohio, 40 mpg. In town mileage 31-32 mpg. Had a 2014 and it was a great car as well. Paid $16,999 on sale in 2017 on Passat S. Best car in 55 years of driving.

Just picked up a Pre-owned 2022 with 15k miles. I owned three previous Toyota Vehicles,two Camry's and one Lexus. Unfortunately I've been one of the unlucky owners. Had quite a few weird issues with all three. I still wanted Japanese but luxury. I'm not a fan of SUV's. The Infiniti Q50 Styling hasn't changed really over in a decade. The Q60 although sharp was just too small. Then i decided to go for Acura TLX. I Wasn't interested in a A-pec too much going on. So I ended up getting a Technology Package which is perfect for me. I live in the Midwest, but have taken two road trips back to the Eastcoast. The TLX is quick and responsive. I've gotten compliments, and love the sleek design. She does use Premium Gas, but because she is a Turbo 4cyl it doesn't take alot to fill up. Honestly if something happened to my TLX like a accident etc, I'd get another one.

Great car for commuting. Have high safety scores which I tested on March 30th. I was hit from behind at 50mph and I walked away. My 2022 Monarch Orange/Black Sentra SR was shortened by 3 feet front and back. I just bought a 2023 Gun metal/Black SR Premium to replace the 2022. Best small car I driven to date.

Never thought I would buy another FORD. But here I am. I got the 2020 fusion SE hybrid. I absolutely love this car. Fully equipped which I love. Has more to offer then most cars at an affordable price. I bought mine for $27K with 12,382 miles on it. Runs great, I'm averaging about 45 MPG. Hint. Put the car into echo mode, and don't take off so fast. I use the gas peddle a bit more when going down a hill while on battery. I think this is a great before its time. A buddy of mine has his mileage at 275K on an older model. Bill

I absolutely cannot say anything for positive feedback about this vehicle. I purchased (used) a 2010 Mazda 6. This by far is the best vehicle I ever owned. No mechanical issues at all! I’ve owned it for 5 years and then passed it on to my son. I want it back! Only had to replace occasional brakes pads and stay up with oil changes. Mazda is amazing and I hope one day I will be able to afford a new one. I highly recommend. Safety is top notch in my book.

10/26/2025. Had issue with 2023 AUDI Q7. I had engine light came on, constantly running radiator fan and a very low cooling temperature. Call on Thursday and make appointment for Friday morning. When I brought car to the service, it took 5 min to complete the registration. Russell helped me with this problem, gave me clear explanation of the different scenarios and expected time for the inspection and repair. Because it was short notice for the appointment, dealership didn't have loaner cars available, but Russell managed to have someone to give me ride home (I live in proximity). in less than an hour I had a phone call from him about the problem; there were the failed thermostat and the temperature sensor. They had both parts in stock. By 4pm same day my car was ready to pick up. They've done repairs, test drive, multi-point inspection, and complimentary wash. Work was done quickly and flawlessly. It was covered by the manufacturing warranty. Also, I had all the answers to my additional questions. I worked with Russell a few times on both of my cars and every time he is taking care of my cars and me in very friendly and professional manners, Also want to thank the Mechanics who work on my car to service and repair it. The S4 has more than enough performance as expected. Handling, comfort are all excellent. Adaptive cruise control has been improved over our other Audi, 2018 Q5. This was a pre-order and the price was about the same as a 2018. Very nice car, delivered with no discrepancies. First 3,000 miles have been trouble free. Dealer service, when needed has been excellent (routine checks only on a 2018 Q5).
