This is a solid comfortable car nearing luxury status. My only concern is the infotainment system freezing at times and ignition loses connection with the FOB every once in awhile.

This car msrp was 31,995. I bought it brand new for 22,000 after all rebates and discounts. Car has been great, interior, exterior, performance, and reliable. However, my internal water pump went out at 144,000 miles and it was 2,300 to fix at the dealership. I often have to change brakes and rotors, about every 15,000 miles or so. It could be my driving. I was told I am an aggressive driver before. Besides that the car is good. If you are planning to buy this car with over 150,000 miles, make sure the water pump has been replaced. Oh, I had to fix the AC once.

Like no other experience ever! Was greeted and made to feel at home by a lovely young woman who got a salesman named Dave to assist me with the purchase. Never once was I concerned with how much they were charging me,,why?because the vibe was genuine, honest ,just a down to earth regular guy .whatever he said he would do ,he did ,no B.S. whatsoever. I went there with my down-payment in hand and left 2.5 hrs later with my new car.thank so much Dave and Dianna ,I will definitely be back in a couple years and will highly recommend anyone else I talk to that they should do the same .oh yeah Dave is also one of 2 owners at Motor Car West.i thought that level of service was a thing of the past.

I think the Mercedes W126 chassis is the last of the classic styling offered by Mercedes Benz as opposed to moving more to trendy styling after 1991 (definitely ending with the W140 after 1999). This car is the last of a breed and as a car guy I treasure ownership. I currently own 4 variants of the W126 Mercedes and love them all

I want to Thank Matt and all the people at Motorcar West. My 88 year old mother and sister fell in love with a Pt Cruiser on their lot. We bought it. The car needed some repairs. Matt gave my sister a car to use while their car was fixed. They didn't want my mom to be sitting there waiting. The car was repaired and my family is very happy. This car has met all my needs for the past four years. I have enjoyed driving smurfmobile since the day I got it. The next owner should know how good he was. Does have an oil leak but that’s the only thing wrong with it.

Dave and his team are a joy to work with. They were very attentive to the needs of my family when looking for a car. Dave was super friendly, and patient when dealing with our circus. I was planning to buy a luxury brand and test drove the BMW 3 series, the Audi A4, and the Lexus ES300. I then, due to reviews on Consumer Reports, tested the Subaru Legacy in it's top form, the Touring XT with a 260 HP engine, and I was blown away. Almost as quick as the BMW but rode smoother and quieter. Not as smooth and quiet as the Lexus, but more fun to drive. The Audi seemed cramped and the dealer was a disappointment. The Legacy interior was the most attractive in my opinion, has 4 wheel drive, a great sound system, and ended up being my favorite of the 4 cars, regardless of price. When you consider how competitive (or better) the Legacy is compared to the other 3 cars, and that I saved $13,000 on the price, it was a no brainer. It's really sad the Legacy is being discontinue, but all my comments also apply to the Outback Touring XT. The Legacy is a great car at a bargain price.

Bought the Legacy Touring XT model. Previously owned Lexus and Infinitis, and this is a good or better than those cars. Smooth handling and responsive engine/ride. Dashboard is easier to use than expected. Nice connection to Airplay. Speakers are great. Safety systems are very good. Leather is luxurious. I would never have selected this car if I didn't already own a Forrester, which is also well built. I feel like I bought a luxury car for a 15K discount if not more

Replaced my 10 yr old Legacy as 2025 is the last model year. I loved my 2015 Legacy. Very reliable and no issues at all at 122k. Hoping for the same. The 2025 has some nice improvements. So far, so good!

Everything went very smoothly. They had the vehicle I was looking for. The salesman, Ed W. was knowledgeable, customer friendly and patient. We were buying this vehicle for our business so a little more involved. The vehicle was nicely cleaned, prepared and even had a tank full of gas. just bought my third Suburu from Suburban and honestly I wouldn't go anywhere else. salespeople are knowledgeable and no pressure. Amanda was my salesperson and was very patient as I looked at multiple vehicles and then she found me my perfect one. Finance lady was also great...found me an amazing rate AND a discounted bumper to bumper warranty for 9 years (Not that any of my Suburus have needed it: 8 years with my last Forester and no issues at all) a really wonderful experience with this team

Great car no problem with the car very reliable great gas mileage. Love the way it handles, not the quietest car but it’s not annoyingly loud. Connects to your phone pretty well only had one problem with it connecting to my phone but it’s never happened again.
