I arrived on a Tuesday to test drive a Ford Edge that I was interested in. After checking out other locations are returned on Wednesday to finalize the deal. I've known car purchases to take up your entire day but even with a trade-in, Omar had me out in two and a half hours.

I have always driven a Ford and had a 2012 Ford Fusion SE, and drove it to 266,000 miles. My 2020 Fusion Titanium is awesome!!

We purchased this 2013 Honda Civic new , it now has roughly 135,000 miles now in January 2025 and has only received regular service maintenance. It has not needed any repairs , with the exception of tires, two battery replacements , and proactively replaced brake pads and rotors.

I love it. This was on my bucket list. I couldn’t be happier. The employees at the dealership are top notch. I recommend them to anyone.

We purchased a 2017 Acura RDX from Michael Harrison who is wonderful and I’m sending all my friends to him! Alan was also involved and was very fair and helpful. Brian in the service department is amazing. we just mentioned that we were concerned about the brakes and he insisted that we leave our car and let him check the brakes. He gave us a beautiful loaner to drive. He fixed the brakes perfectly. So sweet I wanted to hug him. He makes the service department amazing. I love the fact that it is self-charging. That was a huge factor in my decision. The car if comfortable for me but my taller husband finds it a bit small and confining. It has great pickup and I have saved a lot of time and money by not having to fill up with gas so often. The one thing I am worried about it the quality of the tires. They are low-profile tires, filled with nitrogen and the vehicle does not come with a spare. This put us in a hazardous situation when one tire blew out on I-95. Without a spare, we had to get towed to the nearest dealership in Virginia. I wish I could replace all the tires with regular ones, but that is not possible with this make and model.

Service Manager Doris took care of my car paint work which was covered by Acura paint warranty. I am about to move out of the town soon and when I mentioned this to Doris, she was kind enough to expedite the paint work job and return the car to me on time. Five stars to Doris, thank you very much! Doris rocks!! :-)

I have a 2007 toyota sienna and a 2020 Kia Sedona. I have also had different types of cars in the past, Subaru, Honda, Land Rover, Camaro. I need another used vehicle and I started doing a LOT of research and was going to go for a newer Camry, but by pure accident I discovered this 2014 Camry. To make it really short, I ended up purchasing one in mint condition with 30K miles. To make this review really short, I LOVE this Avalon. Same engine with the same AWESOME and bulletproof six speed transmission!!! I HATE the eight speed transmission in the new Kia Sedona. This Avalon is smooth and powerful. I did not want a four cylinder car. I have never driven an older Avalon model but I do believe people saying that car is smoother and more comfortable, but, my Sienna is also very comfortable and I have zero complaints with my new used Avalon. The handling and smoothness is just awesome and I feel it rides like half my Sienna and half my Sedona, meaning that it has a very nicely balanced ride. This car was just the right car for me.

I went in to have my 2006 RL serviced and ended up buying a 2023 MDX. Demareo (MJ) was our sales guy. We really liked him . He had such an up bet personality. I want Acura to know what a great young man he is. His knowledge of the car and instructions on how to operate all bells and whistle 😁 . I’m sure I will need him again for other things. Thanks for to Demareo!! We love our new MDX.

I bought a 2012 Avalon 2 years ago, my mechanic told me it was one of the most reliable vechicles on the market . I absolutely love the vechicle . My only complaint is that I’m 6’2 and it’s too low to the ground and my head nearly touches the roof when I’m behind the wheel. If this vechicle was a few inches higher it would be a luxury vechicle for a life time . I highly recommend this vechicle…

This is the second vehicle we have purchased from Mercedes-Benz of Collierville. Why? Because their people are AWESOME and their focus on Customer Service is the best I have seen/experienced at a car dealership ANYWHERE!!! From the General Manger to the Lot Porters, they all seemed to be focused on the Customer Experience. For example, we were there for service and they were really busy; we saw Armandi Hajdini (General Manager) hustling to bring several cars up from the car wash and even towel drying them on the Service Drive to reduce customer’s wait time. I am not an impulse buyer and usually shop four to six months before buying a vehicle. After researching pre-owned vehicles in a 200 mile radius of Memphis, Mercedes-Benz of Collierville had the BEST Deal (lower miles, lower price, and the vehicle was Certified). This car should be classified as an “exotic”. The S550 Coupe is by far the best vehicle I’ve ever owned. Well, our 2008 S63 AMG was a monster, but very heavy. The ride is harsher than expected over rough roads, but it isn’t close to a deal killer. The interior is perfect, but the controls were clunky at first….until you get used to it.

I bought my 2018 Lexus ES350 "previously owned" in 2021. It had 18K miles on it and was Lexus Certified. It now has 30K miles on it and has been a good car for me. I love this car and would buy it all over again. It is a smooth running car and has been reliable. It is a comfortable car with great looks. The only downside is the "unusual" user interface center console control. This model year did not have a touch screen. I have adapted to the big square button used to manipulate the display screen and it's not so bad. Other than that, no complaints so far. I hope Lexus continues to offer the ES350 in the future. It is a classy, reliable car that I intend on keeping for quite some time.

I have been driving Mercedes Benz s class vehicles for over 10 years, traded every 3-4 years and have been very happy, always have them serviced at the dealer, always received a loaner, no complaints.

Best Mercedes I have ever owned. Accept for normal maintenance the car has never had a service call. The Brigstone tires that came with the were terrible. Only got 20,000 miles out of them.

Third vehicle purchased from my hometown Dodge/Jeep dealership in the last eight years. Must say the new owner is making strides trying to make things better. Worked with Tyler C. Buying a 2024 Jeep Wrangler Willys. Seamless transaction. Called him at 330 pm to set up a test drive. Showed up at 350 pm. Closed the deal and was out of there by 6 pm. This is the 22nd car I’ve bought in my lifetime and by far the fastest and easiest transaction ever. I highly recommend Collierville Jeep/Dodge.

I only had the car 1 month but drove it to Florida (all around) and back and put on 3,500 miles. My car is a GT-Line, Wolf Grey with the Red interior, Bose speakers etc. The car is a real pleasure to drive. Very Quiet on the road, and my mileage exceeded the 37 mpg epa rating, and that’s while maintaining speeds of 80 mph with 2 people and fully loaded with luggage. Little if any wind noise. Note that at times I hit much higher speeds not knowing since it was so quiet & smooth. The engine RPM was mostly between 2 to 2.1 at 80mph. The power of the 2.5 liter is good, and slightly better than the 2019 Camry I had, which was a very good car as well. The Bose system sounded great, and all the alert sensors and some other sensors like keeping your car steering between the lines worked very well, but I preferred to turn that off most of the time. If you turn on your turning signals to changing lanes, and a car is present, not only does your side mirrors alert you, but you’ll get sound notices and the steering wheel will vibrate. Triple redundancy. The handling is very good, and secure, brakes are excellent and has a very good feel to them. A very important note is, I appreciate that the 2.5 engine has both Direct & Port Injectors on each cylinder. Port injectors will help cleaned the valves and clear any carbon build up. This is the same arrangement my Camry 2019 had which greatly reduces or eliminates carbon buildup in these Direct Inject Engines. The Nav system worked flawlessly and quickly. I also love you can remotely start your car with the key FOB (No additional charge) or with Kia Connect though Kia connect is only free the 1st 3 years. Also, happily, it doesn’t have the stop & start engine control which can cause more wear on your starter motor with little gain on MPG. The seats are very comfortable as I can attest driving 12 hours straight on my first stop. The car’s 8 spd auto shifted smoothly in all conditions. Plenty of room inside. Lot of storage in the console area for incidentals and drinks. I enjoyed the Panoramic roof. The negative was the Combine toggle Climate & Media control is a bit counter intuitive and sometimes causes more effort to control. Trunk space is good, as I had lots of luggage. The car feels solid & hopefully reliable down the line. The only other negative which is because I do my own oil changes etc, is this car takes a Cartridge oil filter (Not spin on) and takes 6.1 quarts of oil, (Not 5 qts) but I knew this well before I bought it but it’s location and design is good. So it’s not a real big deal, but this will cost a little more for oil changes. Recommended oil chg is 7,500 but I’ll be doing it every 5 to 6K for sure. BTW recommended oil is 0 -30W. Based on my limited time but very heavy usage I highly recommend this car, and I really enjoy driving it. Very sporty looking.
