I just bought a new vehicle from Billion and had an excellent experience. I was a bit hesitant and cautious working with them at first, since this site has so many negative reviews for this dealer, but the experience was absolutely top-notch all the way around. I knew exactly what car I wanted, with the exception of the color. We had worked out the financials of the deal over email, as I live approx. 2 hours away from this dealer. Upon arrival, the two cars were up front and ready for me, the salesperson was very courteous and welcoming, I selected the car and had no surprises at all during the purchasing process. They held true to the numbers we had worked out before my arrival, and made the 2 hour drive 100% worth it. I would absolutely work with them again, and in particular, my salesperson (Jeff).

I bought my car as used from the dealer. I have had no issues so far with it. The radio and heater work better than my old Toyota Corolla.

dealerships. We initially went to Carousel Preowned an hour before close on Thursday night and Dominic showed us several vehicles within my price/payment range. He was very friendly and easy to work with and he did not pressure us at all. Friday, I went to test drive a few other cars at other dealerships and went back to Carousel again Saturday to test drive a few of their vehicles. We took a 2017 Buick Regal Premium II with 32k miles for a test drive first, and I knew right away that I didn't need to test drive anything else...it was everything I wanted. Dominic made the whole process very easy and non-stressful. He went above and beyond to get us the best deal possible financing the car and the paperwork and everything was completed quickly and we were on our way in my new car. It is a black car, which gets dusty very easy, so we didn't notice that there were white "spots" on the hood of the car. I called Dominic on Monday, and he said to bring the car in and they would try to figure out what it was and what they could do to make it better. 1.5 hours later, he called to say that the car was ready. I looked at the hood before going in to get my FOB from Dominic, and it looked GREAT! They said that their best guess is that a few were rock chips but the others were possibly tree sap and overspray and they were able to buff/wax them all out. We are extremely happy with our experience with Dominic and Carousel Preowned and will recommend to friends and family looking to buy a vehicle.

I've been told Ford is not making the Fiesta anymore! So glad I found this one, she's a beauty 😍 I bought mine new (Ingot Silver) I lovingly call her Inga...😂 Sunroof and all..in Florida. My 1st new affordable car since I was active duty USAF back in the 90's. Pathetic,huh?

Bought my '16 A6 3.0 TDI a year ago with 89k miles, now has almost 110k miles, and drives like a dream still. Can't even tell it's a diesel engine by the way it drives and how quiet it is. I drive a lot for work, and the gas mileage is amazing! Interior is comfy, classy, and roomy. Drives like butter, handles like a sports car. Exterior isn't too flashy, it's perfect. No issues, and my last checkup at the German export dealer was perfect. My favorite car I've owned, now I want an A8 L!

So much fun to drive and very smooth. It shifts into gears smoothly. Seats are very comfy . High performance. Perfect for someone looking for a fun yet stylish car .

A little smaller than I would have liked, however, considering its competition my choice over any BMW, Toyo/Lexus or Niss/Infiniti. Got a great deal on a leaseback and over 3 years less than 2K deprecition. ALSO, it's got three pedals!!! Woudn't drive anything else. People talk about reliabilty ... haven't had a glich.

I bought it new in January 2015. Three month later my wife and I drove it from Orange County, CA to Quebec. Across the lower US states, up the East Coast to Newfoundland, then Quebec. Down the Canadian side to Niagara Falls and on to Ohio (once our home state). Up through MI upper peninsula, the Dakotas into Saskatchewan. Across lower Canada to Vancouver and all the way down the West Coast to home. Averaged 33 mpg over 15,000 miles in 69 days. NEVER a problem! Still own it and now it's at 89,000 miles. New tires, brake pads, oil/filter is all I have done. It's my 8th Acura since 1989! Excellent cars!!

This is one of the few car dealerships, if not the only one, that I would write a positive review about. We purchased a Corvette from them...cash and no trade-in and everything went really smooth. There was no pressure, no wires and mirrors, just a normal business transaction. Of course we had to negotiate a bit but that is normal. In short, this firm did not try to screw us and we appreciated it. Just wish they had what we are looking for now.

I have 34K miles on my '21 Camry and have enjoyed every mile! Traveling from FL to MN and back every year, we get 39+ MPG at 75 MPH (who needs hybrid or electric). The 4 banger engine provides more than adequate power. The transmission is the only weak point - Probably the worst automatic trans I have ever owned. It hunts and shifts to a lower gear needlessly at just about any speed.

I drive eighty miles round trip to work. My Legacy is quiet, comfortable and the Eye Sight is great! I’m safe and secure knowing my Subaru has my back. I’d like better mpg but at 32 on average I guess I shouldn’t complain. Love my Subie!

I bought my Elantra new. Never had to take it in for mechanical problems just front end due to pot holes. The car gave me an average mileage of 5.3/100km. I finally traded up to a newer Elantra. My old car had 483000km, no warning lights or repairs to the engine or transmission. Keep up with your maintenance

The car meet all my needs always wanted a car with a sunroof and leather seats so it meets all my desires. I enjoyed the test drive and the ride home was really comfortable, nice traction on road nice sounds very enjoyable ride.

My experiance with Billion Hyundai in Iowa City was all good. I live 170 miles away,so most of the deal was worked out online. When I arrived,the salesperson was courteous and helpful.And the car was clean and ready for me to drive.I`m glad I made the drive to Billion.I think the price I paid was fair,and they gave me a fair deal on my trade. I purchased this car new in 2017 with the intention of giving it to my daughter when she started driving in 2019. I ended up keeping it and bought her something else. I have been very happy with this car. It is approaching 100k miles and I have not had one major repair on it. I've always changed the oil on it at regular intervals. (Note-if you let the oil get low, the car may stall and the oil light will come on, especially when turning left, but that's on me.) I wanted an economical car and it continues to get great mileage--around 40 MPG on the highway. It has been on multiple trips to Florida and Georgia and it has done well. I am 6-3 and ride comfortably in the driver's seat. We are now a Hyundai family. As I think about replacing it with a small SUV, I will give Hyundai more than a fair opportunity to earn our business.

Salesman was excellent, finance was excellent. Its hard to complain when you show up at 4:30 the car is little bit dirty and needs fuel. But they handled it all quite well. This was even on a Iowa Hawkeye football weekend! They have some very nice stuff on the lot, and the showroom too!. I loved looking over the selection of Trucks and especially the New Dodge Challengers! No High pressure gimmicks, just honest people making a living doing what they like to do!

Love my 2017 Malibu Lt. Never any issues with engine , interior etc. new battery. Good performance. A reliable car . Sits 5 comfortably. Plenty of trunk space

Experience was better than I was hoping for. Received more for my trade-in than I thought I would and did not receive an arm-twisting experience to acquire a new car. Sales person, Jacob, was very friendly and laid back and made the whole process very smooth. All my questions were answered immediately and politely. Great car for commuting. Have high safety scores which I tested on March 30th. I was hit from behind at 50mph and I walked away. My 2022 Monarch Orange/Black Sentra SR was shortened by 3 feet front and back. I just bought a 2023 Gun metal/Black SR Premium to replace the 2022. Best small car I driven to date.

Bought my 21 Sentra SV Brand new,car now has 37000 on it.Quite honestly has been super reliable.reccomend.Only problem I did have was an electrical issue.They replaced the BCM under warranty all is well
