This car is incredible. It is so fast right front the factory and has so much luxury and comfort I am blown away. I have owned over 20 cars and this is by far the best one. Every time I slide into the driver seat and cruise around it brings nothing but smiles to my face.

(010924: 88657m) I love the car, hands down, a "true legend"...extremely reliable, rides nice and smooth, great wheelbase for NE winter season, have not had to put much expense-wise in to replacement parts since July 2017 purchse @ 48500m. Emissions Recall taken care of no cost at a DCJ dealership...top two fav. features are: the rounded dash near int. windshield and the OEM rims...genuine MOPAR, all the way! i wish for the resons given that they could have extended production by another year or two...three years was not long enough...Thank You so much 'FiatChrysler'...as well, Jeff Hammoud and Christian Farcas...an awesome car if there ever was...again, a "true legend"! This is a solid comfortable car nearing luxury status. My only concern is the infotainment system freezing at times and ignition loses connection with the FOB every once in awhile.

You were able to get me the exact car that I was looking for when other dealers just tried to get me to buy something else. There were a few delays, but were not the fault of the dealership - throughout the delays, communication was always there to keep me informed of what was going on.

Wife's car blew out a rear wheel brake cylinder in 2023. We limped in & explained the problem to Lauren, she checked the puddle of brake fluid around the rear wheel & immediately put a hand written sign, NO BRAKES, on the dash before finishing the repair order. I've been drving my 2015 T.C. 2015 LE Eco for last 6 1/2 years and I love my car. I'm glad reviews consider it a good value and long lasting at 55 this is for cars but the car is great and I can honestly say no complaints.

First let me start by saying I am a 57 year old man who has owned almost every brand of car on the planet including BMWs 7 series and The MERCEDES 550. In comparison this car is an absolute pleasure to drive. maintenance and repairs are a walk in the park compared to the other high end cars on the market. The pick up from the twin turbo engine is unreal and matched to the gas mileage it is truly unbelievable. Sure there are faster cars out there if you’re looking for performance but this rocket is a luxury car and trust me it runs like a rabbit with really no issues while getting you down the road in style and class. To date I have over 80,000 miles on the car and it has been a true dream to own and drive. I can’t wait to buy my next one in a year or so.

After speaking with the General Manager, Jeff Mazer, it wasn't the dealership so much as it was the finance manager (who is no longer employed there). While this practice was done, it was NOT the dealership that employed the tactic. The dealership took measures to rectify the situation by terminating the employee and sending a check for the whole amount of the protection plan ($3,250) to my lien holder. It took some work and yes, I am still a bit butt hurt, but I will continue to be a customer here.

About 1300 miles into a new 2023 WRX Premium. Car is a blast to drive and mine also has the Harmon Kardon sound system upgrade (very nice audio). Not as creature comfortable as my past BMWs but definitely comfortable. Premium only came with cloth seats so added seat covers. MT is the only way to go! An honest fun to drive car at a reasonable price.

The goods: Perfectly blends performance and comfort. Easily gets ~40 mpg during the summer time on highway drives without sacrificing any power (2.0T Premium Plus Quattro) . DSG is pretty fun when driven aggresively. Tech still feels fresh for a 2017. B&O sound is stellar. Very reliable despite the VW/Audi reputation in the past. This is the ultimate daily sleeper in my opinion. The not so good: DSG shifts quite harshly on low speed or during bitter cold months when the car is not warm enough. DSG maintenance is also quite costly and has to be done every 40k miles. Other nitpicky items: Audi non-sport seats have pretty short thigh support, so get the sport package with the thigh extenders, they are totally worth it. The need to use infotainment screen to put wiper in service position and check oil level (yup, no dipsticks) is unnecesary. Brake pad wear sensors are annoying when they go off. Major service reminder reset needs to be done at dealership, so it can be a little pricey. Overall, I think this is one of the best cars I've ever owned. I usually like to get the top trims, but Premium Plus (mid trim) is the way to go and has a lot more equipment than you'll need. The nickpicky items I think are common in modern cars, so not really a deal breaker.

The service attendant was friendly, polite, and knowledgeable. He asked about my desire to replace air filters, which I elected to have done.

Love this car! I have 81000 miles on it,the only thing I’ve done is brake job and this the 3rd set of new tires. I’m going to be getting a new Toyota soon and using this for a trade in.

Got this car as part of a trade with my 2013 Chevy Malibu. It's not a bad car did have a few issues with the spark plugs that came out of nowhere. And they had to be replaced along with a few other issues but outside of that it's been a pretty reliable car that has gotten me from point a to point b. Everything works well the Bluetooth has worked wonders along with the seats being comfortable and it drives smooth.
