We had a great and low pressure experience buying a car with Stan. We wanted something very particular and they had it. The car is in great shape and they did an excellent job reconing it. After going to multiple dealerships and dealing with the typical "sales guy" Stan was a breath of fresh air!

Bought my 2012 brand new and 12 years later it still runs great! I have put o er 304,000 miles on it and have had no problems. I have done regular maintenance on the car and it keeps on ticking. The paint is poor condition and weather stripping has deteriorated. The interior has held well! The only thing after 12 years and lots of miles is the CD player is making noises and wearing out. I am going to keep driving until it dies which at this point seems like it might be another 100-200k miles.

Liked the outside design, I got the M package, red calipers etc... Not use to having a gear level, miss my analog gauges In previous 5 . Top of dash grill has a cheap feel, plastic.

We purchased this 2013 Honda Civic new , it now has roughly 135,000 miles now in January 2025 and has only received regular service maintenance. It has not needed any repairs , with the exception of tires, two battery replacements , and proactively replaced brake pads and rotors.

Spent a full week trying to decide between a Toyota Prius and Nissan Juke. Both were low mileage vehicles and immaculate. After 3 test drives, fell in love with the Juke. Beth and Kelly were so patient and quick to respond to any questions. Took the car to a friend who told me to buy, and quickly. Car was priced below book value and had 4 brand new tires and brakes/rotors. Also, dealing in used cars from auctions, my friend told me they were the most honest dealers around. Made my decision so much easier. I have had the car for 2 weeks and couldn't be happier. Adding a 4th car to the family was initially a stressful time, but finding a great car for a great price took a lot of the stress away.

I've owned my '15 Dodge Charger SXT Plus Rallye for over 2 years. Have not EVER had a problem with it and still enjoy getting in it and driving. Great response time and acceleration. Sexy body style. The sales consultant that I worked with, Mr David Smith did an excellent job. Buying process went very well for me. The only part of the whole process that I didn’t believe was right, was that I had explained that I buy my vehicles and was not interested in leasing a vehicle. After asking him for the bottom price on the truck, he sent me a quote that I was sure they could do better on. Did receive another quote a day later that included a lease rebate. That rebate was not mentioned in email which myself and wife reviewed. When contacted that we could work with that price was then informed of the rebate. So it was either come up with the extra money or cancel deal after moving money from other accounts. Deal is done and happy with the vehicle

I have the 2021 XSE Nightshade edition. Runs super smooth and great for long trips. Bought it new and have had no issues only compliments from other Toyota owners. This car will probably outlast me. Gas mileage is awesome. Less power but that’s what you sacrifice when getting the hybrid so it’s worth the trade off.

I really love my new car. This is the 3rd Sentra that I have had. It is really comfortable and is a very good-looking car. I haven't learned everything there is to know about the car but the reference guide is very helpful. My last car was a 2010 so there are some major differences in it but I am learning!

Have been shopping for a truck for a week. Though I did not ultimately purchase a vehicle at Neat, my experience with Louis made this dealership my top pick among the 7 or 8 that I visited. I had narrowed my purchase down to two very different options - a higher mileage 4 cylinder at Neat and a lower miles 6 cylinder in a higher price point at another dealership. Louis sat down with me to look at both options, and encouraged me that the other vehicle appeared to be a great deal. He talked through the potential trade-offs without any pressure, and even after it became clear that I was leaning toward the V6 he continued to spend time to help me understand the complications with the Tacoma frame recall which affected both purchases. He also gave me a number of references for folks who could help out with my purchase of the other vehicle, for modifications I was interested in making. Louis is knowledgable, generous and clearly puts his customer first. Neat will be my first stop for my next purchase.

I am amazed everyday I drive this car is just really reliable and simple I have the most basic one but that is also something I appreciate. It's honda at its best pure engineering. Exceptional experience buying vehicle, and now was my first experience with the service dept. Jacob was my service liaison, friendly and caring. Sent videos and emailed service check list. Had my truck brought to me when I came to pick it up. Very happy with this dealership.

Decent but not outstanding. Had a problem with the passenger side motor mount causing a rattle that was fixed under warranty at the 5000 mi service. The part was backordered, so there are probably more than a few with this problem. A discoloration of the dash appeared by 2000 miles. Since it read "Toy" it was likely from the factory. There is still a small bubble in the rear window tint film. It drives well. I like the automation now that I'm used to it. It brakes too hard using adaptive cruise control when traffic slows down, but I guess the radar is doing as well as it can. It's not particularly comfortable, but Toyotas aren't known for that. Had to turn the driver's headrest around, as it pushes my head too far forward. I think that's required by law. The infotainment center works fine. They started using a new one after the 2024 debacle. I bought the car to keep it for a few hundred thousand miles. We'll see.

She makes car buying easy, and if you've bought cars in your past, you know that almost never happens. No runaround, no strategy to maximize their profits at your expense. This is my precious car I lovedddd the car but winter is tough with the snow. My only complaint was the low profile tires are more prone to flat tires I had a lot! Snow and hills are not ideal but I worked overnight hours so roads are the worst at those hours!! Overall LOVED the car but wanted a safer car for work and child transport!!
