I'm using my smart phone and it is acting funny while I was trying to give my stars. I give jets 5 stars across the board. I said I wanted a vehicle they had they privately contacted the bank. I didn't even know I was approved when they gave me the keys. They cleaned it so I could take it out for the weekend without waiting for the detailing, and they picked it up Tuesday so I didn't have to drive it down and made it completely imaculant. They were kind, considerate, and made my car buying experience amazing. It was a great car buying experience, and for anyone looking I would suggest JETS.

Had 2021 sr. car was rear ended and, if not for car, I would be dead. All those safety measures took hold, air bags, belts. Couldn't find another like it. Settled for 2018 SV.

I bought my Elantra new. Never had to take it in for mechanical problems just front end due to pot holes. The car gave me an average mileage of 5.3/100km. I finally traded up to a newer Elantra. My old car had 483000km, no warning lights or repairs to the engine or transmission. Keep up with your maintenance

Shane was wonderful to work with! He had previously sold my husband and dad a car. We came in looking to trade in my used Subaru which was not running the best. He came over and sat with me next to the children’s play area since I had my son with me so he would be occupied and they gave me more than what I was expecting for my trade in. Bought my 2012 brand new and 12 years later it still runs great! I have put o er 304,000 miles on it and have had no problems. I have done regular maintenance on the car and it keeps on ticking. The paint is poor condition and weather stripping has deteriorated. The interior has held well! The only thing after 12 years and lots of miles is the CD player is making noises and wearing out. I am going to keep driving until it dies which at this point seems like it might be another 100-200k miles.

I have been to many car dealerships but I have never been to one quite like this. The customer service was top notch! Tom Jennings puts more effort into finding you exactly what you want than anyone I have ever seen. His efforts are above and beyond. My experience at Ferris with Tom Jennings has set the bar pretty high for what I expect out of dealerships in the future. Overall, my experience was great! I felt like a valued customer even when I had chose not to make a decision that day.

I love my low mileage CPO 2020 Altima SV fully loaded well maintained car with only 23K miles. Car gets excellent gas mileage and nice pick up. Beautiful beige protected seat and stony blue metallic with paint protection. Take care of your vehicle and your vehicle will take care of you. Replace CVT fluid every 30K and regular tire or oil changes you will be fine. I’ve had two other Nissans with CVTS with no issues.

We just stopped by to look and went home with a new car! Everyone was very accommodating, and the customer experience can't be beat. Tom was outr salesman, and he certainly made sure we were satisfied. Lisa took care of the delivery and orientation process. She definitely went above and beyond to answer all my questions and make sure I knew how to use all the features of my new Rav 4. I highly recommend Ferris!

Purchased this car used in 2023. Right from the start had issues with the A/C compressor. It went out and I had it replaced with a used one to save a bit and it immediately went out again after a week. Mistakenly, I had an another used compressor put in and it proceeded to essentially blow up and damage my battery and belts. I guess there is an issue with the part for this model year. Otherwise I have not had any crazy issues other than regular maintenance costs. I absolutely love this car for its storage ability. It's small enough to handle city driving and small parking spots, but large enough to fit everything you need to carry. I fit all of my furniture and belongings in this car when moving. As for comfort, the heated seats are a great feature, however, I do find the seats gets quite uncomfortable after driving for more than a few hours. I drive this car back and forth to work daily and have no problem with its performance. Gets pretty good gas mileage for mostly city trips (24mpg). You can feel each and every bump that this car goes over, but it's not anything unbearable.

My experience at Ferris was amazing. Everyone from the salesman Bob who helped me pick out my new car to Travis during the buying process, and to the guys in service department were very professional, courteous and helpful. I have and will recommend Ferris to my family and friends. I love my car and when it's time for it to be serviced I will be taking it back there. Thanks guys for all your help!!?

I just bought this car 2 weeks ago with 125,000 miles for 4,500 hundred dollars. After a week it didn't start. So I took off the negative battery waited for 30 minutes and it started right up. I guess the computer needed restarted. It's been a week now and it has started every time.

While my car was being serviced on Aug 14, I had a really fun conversation with Ryan. After servicing, I investigated the lot & found a car I really liked. When I was able to, I talked with Dwight Fouts about the car. He figured a deal for me that got that particular car in my garage. I have a ct6 platinum with super cruise. 4 years now bought used . I have driven it 60k miles. Not a single problem. Normally gets 30mpg with the 3.6v6 on highway about 24 in town. The car handles fantastic on any surface. I love it. Highly recommend it.
