I arrived early than my appointment but was immediately served and they thoroughly served my vehicle catching some much needed replacements and serving. Love my 2020 Accord EX-L...very roomy and it has a very comfortable interior. It has a few things missing that surprises me on an EX-L trim such as courtesy lights in the doors. Honda has the knockouts but no wiring harness. The lights are only available on the most expensive Touring model which is ridiculous as this is a $20 item. Honda also has chosen to not have the lights on the trunk light up when you hit the brakes...they are only reflectors but do light up on the Touring model. I HOPE AND PRAY THAT MY PAINT DOES NOT CHIP OFF LIKE IS HAPPENING ON SO MANY HONDA'S. I had the paint chip off the car on my 2008 Civic and on the roof of my 2014 PIlot. Of course Honda takes no responsibility for this even though its happening to countless Honda customers across many years and models. They have already chosen to remove the sunroof as standard on many Pilot models as well.

The manager Rod is always visible. That’s just good business. Service rep Matthew was polite and professional. A loaner car was provided which allowed me to run some errands while I waited. That was important since I’m not from the area.

Great mileage and very nice interior. Lotsa stuff but sadly only drivers window is auto. Wheels are terrible. They look great but very hard to clean. Good trunk space and nice seats. Having problems with backup camera it looks very foggy. Had it back to dealer twice, no luck. No CD player.. big downgrade.

SXT AWD 3.6 V6 is a very comfortable and dependable car with enough power. I get 33 mpg on long trips and with AWD very handy for wet roads or snow. Lots of extra features like the Beats stereo and I also like the red door puddle lights, fold-down rear seat makes extra trunk hauling space, too. I recommend the Charger, No mechanical issues so far.

We came with trepidation to our first Mercedes dealer and found everyone to be polite and professional, especially Amber and Britton. We're delighted by the car they sold us.

I am so glad I decided to get a Charger in 2015. I now have a 2023 Daytona and LOVE it. Beautiful and fun to drive. Only problem is there is no spare tire, just basically a fix a flat kit.

I love my Nissan Altima. Handling is great. Great steering and and overall a great car. It has great pick up so I can manuverate quickly and percisely. The cost was better than any other of it's size.

Great car for those who look for a vehicle which is low cost to buy, fuel, and maintain; all while being comfortable, spacious and fast enough for most people's needs. Owning one for several years, it's not indestructible, but problems can be caught well in advance if you know something feels off.

Bought my '12 Camry SE used at 100k. Its been an ideal commuter for me. Its now at 222k as of this morning. Here's what I have replaced: Brake Light Switch ($250 at dealer) Blower Motor (bought myself for $45, super easy to change) Spark plugs (preventative maintenance), $250 at dealer Toyota OEM water pump (preventative maintenance) about $1k at Toyota dealer Beyond this, two sets of tires. Brakes all around. Oil changes. I always do my own oil changes. The power door locks have never worked right. I live with it, no big deal I live in a safe area. It has the "dreaded" torque converter shudder around 40-50 mph. Hasn't gotten any better, but hasn't gotten any worse either. I live with it. The car runs fantastic. Idles smoother than my Cadillac Escalade, and cruises 80 mph with ease, and thats just with the 4 cylinder (mine has the 2AR-FE). Best vehicle I have ever owned, thats for sure. I plan to drive this until it doesn't make financial sense to fix something that breaks (which knock on wood, I don't see that happening for a long time). Love my Camry. Best car I have ever purchased. Period.

I have owned my 2017 E 300 for 5 years. It has been the finest car I have ever own. It is enjoyable to drive. It's a baby S class. I searched and purchased the 2017 e300 with P3 package. The lane keeping assist is the most advance in 2017. The engine is a 4 cylinder but it handles like a V-6. This car is leader for luxury, driving and durability.

I had a charging issue and went in this morning and Tylor was extremely helpful and supportive helping me sort out the issue. My sales person Jacob was not at the dealership, but he has also been extremely helpful.

I absolutely love mine in comfort I think that it could have been a little bit better but that's on long trips. Short trips the comfort is fine. My car was totaled and my airbags blew on my steering wheel and at my legs and I'm so glad that they did because I really would have gotten hurt without those airbags The seat belt also did its job very well and the brakes warning light came on first then the brakes came on the exact same time I was putting the brakes on a guy ran a stop sign and there really wasn't much I could do but hit him which it did total my car and I am now looking for another one of the exact same kind I want my car back I love my Honda Civic sport touring.

This Special Order, Chrysler 300 Platinum Edition, V8 AWD, Harmon Kardon, Tow Package, Every possible option now with 27k miles is no doubt the Very Best Automobile in my current collection and probably this best vehicle I have ever owned; it rivals the 1977 Chrysler New Yorker Brougham (440 V8 4 Barrell) in Luxury, Comfort, Reliability and Performance. This Automobile is a Keeper!!! I get so many compliments on it at all times. It handles and performs as well as the 2 Audi A8 but is extremely reliable. It has only been to Dealership Serivce for Scheduled Maintenance only.

I Love my honda just wish the seats would go higher they seam to sit very low, the passenger mirrow gets in the way for me im a shorty but other than that it’s amazing im a Honda person….

I haven’t been able to drive for 15 yrs. I wanted a Dodge Challenger but with 2 large pits, I “settled” for the Charger as I’m 60 & didn’t want to drag my butt out of a low sports car, but wanted a “HoT” driving experience without a huge price. The 2020 CHARGER SXT PLUS is by far 1 of my favorite sports cars of all time! Great ride, comfort, accessories!

After purchasing my third vehicle from Kendall, the moon roof was discovered to have a leak. This was a several thousand dollar fix, they fixed it. Being a single mom, a home health nurse who works out of their vehicle and an all around busy person, I was concerned and naturally worried as what to do. I was amazed at the kindness and genuine support I received after talking with the General Manager Jeff who followed through with his word and took care of the problem every step of the way. All the while, the most excellent service clerk Carrie always knew the right thing to say or do. She would call and leave update messages without me having to chase her down to find out information, she would even remember to remind me of the little things like to get my parking card out of the rental vehicle...she was nice, really nice, a natural and seemingly doing things in an effortless manner...on-and-on... ...these people made my day and reminded me how to be, even in my line of work where compassion, empathy, kindness and understanding are essential especially in todays unusual world. This is hands down the best car I have ever owned!! I've had it 11 years and my 2014 Honda Accord has never needed a repair. I have only ever had to do regular maintenance on it (battery, brake pads, tires, etc). What an incredible value at $22K!!! One feature that has been buggy is the infotainment/Bluetooth but I can live with it.

Marcus in sales was outstanding. Very professional and did not rush the process and answered all questions me and my wife could think of. We leased 2 toyotas a tacoma and a corolla the only problem I have is I could not think of all the questions about leasing a vehicle like what happens at the end of lease when we want to lease 2 new toyota vehicles and you should be told about adding items to your vehicle when it is leased. My truck is the plain version no nav no heated seats no sensors. But after doing research I found you can't add anything not even a dash cam to your vehicle. Very dissatpointed in that aspect.

If you are wanting a reliable car, that drives smooth, this is the car for you! Hands down the best car I have ever owned! I have a 2016 SXT Rear Wheel drive with the 3.6L V6 engine. I am the original owner and still till today I have the car. From mileage of 0-135,000, I have only had to have the oil changed, tires rotated, and of course brakes. At 135,000 miles I had my first major repair which was the passenger side lifters, cam shaft and Rods replaced. Now currently at 140,000 my drive shaft. But overall, this car has been hands down the best I have ever owned. The only thing that I am disappointed with is that Chargers are known for the door panels to peel away, and yet Dodge still has not put in a recall on this matter. Wake up Dodge put the recall in on the door panels pulling away, because honestly the glue you all used back then is not living up to its potential.

Bottom line cost hurt but with over 100,000 miles and a great service rep (Carry) I understand. Like the way you flag upcoming needed repairs. It allowed me time to budget them in. Five star all the way.

I own a 2017 Tesla Model S. It's literally the best car I've ever owned. I have driven it 157,000 miles and haven't done a thing to it except change tires. ZERO maintenance! No more oil changes, fluid flushes, belts, filters, nothing. I haven't even needed new brakes because the car slows it's self down so I rarely even touch the brakes. It cost me $400 to have my electrician put the proper outlet in my garage. I charge from home while I sleep. I am never inconvenienced by having to go to the gas station. No more pumping gas, getting gas on my hands, nothing, dripping down my car. I will NEVER own an ICE engine again. Couldn't be happier and will never go back. If you aren't sure, trust me, you will love every minute of driving this car and you will save money doing it.

Everyone we dealt with - Bill, Colin, Trevor, and Avery - was polite, friendly, and knowledgable. The car is great, and the color - Ocean Gem - can't be beat. There were some thing we didn't understand about operating the car, and when we returned to Kendall, Bill Gasswint gladly answered all our questions.The computer system is much more complicated than our previous car (2005 Prius), so the help is much appreciated. This is, by far, the best vehicle I have ever owned! I now have $169,800 MI on the car that I've had for about 6 years now and it rides like brand new! It starts right up, and except for battery issues and a parasitic drain which you have to watch out for, as well as transmission issues at 100,000 k. But if you have one of the car services that that you pay into, and repairs the card, after the first transmission is replaced, you will have no issues with the car for at least another $125,000 MI! it's an awesome car and I would highly recommend it! If you tune it up, this vehicle will have 340 horses and will be a beast! I know that's exactly what I did!!
